They have great people working for them. They cared well for my mother, I was confident in her care. They call to make sure that she is getting good care and they communicated with us to make sure we were completely satisfied.

2nd family was instrumental in getting care for my parents in an emergency situation. The nurses are very kind and helpful with the needs of my parents.

The nurses are really great, and they're super thoughtful in terms of anticipating issues and caring for my mom and her daily health. I know my mom is well cared for, and it there's any issue, they're going to be on top of it and making appointments if needed.

I like that they are always available to answer questions. It makes a big impact because when you deal with elderly care, there is only so much the family can provide. I feel like they are doing their job, and that makes it easier for me. They are on the ball about everything when it comes to scheduling.

The most important thing for my mom's care is to have consistent help. They really understood that with my mom's dementia that changes in the help were upsetting to her. They worked really hard to keep the same staff with her. This is medically ordered care but I think that both my brother and I feel very comfortable with the care provided by the agency. It allows her to stay at home and be happy. There was someone that Mom didn't like at all, and they immediately removed her from the home. It was wonderful that they believed what mom said. If we are not pleased with someone, they immediately address it.

I have peace of mind in knowing she has a caregiver. They help her with bathing, preparing meals, and walking outside, This particular lady drives, so that is helpful.

I like how they have good help. The aide was able to perform the right work. The caregiver pays attention to detail.

So far they have been so helpful. They are easy to talk to and get a hold of. It has been really nice. She is very good and I like her. I am giving up driving because I like her so much. She makes sure I don't sit around doing nothing. I have terrible arthritis and she makes sure I know I can't sit or it will get worse. She gets me to get up and walk a little bit.

I like that they are flexible and I really like that there are a couple of caregivers in particular that are really wonderful. I appreciate that her caregivers are steady, experienced, and helpful to my mom, but are not bossy.

I would highly recommend The Senior Company for taking care of your loved one. I have seen them first hand and know that they do an outstanding job in dealing with the people they care for. The aide was very understanding to the needs of dementia/alzheimers. I am not sure there is better!!!!

I thought they were all good. They were friendly and attentive to my dad's needs. They would help out with what was needed. They made lunch, mostly and some would make the bed. I think they were pretty able to do what was asked.

We recently contracted with Brightstar to provide in home care for our dad. They were very accommodating and worked with us as schedules changed, both ours and theirs. I especially can't say enough about how professional and caring all of the caregivers were. They all did a great job in making sure he was comfortable and cared for.

We have been with Com For Care since [date removed] and are not planning to change. There have been times I haven't been happy because our caregiver didn't show up and wasn't able to leave and go exercise. I had to stay home and help my wife. My children want me to be able to get away once in a while. We also know the caregiving workers come and go quite often. It really is a tough job and not just anyone can do it.

We decided to work with Right at Home because the owner came out, met with me and my husband and informed us of all the different options. The owner helped educate us on benefits we didn’t know we could receive through the VA and helped walk us through the process. The office staff is great and worked with us to find the right caregiver who could accommodate our demanding schedule, they come on time, do what we ask and ask if there is anything else they can do to help. Their care team takes charge and tries to find solutions to help with my husbands care, they are attentive, caring and always look for something to do. In other words, if they run out of things to do, they ask for more things to do to help.

Mom love's the Inn, and we think it is great for seniors. Thank you for all your great help.

24 Hr Home Care has provided us with an excellent professional assistant. We like her very much. She is positive, friendly, kind, trustworthy, a good cook, and does a great job with cleaning, washing, transportation to appointments and personal assistance. She is smart and understands what is needed. I give her the best rating. On the other hand, Dealing with billing and scheduling new appointments through the office is frustrating. I’ve asked them two months ago, to email me an itemized Statement. That has not happened yet. When we moved it took almost 7 days for them to give our caregiver the assignment of the new address. I have asked the office to use my home number only. They still use my cell. I think part of problem is dealing with too many people in different departments. Overall, I recommend this organization because, they get the most important thing right, which is providing top rate assistance.
