Working with this agency has been a good experience. The caregivers have been really good to my Mom and I appreciate them being there. We did one into one issue where the caregiver spoke in a really loud tone and my Mom felt that was rude. that was quickly corrected and things are working out well. i have already recommended a few friend and will continue to do so.

They were receptive to listening to what type of care I wanted for my husband, and worked hard to make sure we were happy. Simon was very pro-active and helpful. Chad, the caregiver, was a kind and compassionate and effective companion for my husband and helped me immensely. It was important to us to have consistency of care. I never experienced billing problems as I have with other agencies. I always received a call back or was connected immediately. My husband was very confident in his caregiver.

We got lucky with Griswold. My husband's regular caregiver, Keesha Thomas, turned out to be strong, punctual, reliable and self-directing, in addition to being pleasant and professional in her demeanor. At this time, we could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend the services of Elite Senior Home Care. The care service is top notch. They provide my mother with 24 hour in home care. My mother, who is 88, had been living on her own and doing well – until she fell and broke her hip. When she was able to go home after rehab, she needed 24 hour care and Elite was their to provide her with 24 hour care the moment she was released from rehab. The caring staff was able to take care of her every day needs as well as escorting her to all required doctor appointments. The level of care that the staff and management provided has been excellent and given me such peace of mind. Very helpful. Immediate response to our needs.

SARA Companion Services has been a good fit for my mom who needed some assistance in the home. Her primary caregiver is very attentive to her needs and mom enjoys her company. When the primary caregiver cannot be there, SARA has found a suitable replacement each time so mom was not left without care. There was an initial problem with their billing system in that they were sending out bills prior to reconciling the aide vouchers with the actual amount due but they did correct the bills as instructed and recently instituted a new billing system so hopefully the bills will now accurately reflect the aide hours worked. Overall, no real complaints.

Great friendly people to work with.

My mother, who is 90, lives with my husband and me. She cannot be left alone due to health issues and problems with her short term memory. Having a Right At Home professional spend two mornings a week with her have given us a much needed respite. We are comfortable knowing we can leave the house to take care of errands, etc., and do not worry about her safety. This care enables us to take care of her in our home.

I really liked them when I used them. What they provided and the care I needed at the time, was great. I didn't ever have issues with people not showing up, or not calling if they were going to be late. Unfortunately my loved one needs a new kind of living situation, but I would use Home Instead again, they did a great job.

They were doing a really good job. They were friendly and reliable. They did a great job. I would use them again if the need ever came up, and I would recommend them to others.

Reliance Home Health Care was a huge help to me and my family. Their professional approach, combined with their ability to listen...and really care about my needs was impressive. Other agencies did not take the time to ask the questions that would allow them to exactly match my needs. This company exceeded my expectations. They are knowledgeable and respectful, a combination I did not find with other agencies. I have referred them to friends and family and will continue to do that. They are the BEST in the Philly area.

Our need was for someone to check in on my father while my wife and I were on vacation. We contacted senior helpers through a 'Place for Mom'. The local organization was prompt in responding to our inquiry as well as setting up a face to face meeting with us and my father to review our needs. The service was exactly what we were looking for and at reasonable rates for the service provided. We were quite pleased with the outcome.

Comfort Keepers has been a blessing for my mom and step dad. I feel they've made a big difference with the quality of care on their life. My mom and step dad absolutely love the caregiver that comes. They appreciate the care, and really love her as a person. It's been a very good experience.

The Caregivers were great!!!! Once the assessment was made there was little to no communication with the administration. Our parents got to stay home much longer with the Caregivers help. We appreciated them. It would have been helpful if they had training in some of the skills like catheters, bed pans, moving patients that are in pain and communicating with each other about what has to be done and when. To work as a team. Not having more knowledge in these areas seemed like a lack of training, They did everything they knew how to do.

We are pretty happy with them. We have been able to have a consistent caregiver. There was one time that they had to replace her for a day, and the person that came out was very good and knowledgeable. They have been very reliable.

I selected BrightStar to provide home care for my very elderly mother. It's a challenging assignment in some ways, but I have been very pleased with the level of care provided. Not only are my Mother's physical care needs attended to, the care-giver assigned to my mother is equally concerned about my Mom's mental and emotional well being. I chose BrightStar because they provide a continuity of care that can flex and adapt as my Mother's needs evolve.

Some of the administrative processes have been difficult, but the caregivers have been great! We had one time when someone filling in for the regular caregiver wasn't able to show up and they didn't let us know until the last minute, but that only happened once. We have pretty much the same people all the time. The pricing seems to be fair, but the workers themselves don't see as much of the money as I would like. We chose them because they were so quick with the response.
