We were really happy with them. They were wonderful. We had two caregivers, and they were both wonderful. Very friendly!

So far they've done an excellent job. They've been very accommodating when it comes to hours and schedules. We had a few specific requests about making sure we received a few regular people, so my loved one wouldn't have to learn too many new faces, and although it took a bit to get that worked out they did come through for us. All of the caregivers I've met have been very friendly, and I haven't heard any complaints from family members!

I haven’t met the care caretaker. My sisters have met them. They seem pleased. My mother is very, very, very happy with her care giver. They seemed well versed in dementia care. We’ve only been with them for a couple of months. Being able to refocus a person is a very useful skill.

They've been great. Everyone has been friendly, and competent. They are a good value, their pricing is fair. I have not had any scheduling issues and have been able to have the same caregivers come out. I chose them over others, because I had the chance to speak with the owner of the company.

I had a great experience with them! Most of them were college age, who needed to work around their schedules. They always helped with whatever I needed. They dusted, went grocery shopping, and helped water my back yard. They were all very nice and pleasant. They were very clean, and there were never any problems with anything going amiss while they were here. Very nice experience and I would use them again!

My mom recently experienced some health setbacks and was unable to keep up with her daily life. The team at Griswold Home Care were able to pitch in and ease the stress the situation caused for the entire family. Most importantly my Mom. Thankfully her situation was temporary. The ability, ease and comfort of finding the right fit is an immense life saver. Mom was treated as a person with dignity and respect. The agency listened to our needs and selected the perfect person to fill the job. As a former Home Health Aide I am very familiar with what is and is not out there. My high bar was passed. Rates are reasonable.

We used two different caregivers for overnight care and both were outstanding in professionalism, skills, and personality.

when we first took a tour of the premises we were very impressed. Everything is clean and bright and anyone we met was friendly. The apartment that we chose is nice and comfortable and there is a lot of storage for a one bedroom apartment. On Mondays the residents get together to just socialize and twice a month there is bingo. I think this will be a great fit for us

We love the 24 hour, live-in caregivers. They are taking such good care of my mother that she looks better than she has for a long time.

Our current caregiver is very good, but we had one that was less than acceptable. The agency has been quick to address any issues, and as soon as we let them know that caregiver wasn't working out they sent out a new one. We have a consistent caregiver, we get the same person every week. The value seems fairly reasonable. The caregiver we have now is very knowledgeable, she is always looking for things to do and is a great worker. Cleanliness and activities do not apply as this is homecare.

I've been very pleased with this service so far. They're great at matching the caregiver they send out to the needs of the family, and the more input you can give them (culture, personality, etc) the better the match will be. The service here is more expensive than others I've used, but they do a good job and I feel like you get what you pay for.

Everything has worked out very well so far with Right at Home. We like the young lady they've been sending over, she's always cheerful and on time. Whenever we have any questions or issues to speak about the office staff are always very quick to respond.

We use these services for my loved one, and so far, they've been great! It's a little pricey, but it's good care. If they could make the pricing a little more affordable, that would be my only suggestion. We really liked that the owner came out and met with us personally. She was very insightful and helpful as far as programs to apply for, such as VA benefits. She also gave suggestions to make our loved one's home more accessible. She was very professional and helpful and we really like them!

Wanda is a God Send. We love her, she is wonderful. We have the same three caregivers all the time. They know exactly what to do and are very knowledgeable. We have never had any problems with people showing up on time or anything like that. There isn't anything I would have done differently, they are the best.

We are no longer using their services, since my loved one needed to move into assisted living. However, it was a good experience working with them. The prices were definitely a little high, but we were able to have the same caregiver come out. We had no issues with tardies or scheduling conflicts. In fact, they were actually very accomodating to our schedules! I appreciated that they were able to help me on short notice with change of schedule! It happened frequently, due to my childrens' schedule and my sister's schedule, and they adjusted quickly!

We've had a great experience with this homecare service so far! The caregivers themselves have been extraordinarily cheerful and kind. The administrative staff have been polite, cooperative, and helpful. The caregivers have always been prompt and on-time, and the company has always had a replacement ready and on-time if the regular caregiver was ill.

I haven't met any of the caregivers personally as this is something I helped set up for an out-of-state relative, but from what I've heard everything seems to be going well. My loved one has said that the caregivers are all very friendly and always willing to help her with whatever she needs. The only issue I've had is that I requested they send some information over to my loved one's long term insurance company and I had to stay on top of them for a few weeks before all the necessary paperwork was sent over.

To date things have been routine, with no problems or issues. Home Instead has delivered the product promised in an excellent manner. As a client remote from the care location, I would like some feedback from Home Instead's perspective when they send a periodic invoice. Are there any facility issues, physical issues, other requirements that need attention?

Everything has been very positive, we have been very pleased with Home Helpers. We have the same caregiver most of the time. We haven't had any problems with them being late or not showing up. This is homecare so the cleanliness and the activities don't apply.
