Brookdale

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for her. The staff have been friendly and I am comfortable with the quality of care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities they have to offer all of the residents. Overall it has been great and I would recommend it to anyone.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The community does have smaller studio rooms. The people I met during the tour were nice. I knew mom would not be happy with the size of the rooms at this community.

This was good for a week or so of Respite care

Brookdale Conway was a nice community. It was very well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and they answered all of the questions that we had. We chose another community that was closer to our family members.

This is a nice community and the staff I met were nice. They have an enclosed walking path and they seem to offer some nice activities. This community would not accept our loved one as they were not able to care for someone with their stage of Dementia.

My mom is settling in very nicely, the staff has been great with her and she is starting to take part in the activites and enjoys going to the dining room with the other residents. She even likes the food.

This is a wonderful community, and I had a nice tour of it. The staff was very kind, and helpful. My tour guide was informative, and answered. From what I saw the community was neat, and tidy. The experience went well over, but I did find another that was a better location for my family.

We turned this community for the care of my father. We liked the staff was nice. We did not like the atmosphere which needed to be up dated. The community did not have the feeling that my father would have liked. Families might consider a tour for the care for a family member and we would recommend a tour.

We toured this community for mom's care. The staff was very nice and able to answer the questions we had on the care that is offered. We did not see the menu of the meals. The community is clean and nice. The activities that they have would have been good for her to be able to try and join with the other residents. We would suggest a tour for other families for the care of a loved one.

My tour guide was informative, and my questions were answered. Everything went well, but I did not feel this was the facility for my wife, and her needs.

When touring this community we thought my mother in law would get a little overwhelmed by living here. We found it to be large and too busy for her. There seemed to be quite a lot of residents around all doing something. However, the staff was nice and helpful gave us good information.

This community looked well taken care of when I visited. The people I met were nice. This community does seem to offer a lot of nice amenities. This community does not accept medicaid.

The staff have been good and have answered my questions. The food is hit or miss as some days are better than others They offer daily activities and they keep the community clean. This community does accept medicaid and I would recommend taking a look at it.

We liked what we saw when we toured this community. It is a lovely place and the staff was friendly and helpful.The only thing that was a concern was we were looking more down the road for my mother and know that eventually we will have to move her into memory care and this community does not offer that level of care.

My son. and his wife had a nice tour of this facility. They toured it for myself, and my needs. From what they told me the tour went well. However they wanted a closer location for me. Unfortunately this was not the community for me.

One of the main factors when we were considering where to move myself was location. This community was a little bit to far for my families to travel too, but their tour went well overall.

We had a great tour we really liked this facility & plan to move Mom in there soon.

I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She is recovering well, and I know she in good hands. They have a great, helpful staff in this facility. They are great with their commutation, and taking good care of my mother. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. Everything looks great when I visit. I was only had a short time period too make this decision, and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this community to my family, and friends. It is a nice facility.
