Right at Home provided well-trained caregivers who were professional, personal and caring for my dad during a recent fall and hospitalization. I heartily commend this agency to you. Mark Ross and his colleagues are professional, communicative and very responsive service providers. We do not hesitate to call upon them, and are always treated professionally by all in his office. Their team knows caregiving, understands the importance of knowing their client and the client and family's hot buttons, is responsive at all hours of the day, night and weekends, and extremely helpful and professional in billing and administrative issues. We were well pleased and will immediately use them again when the need arises. In fact, my parents actually referred them to friends in need of a caregiver, and those friends have now become one of Right at Home's newest clients. We are so lucky to have this agency right here in our community!

My grandmother can be an extremely challenging person. Because of her dementia process, she is very obstinant. Right at Home allowed my grandmother to remain in her home safely for a few months before it was time to move to assisted living. The staff members were always prompt and courteous. Their care and compassion for her was outstanding. When my family would become frustrated, their staff showed gentleness and tenderness. On two different occasions, they were able to protect her from people who were looking to take advantage of seniors, either by phone or in person. I highly recommend their services and will forever be thankful for the care shown to my grandmother.

It was good, but it was brief. They were very pleasant people. They were able to meet the needs we had. We never had any problems with billing or getting anything set up, it worked out fine.

Senior Helpers is an in-home care service that helped take care of my father until the end and my mother at the same time. They took a lot of pressure off of us when things became difficult. Tiffany is an RN who is in charge of the service and is amazing -- she is easy to communicate with, caring, helpful with medical matters, and the caretakers under her reflect all of this and more. In a really difficult time for us, they cared so much and were very accommodating, flexible, and understanding of our needs. They took great care of both my mother and father, never letting details slip through the cracks. Wonderful in-home care!

This is an absolutely fabulous home care company, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area! They came in and really helped us in a time of need. I am located in a different area of the country than my loved ones, and Brightstar really was my lifeline to them. They kept me informed and up-to-date on their condition and care. They helped us every step of the way, and were even there with us, along with the hospice service, when my loved one passed.

We are absolutely pleased. Ted is a sweetheart, he is the owner and he interviewed us, and the woman who is helping is wonderful. They have been able to get the same person to come out on a regular basis, so there is consistency. When I spoke to him initially, I liked their approach, and they were familiar with the area. We had a good feeling. They are responsible, if there was any reason they were going to be late, they call. They have been so professional. It has just been wonderful.

Our almost 98 year old Mom was in need of some extra help with several activities, such as shopping, laundry, home organization. Synergy Home Care of Charlotte provides a wonderful and caring aid three times a week who provides not only these services, but has become a wonderful companion to our mom.

Before my mom went to Eastgate Village, we had a caregiver from Home Instead. My mom loves her, so much so that we still have retained her through Home Instead to help mom on Mondays and take her to regular doctor appointments. Her caregiver has become attached to my mom as well. She even stops in to see her if she is in the area. Home Instead is a little costly, but not any more than other home care companies. If you don't have a good match for a caregiver for your loved one, just talk to them about it. They will try to accommodate your needs.

Senior Helpers provided a loving and caring woman to care for my husband two days a week, 6 hours per visit, who has dementia. I could leave and run my errands or do what I needed to do without any worry or anxiety about my husband being cared for in my absence. Senior Helpers were prompt, efficient, kind and caring and extremely competent. I can't say enough about this great group of people.

Senior Helpers was a lifesaver for our family. We made the call for an immediate need and received a fast call back with the good news that they could provide a companion as soon as we needed. We were able to request an older companion and Doris was the answer to our prayers! She made an immediate connection with Mom, and set all our concerns at ease. If we needed any extra time, Yvonne and David were right there at the other end of the phone. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. If you are "on the fence" about whether to reach out for help, Senior Helpers is definitely worth the call!!!

We are having a very good experience. They are able to have the same girl every time, so there is consistency. They really like her and may even add more hours after being skeptical of having the help in the first place. They have been very cooperative. They have been very patient with our loved ones. They were a godsend.
