We have been using care from Home Instead for 3 months. We have had care every morning 7 days a week and most evenings. [name removed] from Home Instead came out the day I called. She was able to get someone out for my mom the next day. We have had a couple hiccups with care workers but for the most part we have had great caregivers working with my mom. [name removed] has also been wonderful. She addresses any of my concerns and is caring and compassionate. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for caregivers to support their loved ones in their home.

Caregivers were very nice. We chose this company because we did not have firm needs or set schedule. They were flexible and accommodating. Did not require long term contract and it was easy to adjust scheduling. Got billing wrong sometimes, but fixed when requested.

I picked them because I am not familiar with other agencies. I would recommend to others.

We did have problems getting qualified help that would show up at first then we got [name removed] who came every day and it was great with her. You have to stay persistent until you get the right person. I would recommend their services.

I have recommended. I picked them because they offered more flexibility in minimum hours per week and slightly lower prices. Also a good experience last time I used Oxford.

Everyone I interacted with was clean and presentable. When cleaning was asked for it was not exceptionally. Everyone was always friendly. We originally hired them so [name removed] could have a weekly bath. They did assist her but never made her feel safe throughout the process.

The staff was really nice and super helpful. A homemade plan provided in-home service.

People should know that with any caregiver agencies, you won't always get someone who's trained or qualified. It might take a few caregivers before you find the right person.

Understand, this covers I've lost track of how many caregivers. Two or three left for their own reasons, one who need many more hours, in fact, too, one was a young woman who got out of doing this kind of service she was in school. The current one is doing a better job of engaging Yardy verbally And getting him up periodically to walk. So far, but this is going to have to change, she does not want to feed him. You may know that he is 91 and has severe dementia. A lot of times he will sit there and look at the food and eat almost nothing. I'm going to have a conversation with the caregiver about that next time she comes there have been some instances of things not being put back and they not wiping off the place mats or leaving everything particularly clean. I had another company previously and I will certainly say that I am more pleased with Four Seasons than I was with them

We are generally happy with Senior Helpers, however there are a few things that keep the rating under 5. Lack of communication - New caregivers arrive without prior notice that someone new is coming. Because caregivers don't carry ID cards, my loved one is answering the door to a perfect stranger who claims to be with Senior Helpers. Some caregivers have poor English language skills, making one on one communication quite difficult Quality of care - One caregiver, [name removed] is excellent. Provides very good care, has an excellent relationship with client. Other caregivers are not as attentive as is needed and should remain with the client when on an outing.

The senior helpers that were employed to stay with my mother were good at everything they did. From what I heard there were no problems and only good help and good company for my Mother while we were away for a week. They were careful with our three dogs as well, which was also a big relief. They were also able to come help us without much notice, as our other planned help had fallen through at the last moment. Thanks to all at home instead we were able to enjoy getting away.

They were very accommodating. We had several good care givers. I would recommend them. They were very easy to deal with and the only ones who had the ability to do want I needed.

They have very good personal care and pretty good housekeeping. The aides are open to learning our way of doing tasks. The administrative staff is great, responsive to sudden changes in our schedule and needs.

This is my first time having to use these services. I find the service so far good, no major issues at all. It has been a couple of weeks and my husband seems to be liking the company. It makes me feel more secure to have someone with him when I have to leave the house.

The aides were nice but they were extremely unreliable. Late and several no shows when I had places that I was supposed to be. I left them because they were no shows without contacting me and ruined my appointments.

Stay vigilant for getting what you need in the way of care. They seemed available I when I needed the help

[name removed], the owner, was very friendly and helpful, but they were short staffed so 24 hour care still fell on us often. The staff was very nice and most of them were very experienced.

We receive care from 1 (same) caregiver each week. We really like her -she helps mom with housework and takes her to grocery store and lunch. She provides great companion care. My only concern is cost didn't change when we switched from care for dad (higher level of care) and mom to just mom.

Overall this is a good service for my Mom. We got off to a shaky start with a high turnover in caregivers. However, we now have a nice core of 2 caregivers and occasional fill-ins that my Mom likes. They do everything my Mom wants and are good company.

My only dislike was not being notified s I requested twice that they had indeed filled my request for a sitter. Just starting wirh the company, I wanted to be sure they had someone scheduled to come prior to the day. Only 1 sitter was someone I didn't want again. Others were excellent.
