[Name removed] and his staff at Senior Helpers are the best. He listens intently, cares deeply and offers expert and practical advice with the best caregivers for my loved one. Even if I just call, he listens and "gets" it and knows exactly what i need to hear and needs to do. Such glad I found him and them.

Synergy cares for my loved one. If we didn't have them, we would be in trouble! They have been really easy to work with and notify me by phone to let me know of any changes in the schedule.

We chose Right at Home Orlando because it allowed my to keep my loved one at home, while giving me and my family piece of mind. The owner came out and met with our family on a weekend and they seemed to have everything in order which is what we were looking for. [name removed], the caregiver really cares about my mother and follow through with the with the tasks we leave for her. They work with her to encourage my mother with her activity books, walking and taking care of her health. We really appreciate that they also helped find a caregiver that speaks my mother’s language and takes the time to talk with her.

It was an excellent day the day I met [name removed] (owner)and [name removed] (RN) from Synergy. They are both respectful, responsible and caring people. They spent upwards of 3 hours talking and getting to know our parents so that they could employee the best possible aides for them given their unique circumstances. Synergy is very supported of aging people and their families. The 2 aides, that spend considerable time with our 95 year old parents (2), gives us respite and confidence. [Name removed] accompanies the aide on the first day ensure that the plan of care is followed by the aide. We have used other agencies and this is so far Synergy receives TOP ranking.

Synergy homecare is consistent and dependable. We tried another service and they had some employees that didn’t show up. The caregivers seem genuinely concerned with her welfare, and mine as well. Most of the time the caregivers catch up on things that I didn’t even ask them to do.

Very please with this agency they took good care of my Mom. Everyone has been so kind and caring.

The caregivers that came are on time, they do the things they need and they are pleasant. The contact with the social workers and director have been pleasant. Synergy has met my expectations and exceeded some as well!

Griswold Home Care has assisted my 2 friends for several years. The office staff has always been available and goes out of their way to help. The caregivers have been kind and efficient. I have and will in the future recommend them to others that need assistance.

My 95 year old Mom got to the point where she could not manage on her own in her home. We shopped around for home care and settled on 4 Seasons Home Care out of Marietta. They became part of our family - always being there on schedule to not only assist Mom with her personal care but also adding to her socialization by engaging her in activities that she could do as well as being her friend. It sure helped her children to not feel so guilty when we could not be with her and/or help her! Everyone from care givers, to the office staff to the Owner and RN staff were always involved with Mom's care. She is gone now but high reviews for outstanding care services from 4 Seasons Home Care. They really do care!!

Right at Home is the most important thing to me because without them I can't survive. Usually, I can call the office if I have a problem and they will send a caring and compassionate caregiver who understands my situation.

When I had someone come to my house from Synergy Home Care it was okay. We got along and they were friendly and professional. They were primarily there to help me around the house or to make me something to eat. The person I had was an experienced home care provider.

My parents had one girl they really liked but they didn't like the idea of a person coming into their house. I mostly wanted someone to make sure they ate and they took their medication correctly. However the caregiver was unable to monitor the medication and my parents made it impossible for her to do it the way I wanted. This is was a try and we realize home care is not the best fit.

I have not used Synergy but I did meet with them. they were very nice and I ended up referring them to a friend because I had a very good impression of them.

Everything went great with this home care service! The staff showed up on time and did what they needed to do in order to take great care of my loved one! This home care service is a significant improvement over our last home care service!

The caregivers that have come out to the house have been good for mom. There has been a small issue of one of them not showing up, however the administration is working to correct this situation. The service can help with light housekeeping, cooking, companionship and personnel needs. They made setting up the service easy and they left us a lot of information in case we had any additional questions. They are professional and easily accessible by phone. They responded to our need quickly and I would recommend this service.

The caregiver that comes out to the house helps my parents in many ways. She helps with some light housework. She takes them to some of their appointments and to the store. She also helps with some personnel needs. The owner is very nice. She came out to the house and spent a lot of time explaining everything. They are very receptive to our requests and the hours we needed. I would recommend looking into this home care agency.

Home Instead did a good job and they did what they said they were going to do. I had to stop services because I only needed help an hour a day and the minimum of four hours a day was becoming too expensive. I would recommend them.

All along I denied I needed help ,I wanted to care for [Removed] by myself ,but the children did the research ,agreed on using 2nd family and I don't regret it ,,I have 2 great caring aides.

The agency is very responsible sending people on scheduled days. These individuals sent are helpful and cheerful and also do some housework that is very helpful. I have just started and have been sent several different caregivers.
