This is home care so cleanliness and activities don't apply. They have been pretty good so far. We have no complaints at this time. We seem to get some consistency in who comes out and there haven't really been any problems with not showing up or being late. I can't think of anything that could be changed or done differently at this time.

So far they've been great, we haven't had a single issue! Everyone we've spoken with has been very friendly, and the aides have been professional and caring. We've only been using the service a short time but so far there haven't been any issues with scheduling or lateness.

I was very impressed with Ray Fitzgibbon, the person from the main office that I spoke with. He does a great job of listening to what a family really needs and setting them up with an appropriate caregiver. Everyone we've worked with from Synergy has been very friendly and professional.

They did a wonderful job! They were very helpful. They are a great outfit. They did terrific.

They've been just great, I'd give them 5s across the board. They are professional, prompt, caring, and very hands on. The office will call to make sure things are going well, and they seem to hire really good people to provide the care. I've never had any trouble with them, and they were recommended to me by multiple sources.

Nikki is great and was out interviewing my motherinlaw quickly. She is very personable and quick to acess the needs. This is a company we will be using.

It was a really nice service. It was just what the doctor ordered. I used to be an in-home caregiver for twenty years and I can say from experience this was a great organization. They did a wonderful job.

We realized that Mom was very much in need of someone to keep her company and visit with her to keep her mind sharper. She was alone all day with no way of a family member to visit during the week, and sometimes phone calls made little difference. Mom was determined to stay in her home. With a call to Home Instead we got much needed answers and honest information. They were very friendly and met with us within a couple days of our call. I am happy to report that the family feels Mom has improved, clearer thinking and less lonely thoughts. Her companion is very friendly and helpful. Mom really enjoys her company. She is eating better as well! We all feel a sense of relief that she can still be in her home that she loves and still get the care she needed so much. Thank you!

I have the same person all the time and they are very prompt and if there is an issue they call right away so we can reschedule. I got a better response from them than other agencies, which is one reason I chose them. They were available to have someone out right away and I feel like they picked the person they sent out to match my needs. I'm very, very pleased.

Senior Helpers placed a wonderful young lady to help with my mom. Mom loves her and so do I. Not only does the helper assist mom, she helps take care of some housework when mom is napping. I feel less stress when I get home from work as mom is well taken care of and less chores to rush and get done. I am so happy I choose Senior Helpers. Don't hesitate to contact them.

I feel Senior Helpers is doing a great service for the children of elderly parents who need extra help living on their own. I also feel we were very lucky to have a great helper like Ms. Kathy. She knows how to deal with difficult situations better than I, and I hope she will not let my mom anger her. My mother of 95 has been living on her own since 1988 when my dad died, and it is now time for her to have outside help with housework and shopping while living in her Madison apartment. She has done fairly well on her own up until now, but after her gallbladder surgery at Meriter Hospital in Nov., she has needed extra help in all her tasks of living. She is resisting most of this help since she wants to go back to when she could do more on her own, but I have insisted she accept this help for both herself and me. Her strong need for independence and her fear of spending money she CAN afford to spend is making my life and communication with her difficult, but I am pragmatic and find it difficult to be bullied into giving in and quitting. Why can't she see that her money should at long last be spent on her and her comfort, and not later given upon her death to me and my son in Madison, and my brother and his son in far, far away Ashland, Oregon? If she thought I was a quitter on helping her when I feel I am right, she was wrong. I hope she will soon realize that.

Aris at home has been a wonderful group of people to work with. They worked with me to help get someone in my mothers home to help her with her daily needs.

We love comfort Keepers too. They are amazing people and I would recommend them with no hesitation!

I've had a very good experience with this service. The caregivers we've used have been very good, caring and attentive, and we've had no major issues with scheduling. We've found one particular caregiver that has worked out extremely well, and I see no reason we'd need to use any other service.

Brightstar was excellent in the care they gave my dad. We had two caregivers and I can't say enough good things about them.
