Brookdale

This community was very nice. The staff was kind and welcoming on our tour. They gave us good information. The site was clean and looked very good. The location was not in a good area for me to get too not as close as I would have liked.

I know someone here and I visit at time and see that they are a very nice community with good staff. However for me they do not fit my budget.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind. My tour guide was there ready to give me my tour. She was informative, and answered my questions. The community was nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. It was a good experience.

My mother-in-law is settling in well and she is even starting to like the food. The staff has got her involved in the activities and the field trips, they went out to lunch at Outback on one of the many outings and she enjoys the physical therapy session they offer. They make sure she keeps busy.

Very friendly staff and director was very personable. Nice facility! I liked the private room but the shared room was as very hospital like. I didn't like that clients had to go out of the room for a shower. We witnessed a couple of situations which were easily diffused and kindly dealt with.

Although this facility had fewer amenities than the other two, my parents felt it was more comfortable and homey. As an older facility the rooms were larger with a lot more storage space and a full kitchen.

Nice, older, smaller, family atmosphere. Friendly staff and residents. Small apartments. Nice courtyard with vegetable garden.

This is a beautiful community and the grounds and garden area really add to the appeal. The staff did an excellent job during my tour and they addressed my question and concerns since my friend is in a wheelchair I was concerned about him moving around and that he would have enough staff to help should he need it.

My mom was in this community for a 2-week respite stay and things went fairly well, they did have an issue with her shower in her room and she had to use a different shower else where which she did not like. And they needed to address the lack of a doctor's orders on one of her meds she was taking. Other than that my mom did very well here, she even started to socialize with the other residents and took part in the activities.

My dad seems to be doing ok here. There have been issues that have come up that the staff has been extremely helpful with . The staff is wonderful extremely helpful and attemtive. The community is very clean very well light and the climate control is set just right. The food is ok no complaints. The reason why we chose this community was the pricing and the location both were perfect for our situation .

The staff was very nice and helpful here. They told us right up front after describing the level of care that my husband needed that they were not equipped to handle him. I appreciated that they were up front and honest with me. The community itself was nice it seemed clean and a friendly atmosphere.

I like that they have private rooms. The conversation areas are nice - near the. It'd feeders, etc. so the people interact more.

My client has had a very rough transition due to his multiple scoliosis and the staff has been great in working with him. The main reason we picked this community is that they offer the highest level of assisted care and so my client is able to still be a part of the community and the amenities that they offer should he want to. He does go to the dining area and likes the food for the most part. We are pleased with the care he is getting here.

This community is very convenient right next to a hospital and near to the family. Since coming here my mom is doing fine she has made some friends and has joined some activities and some social events. The staff whether it be the servers in the dining area or housekeeping are very friendly and nice. The community is kept very clean. The food is good they offer a good selection.

Mom is still adjusting to living at this community. All of the staff are seasoned and outstanding. The staff are well trained and treat the residents with respect. The food is good and healthy. The kitchen staff do a good job and they are responsive to the residents requests. They offer daily bus trips with two pick up times a day. This community is a little short on activities. This community is a little pricey and they could use some updating.

Things have been going very well for mom since moving here. She has made new friends and is staying busy with the activities and social events they offer. She is quite comfortable in her new apartment. The community has been clean and well cared for every time we have been there. Mom likes the food good portions and tastes good.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The people we met were nice and helpful. They allow pets and they seem to offer some nice social activities. We just did not think this community would work for our loved one.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The person that took us on tour was nice. This is a gated community with paved walking trails. They offer transportation and they seem to offer some nice activities. This community did not have an opening when we visited.

My loved one had a good experience during her respite stay at this Brookdale. The staff took good care of her and the food was good. This is a single floor quiet community. The community is nice, however it was a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

The staff have been great with mom. The marketing director was great and answered all of our questions. The grounds are nice. They have a pathway, gazebo and a pretty lake in the back. There is an interior garden with butterflies and hummingbirds. They create a good ambience. They have a lot of things she enjoys and they include her in different activities. I would recommend this community.
