The initial interview with the administrator was impressive: [Removed] [Removed] was prepared with brochures, business cards, and all the info we needed. She assigned 2 helpers to us who came to the house to meet us: they were delightful. The week we needed their help went flawlessly. Mom was distracted from her grief (her little dog died the day before), took walks, put together puzzles. When I returned from my trip, Mom was amazed at how helpful [Removed] and [Removed] had been at keeping her from moping. We will definitely use this service again as Mom's needs dictate.

I am very satisfied with the services and care that right at home provided. The caregivers do a great job with my Father in Orlando and really give them the love and care that you would want for family. I would tell others that Right at Home has great people, they listened to our needs and found the best care for us. Right at home's communication has impressed me and they always answer my calls, day or night.

I needed a companion for my mom overnight during her stay in sub-acute rehab. The rehab was awful, they left my mom in her own vomit for an hour an a half and later that same night in her own stool for 2 hours! She has stage 4 metastatic cancer and is always in pain. We were referred to steadfast caregivers by aplaceformom.com . Steadfast responded to our needs promptly and created a schedule of caregivers for her based on her needs, our scheduling requirements, and matched the caregiver to my mom's personality. Andrew from steadfast called me daily to check on the care and confirm the upcoming schedule and also would text and email me the dates, times, and names of the companions working with mom. "Flo" from steadfast visited mom to see how she was and if her care was up to par. They were wonderful! The companions were compassionate, kind, and caring. Any issues or needs were dealt with very quickly by Andrew. I recommend steadfast caregivers, they provided excellent care and service.

My brother has been getting help with this agency and the caregiver is on time and at times dependable. It has been good care so far but I feel there needs to be interaction with my brother. Even thought he is in bed most the time, a little one on one would avoid my brother sleeping most the day. I am trying to put full trust in the caregiver's time with my brother and trust that he does not leave his side.

We have had a good experience working with this agency. My mom seems to like the caregiver that comes into her assisted living community to help her. The office staff are nice and were punctual with getting the caregiver approved.

We used this service prior to mom having to go into rehab. The caregivers were good. They showed up on time and assisted mom with everything she needed. We had no problem with them and we would use this service again.

Elite Senior Home Care is a class organization. My mom's caregiver was wonderful and we wish the service could have lasted longer. Unfortunately mom is in the hospital due to no fault of Elite and she may not be able to return home once she is released. If she is released we would be happy to use this service again.

They seemed to be helpful and reliable. The insurance and just the system in general is difficult, but the agency was fine. The girl they sent was very nice and we didn't have any issues working with them specifically.

As my mother just turned 94, and having been totally independent she was very reluctant to have someone in her home let alone offering to help with the things she once found so easy to do. We started out on a trial basis only two days, but when she got sick, she agreed to 5 days a week. Steadfast was able to make the arrangement with short notice. With her hearing not so good, her health aide provides conversation, helped with meals, her wash, exercise and a couple of times grooming when she permits it. It makes it easier for us to not have to worry about Mom at home all those long hours, answering the door, the trying to get to the phone without tripping. The aides will remind her of her pills, take her blood pressure and do the little things that make her happy. And as we all know when Ma is happy, everyone is happy.

We used Synergy Home Care for a little while during my vacation. The person I initially spoke with was very good at setting things up. The caregivers were there when they were supposed to be and I did not hear of any complaints. I would recommend this home care agency.

We decided to use right at home Orlando to give me a break from taking care of my senior mother. The communication with right at home is frequent and effective. Right at home has been able to exceed our expectations with our in home care needs. The owner fulfills her promises and is always there to help. The caregivers are good at hygiene care as well as laundry, bathing, and bed making.

I have been very happy with the service at Home Instead. The care giver they paired with my family member with is named Nathan. He has been a blessing. He is patient, kind,always professional. He is always willing to go the extra mile. I am very grateful everyday for all his does.

Everyone that I have spoken to at Home Instead has been very professional, polite, and kind. The one hour time slot works perfectly for us at this time. As Mother's needs change, more days and hours will be added. Appropriate questions were asked so that our mother's personal needs could be met. Staying in her home is very important to our independent 94 year old Mother. With the help of Home Instead, we hope she will be able to have her wish for a very long time. Thank you.

We have used Home Helpers services for over two years now and I have found them to be supportive, ethical, flexible, client-centered, and inclusive! Home Helpers services are used for my aging mother. Since I also have a sister with Autism, and my mother has been her primary caregiver, the helpers have been supportive with her care too. I am trying to keep them together as long as I can because they have requested that! This service allows me to continue my teaching career and feel confident that they have great care during the day!

Everything is going great for us with this agency. My parents really enjoy the 2 care givers that come in and help. One is very knowledgeable and the other one is young and bubbly and always willing to help. It has really been a great experience. They are very accommodating in sending people over right away with no problem. This is a great home care service and I would recommend it.
