They have been very flexible as Mom's schedule and needs have changed. Yes, we would recommend Home Instead to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

. We used them in a pinch coming out of the hospital. They do have a lot of staff and were able to fill 24 hrs around the clock for 7 days. Most shifts worked well, some did not. We eventually went with another company and found companions that matched my mom and her likes and needs better

Our caregiver we had was friendly. She did call off work a few times for illness but when she worked she was awesome and most helpful

I would tell families to try and remain open minded about having multiple caregivers in one weeks time. It's hard for scheduler to schedule the same person five days per week.

My first caregiver was not dependable. However, [name removed] was always available and always took my call. She kept me informed if there was an issue with the Caregiver. The only problem I had was keeping my first caregiver because she had several doctors appointments and couldn't make it to our service.

The staffing provided has turned over several times. My mother is on her 5th caregiver. It is somewhat concerning knowing that this many caregivers have access to my mother's home.

The person who helped my dad was great! I wish we could have set it up faster so they were there the day after he discharged. She was really helpful though and even helped set the dishes out for Christmas.

The staff was extremely professional and efficient very timely in their responses and filling the positions. The caregiver staff was caring. We had a great experience and they always provided somebody when we had a a lapse of service with somebody else. Yeah, it was a great experience.

They should know that Preferred Care At Home is basically a referral service for the caregivers they represent. They place the care giver, and take some of fee being charged, then basically say the caregiver is the responsibility party. That arrangement worked out ok for me but it is something I didn't quite understand when I contracted with them. A positive to that arrangement however is that if your caregiver can't make it one day they will arrange for a replacement person.

They were willing to work with our current needs and limitations. It is a good way to enter the LTC experience.

They were always very reliable. We were very happy with them.

It was very tough to find qualified people who wanted to drive to Lebanon, IN. We stuck with them and they worked really hard to find the right people for my mom. Overall it has been a positive experience but not without a lot of bumps in the road!

What I like most about Cornerstone Caregiving is the assurance of having someone always with my mom. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families base on the experience we have had.

Staff over all was amazing! Had an issue with 1 sitter and they took care of it immediately. All of the other sitter were better than I could have hope for.

My experience with 2nd family for the most part is satisfactory. They met most of my expectations. My biggest concern, was receiving changes in the assigned schedules at late notices. This impacted my schedule along with other aids that were assisting with dads care. I really enjoyed the patience and care provided and thank you all for your needed assistance. [name removed]

They are easy to work with and very responsive. They are very flexible and able to adjust to our needs.

We’ve had to reschedule who comes to help Mom many times over the past few months (usually our issue but occasionally theirs). While it’s disconcerting, the changes have been made with minimal problems. Now they provide the caregiver’s phone number so it’s much easier.

Very happy with all the nurses we have helped my mom. They take care of her needs as well as keep her house very tidy. That was a big need for us to not have to pick up after my mom along with my own house.

It is very easy to schedule care even fairly last minute. However, a preferred caregiver may not be available without advanced planning.
