Lisa and Kelly at First Light Home Care really helped us at a very difficult time with our parents. They responded on a very timely basis and the care given was wonderful. All of our phone calls were returned quickly and all questions were answered in a very professional manner. Our experience with First Light Home Care of Westlake was very good. I would recommend them for anyone looking for assistance with someone in need.

We had been working through another agency that was totally non-responsive. I went online and found A Place For Mom (remembered Joan Lundens commercial). Within 30 minutes of my inquiry, I was contacted by Elite Senior Home Care. We just hired an aid last week, and my mom really likes her. Losing your memory is just about the worst thing that can happen to someone, and to find an aid you can trust of course is crucial. Elite Senior Home Care was able to provide us with incredible care and we can't thank them enough for their help.

We have been using Companion Plus for our evening & weekend aides. They have been very sensitive to my husband's Parkinson's, as well as the dementia as a result of Parkinson's. Our daytime aide needed to end the case. I went to Companion Plus to ask for help. They didn't blink an eye. In fact, the director suggested we consider 12 hour shifts as it was cost effective and would be easier on my husband to have consistency with only 2 aides instead of 3 or 4. Our evening & weekend aide will be one aide & another aide will do the other part of the week. They will back each other up and both are experienced with dementia patients. I feel very relieved and pleased. Companion Plus are compassionate people as well as professional and thoughtful about our situation. I highly recommend them.

The initial contact was great as the 24 Hr Homecare staff became familiar with our needs and we became familiar with what services could be provided. Once engaged, the care givers that were provided were prompt, friendly, caring and professional. As our engagement was more of a service 'as needed' , scheduling was easy and the representative was proactive in making sure our needs were met. Other than one instance of miscommunication, service was provided professionally, as requested, in a caring manner. Although no longer needed at this time, should we need further services, our first call will be to 24 Hr Homecare.

Although we only hired home helpers for about 4 weeks, care giver did her best to meet my mom's needs. We even set up a collaborative google drive spreadsheet to help the two with ideas of things to do in various areas, house cleaning, meal planning and preparation, errands/transport and physical/recreational ideas. Jessica explained the services very well. This was a trial and my Mom did not feel she needed the services at this time she would love to use these services in the future. My mom has a great support group and together they choose to continue serving my Mom.

We've been using Home Instead Senior Care for over 8 years. Their office staff and home care aides have all been wonderful. Over the years we've increased and decreased hours depending on my dad's needs. The schedulers are always very accommodating. One note -there were some scheduling difficulties when we needed 24/7 care. It wasn't always easy for them to find staff and we needed to be flexible if there was an hour or two that couldn't be covered. My dad currently has five different caregivers throughout the week. They are all loving, caring, and kind individuals. He's built relationships with them and we feel blessed to have them in our lives. Our family highly recommends this service.

We are utilizing 24Hr HomeCare to assist Mom with cleaning and running errands and somewhat as a companion but definitely not to smother Mom. What I love about the agency is that there is no minimum amount of hours but if we need to increase the hours the price goes down! When we first started with the agency my Mom had a caregiver she loved and he had to quit which was kind of disappointing but Mom loves the new girl. All in all it's been a great experience and if need be we'll utilize them for more time.

The Professional staff is highly recommended because of there care and concern. They are highly skilled and motivated as well. I feel great knowing that my dad is here .

The staff at Senior Helpers have been very helpful for transitioning my mom. we are very pleased.

The caregiver that came out was very professional and went over and above what was expected. The administrative staff at Homewatch made sure we had the right person for the job. I love the flexibility.

Although I am not there to witness things for myself my parents are having a great experience with Home Instead so far. Thanks to A Place For Mom for helping us find such a great agency.

Working with Elite Senior Care has been a very positive experience. Since having them come in and help my Mom has gotten stronger and she enjoys the company. The staff are great and very easy to communicate with. I really appreciate the fact that they are very attentive although we had one caregiver that fell asleep on the job. Since replacing her things have gone smoothly and I couldn't be happier.

They seem to do a pretty good job. They are reliable, and I haven't had any issues with billing. I would give them a four or a five. We are pretty happy with them.

Well, one of the caregivers saved her life with the Heimlich maneuver, so that was impressive. Overall i am just very impressed with them. I have had four different workers and they are all very friendly.

Excellent Home Care company! I have used others and this is the best! Attentive service from caregivers, and an administrative staff that is competent and responsive.

They have been unfailingly good. Currently we are needing only housecleaning services and the people they have sent have been excellent. We like knowing that we can expand the scope of services as our needs change. We are totally pleased.

I hired a 24 Hour Homecare caregiver for my mother about 6 weeks ago. A lot of consideration was given to selecting the right person, and we ended up with someone who is a great fit with my mom in terms of personality and interest. This caregiver has been absolutely fantastic so far, and we are very grateful for her help. We had a small glitch with billing, but this was quickly corrected when brought to the attention of the right person (took two contacts and two bills to get to this point). Hence my 4.5 instead of 5 star review.

Although we are no longer needing services from Senior Helpers they were great. My mom has gotten a whole lot better since getting services and I appreciate everything they did to assist with her improvement and will definitely use them again if needed.
