Using 2nd Family for help with my Dad's care has been an incredibly positive experience. The company itself is extremely professional and yet still personable and the caregivers are top notch. We have had caregivers in and out of our home constantly and they have all been well trained, friendly and fun to have around! This company has allowed us to keep my father with us instead of looking for an outside placement.

They were incredibly helpful. The women that were chosen to come and work with her were great. They have even come to visit her in her new place, even though it's a bit of a drive. They cried when we moved her to a community. We had consistent care from everyone. We chose them because the woman who recommended them to me used them for her mom.

They're wonderful! We've been very pleased with the service. They were very prompt getting in touch with us when we started our search, and they were very professional during our initial meetings setting up the service, which made us feel very comfortable. The aide they sent has been wonderful, and gets along great with our loved one.

They sent just the right type of person that we needed. They let me know in advance if they can't fill the shift. My friend seems much more alert on the days he has a caregiver visiting him.

Had tour with Colin Barnes and nurse Desiree (I believe) at 1PM. Felt presentation and program was slightly better than ComForCare, with more detailed safety assessment and suggestions, and activity ideas, although it was a difficult decision. At this point our decision is to go with Presidio. It was close between the two.

It all depends on who you get. At first we started out with a real young one who was only nineteen, but now we have an older caregiver and she is fantastic! They haven’t missed any appointments with us so far.

Once they matched up a personality that complimented my mom, it has been a great experience. I would suggest trying other care givers if you don't like the first one that is assigned to you.

I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers. I had three different caregivers, because they wanted to find a good match. The last girl we found was wonderful! The other girls were skilled, and very nice, but they wanted to get a good personality match. They did too!

The two people Simone and Jennifer I’ve dealt with them – I’d give them a six! They keep in touch with me – even to ask how I was doing during a difficult time I had. They’re just very caring and helpful.

It's working out well. We have had one girl, it's consistent care. That's one reason I chose them. She is very nice, and she knows what she is doing. She is very good. We have never had trouble with scheduling and having her be late, or not show up. I have never needed a replacement. I recommend them to anyone.

The nurse came along with the home health aide on several occasions, to make sure everything is okay, and helped out to make sure the aide could handle him. We mostly had the same person all the time, and when our regular person couldn't make it the nurse came with the fill in, to make sure everything went okay. I can't think of I thought everything was extremely well done.

From the very first phone call with the management, to the caregivers that have come in, they have all been just wonderful. They were able to send someone the next day, when I first asked, and that was a Sunday night. They were so accommodating. They have taken a lot of the worry off our shoulders. Our caregiver is very professional, and very friendly. We have had mostly the same caregiver, but we have had a few replacements if our caregiver can't make it, and they have all been very good too.

Overall our experience with the Right at Home service was a good one! The caregivers were all very friendly and professional and took great care of my loved one! The only difficulty we ran into was that the owner liked to bill us weekly, but only cashed the checks once a month, which made our bookkeeping more difficult than it needed to be.
