I am pleased with Comfort Care. My caregiver is Regina, and I'm very satisfied with her. She is very nice and provides excellent care and always does a great job. I'd recommend Regina from Comfort Care to anyone.

Very organized and they are very helpful and always send out good people to our home. We are very attached to our caregiver. She is like family.

I have received excellent care. No complaints. I would highly recommend Right at Home!

We interviewed BrightStar when we were looking into options. The only reason we didn't choose them is that another agency was closer. The person we interviewed was very friendly and professional, we just clicked better with the other agency. They were a very close second though, I couldn't say anything against them at all.

Right at Home does a great job overall. I've heard nothing but good things from my loved one. She's always able to get the help she needs when she needs it, and everyone she's worked with has been friendly and professional.

I wanted to thank Right at Home for taking care of my Grandmother when she fell and broke her toe. She had a caregiver named Myrial, who was wonderful and took care of her when she couldn't care for herself. The caregiver was attentive, caring and professional. It was everything we could ask for. We will not hesitate to call right at Home in the future. Thank You!

I've been using them for 3 months 5 days a week 3 hours a day. They have found the right caregivers that my partner can relate to - he prefers younger aides. We have a group of 4 regulars now. I like that they provide a write up every day that I can read when I get home. I like that they phone to tell me if a regular caregiver can't come and work to find someone suitable. I also like that the first time a new caregiver comes the account rep comes too as I can't always wait around to show them the ropes.

Overall we're very pleased with the caregiver that IncrediCare sent to help us. The caregiver has really connected well with my loved one and does a great job! Their administrative staff has also been very helpful and easy to work with. Their billing service is very detailed and easy to understand.

We've had a great experience with Synergy Home Care! The very first aide they matched us up with has been a perfect fit! She gets along great with my loved one, and has always been professional and reliable!

My mom is delighted with 2nd Family. The dad has Alzheimer's and 2nd Family comes once a week for bathing and grooming. It gives her a chance to get out and visit with friends. She was resistant to help with anything else around the house, but now reports how the bathroom sparkles and it is nice to have help. Best of all, we hear all the time how Elias "lights up the room" with his smile.

They have been reliable and mostly consistent. We are pretty happy with them so far. In the beginning we had some different people, but now it's getting more consistent.

Care is outstanding, but the other outstanding aspect of 2nd Family is the administrative support that was provided to deal with our long term insurance company. Highly recommend 2nd Family.

From my first call to 2nd Family, I was touched by the sincerity, patience, and transparency that their team displayed. During their first consultation at my grandmother's home, Chad and his team showed my family respect, kindness, and utmost professionalism. 2nd Family was extremely proactive in schedule planning, and in putting together the appropriate approach for your loved one. 2nd Family provided a strong array of online services and print materials to help keep our family informed, while providing true convenience which was greatly appreciated. The nurses that came to care for my grandmother in her home were always on time, on task, and super sweet. My grandmother enjoyed all of them, and most importantly- she felt safe in their presence. I spoke with several in-home nursing providers before selecting 2nd Family. None of them even came close to the warmth and professional compassion that 2nd Family provided to me and my family. I am so thankful that I found this great company!!

I was looking for in-home care for my aunt. A Place for Mom suggested Synergy as it was closest to my aunt's home. A representative met me at the house, answered all of my questions… including some I hadn't thought to ask. The schedule is 4 days on and 3 days off and the 2 caregivers with my aunt are wonderful. My aunt---she has a stroke in early June and can no longer care for herself other than self-feeding---has told me "You found good people to take care of me." The Synergy rep has checked in with me several times to update me on caregiver concerns and to check on how things were in general.
