Care is always kind of expensive, but it's not that bad and the caregivers seem really friendly. One of the main reasons we chose them is becuase when they came for a talk with us they addressed my mom directly instead of just talking to us with my mom in the background. We really appreciated that they were talking to her and asking her questions. She really does like them - she's grown attached to her caregiver.

We really liked the way they choose their care givers it is a very tough process before they could be assigned to anyone. David explained how they get the care givers and the process that they go through. He also explained how different situations are handled. The reason I was excited about Comfort Keepers, after speaking with Helen, we were trying to go with home health services but scheduling and hours availability were issues. Comfort Keepers is large and has plenty of people. I like that for just a few extra dollars we could add an emergency personnel option. Also, liability insurance and proper certifications were important to my dad and Comfort Keepers has that.

These folks take their job seriously, and are definitely worth the money. I have called last minute, and they have scrambled to accommodate my needs. Mother has liked all the girls they send, and the caregivers themselves like their agency. Jennifer, the young woman who initially did the in-home assessment, completely sold me by her professionalism and utter confidence in her company. We could have gotten cheaper in-home care, but with 24 Hr I never have to stress about anything.
