The ladies from Steadfast Caregivers were extremely accommodating to my mom. They fed her, kept her clean, and at time anticipated what her needs might be. They also kept a very clean house. When company came to see her, everyone was comfortable as the ladies gave them their privacy. The ladies also made sure they kept me abreast of any changes or concerns that may have come up since I live in a different state from my mom. We will miss them.

I cannot say enough about how great the caregivers at this service have been. They explained everything up front when we first set up the service. They have gone above and beyond to help myself and my parents. .

ComForCare has been greatly appreciated during this time of transition for my parents. To know a ComForCare aide is there to help get their day started has been a blessing. Also driving my parents to doctor appointments, church and running errands has been wonderful.

The care we get is going super and everything has been fine for my mom. She is safe and getting the right level of care when we need them. The caregiver is very nice and professional. They are helping with me with the extra care. She has been on time and available when needed. I am very satisfied with their services. I would recommend the agency to family and friends. The caregivers that come out to the house are on time and mom loves them. They help with light housekeeping and assisting mom as needed. They have taken care of any issues that have come up quickly. Companions Plus was able to provide service with very little advance notice. They sent two very capable and compassionate people. My mom has been very pleased. She even gets a spa treatment and her nails done! Our family was concerned about strangers caring for her, but our concerns proved to be unfounded. I would recommend this agency to others needing help for family member.

We are very pleased with this company. They sent 2 caretakers to take care of my mom. Both people were very compassionate and professional. I couldn't ask for more in terms of someone else taking care of an elderly person. I truly feel that they have made my mom's end of life days a more lifting and comforting time.

Everything has been going great for my mother in law. She has been getting adjusted to the community. The staff has been very accommodating with my mother in law to help with the transition. It's been working out.

I have only been using Synergy for a few days but so far everything is going very well. When the girl came to my home the first day, I gave her a list of all of the things I wanted for her to help me with, and she was happy I laid it all out for her that way, she takes very good care of my husband and I am happy so far.

I can not complain about this home care service. They made setting up the service easy and did their best to find a caregiver that spoke spanish. The caregivers that came out where nice and did try to understand mom. They did a good job and I would recommend this service.

The caregivers that come out are always on time. They help with some light housework and are great companions. They take dad to some of his appointments. The client representative and everyone I have spoken to on the phone are responsive, understanding and kind. I would recommend this service.

They worked out well. They were helpful and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. We don't need them anymore, but I keep their number handy just in case.

I was not able to see everything or get to in depth with this company, but I did speak with some people from here. The staff was prompt to get back to me when i called about anything. They made sure to answer all my questions.
