This place seems the most interesting. It has the best and informative website. I spoke to the Director several times and some people he works with. I have an appt. this week to see him at his office to talk more and get the ball rolling. His office and his business associates have helped with my questions. I am impressed with this place.

The caregiver from Synergy has been a God send. She has taken care of my in laws for the last two years and was with us when Mom passed. She will continue to care for Dad. She is very compassionate and has become part of our family. Synergy is very easy to work with when there are changes to schedules, etc.

wonderful company - they even arranged for lifeline for my father which saved his life two weeks ago when he suffered a heart attack. i would definitely recommend this company very highly to anyone needing assistance.

I met with Director and have contracted to have someone come to the house in January. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her friendliness. She put my mother at ease and I am looking forward to working with Synergy.

A home health care aide is coming to my parent's condo. My parents set the days and hours. So far they are very happy with this arrangement and I anticipate they will continue with these services as long as they are needed.

A few blimps, but nothing major. Liked the fact that they were able to find someone when needed. I guess what I liked the least was cost.

The office staff has easy communication. The nurse helps my mom with medication.

I think that Talem Home Care offers great services and everything worked out well.

This was a positive experience for the family and my loved one. They were willing to assist both the family and our loved one in figuring out the care my loved one needed. They were able to assist with light meal planning, housekeeping, errands, and more. The caregivers were able handle any concerns that came up very well. They were punctual and were friendly to my loved one.

I liked the lady they sent out but canceling them was hard. The staff member we had was great and accommodating. This service was needed for a few months. They did take her a doctors appointment for me. They require a minimum of 12 hours a week in 4 hour segments. The staff member was mostly there for companionship and encouragement for ADLS. I think they could improve on placing non smoking staff with non smoking clients as well as lowering the 4 hour segments to 2 hours.

The aides seem to be well prepared and know what their jobs are. They have good attitudes and I like their professionalism.

I rarely rate anyone as perfect. That being said, Senior Helpers has done a great job of helping me care for my parents. I communicated to them that it was important to me that we get the same caregivers consistently, because I don't want a lot of different ones coming into my house. I've been grateful that they've been able to accommodate that and schedule the same ones for us. The caregivers they've sent have been good, and my parents seem to like them.
