Brookdale

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have made sure to provide her with excellent quality of care and are always so friendly to the family when we come to visit. The property is very well maintained and always kept clean for all of the residents. She has had no issues with the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities with the other residents. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

The tour was very informative and provided the just the visual data that I was looking for. The facility has a lot of things that I was looking for in my next home. The age of the facility is the only negative. It would require a investment on my part to bring it up to my standards. I will continue to look for a place that has the same amenities but is more up to date.

I had a tour at this community and it was a nice community but they were not able to fit my mother-in-law budget.

My mother-in-law adjusting and she is doing very well. She is getting along with everybody and they enjoy her too. They have several activities that she is participating in. I like the staff and everything that is there. Overall the community has been a good fit.

My mom was here for respite stay and she did ok. There were some issues that I am a little concerned with but overall from what I was told it was a good stay. The staff was nice and kind. The community seemed to be clean and maintained well. Mom seemed to like the food, however, I don't think they give them very big portions because while my mom was there she had lost some weight. If I were in the position again of needing respite services I would have to think about using them again.

The food is pretty good and they offer some nice activities. The community is clean and they clean my loved ones room daily. The staff have been friendly and encouraging. I would recommend this community.

We toured the Brookdale Uptown Whittier. It was a very nice and beautiful community. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what they would offer. It was beautifully decorated and well-kept. We chose another community that was a better fit for our budget.

We were very fortunate that the director of this community came in on a holiday weekend to do our tour with us for my mom. They did a great job showing us around the beautiful community, they took their time and answered all our questions. We did feel that the location was further away from our home than we wanted but I would definitely recommend this community and taking a tour here.

Brookdale Eden is a very nice community. The place was very clean and well-kept. The staff members were very nice showing us around the property. I really liked the facility but my mom really wanted to stay in Virginia where she grew up.

Our tour of the community was very good. I liked seeing that it was open and they had assistance for me. They had a few activities from what I saw and the community was clean. I met with nice staff. They were just not for me.

I enjoyed seeing a well decorated place and to see happy people here but I didn't feel it was a fit. I liked how it looked and what they have for the residents but being that I do need some help it was not for me.

My wife and I are living her and we feel like they were a good pick for us. We like the great dinners we eat and our apartment is the main thing we like. It has a balcony that overlooks the lake with trees. This is a wooded campus and one can even see squirrels. The staff are good too.

This is a good community if you do not need a higher level of care. The staff do a good job of taking care of the residents. We did have a concern when the community chose to use visiting angels twenty four hours a day without our permission. We loved the place while my loved one was there and they made friends. They offered good therapy. The food was alright. I would recommend this community for residents that do not need a lot of care.

This really nice community, and my tour of it was a pleasant one. Everyone was kind to family, and I. The community was neat, and everything was tidy. The staff we met was polite, and helpful. All our questions were answered. Everything went well, but I did find a better fit for my aunt, and her needs.

This community was very lovely. The inside was clean and very nice to look at. They have a couple of different common areas where the residents can visit with each other or visitors. The staff was very nice and friendly very professional. We just felt that the level of care for my brother was going to be a little more than what they were able to provide.

I enjoyed the tour and it looked like a nice facility but they were not a match for my dad's needs. They are so much bigger and the staff to resident ratio would be bad for his needs. I did appreciate getting to knowing about the community.

I'am satisfied with my brothers move this community. He is doing very well, and I know he is in good hands. They have a good staff, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. I'am comfortable with his move to this community. It is a good, safe facility, and I would recommend it.

After touring at different communities I started to realize assisted living was too expensive for one on a fixed income. There are not many respectable options. The community looked very nice but it was just not a good fit. A Place For Mom is great and I appreciate their services, it is helpful.

When we toured this community it gave us the impression of almost a nursing home type environment. There didn't seem to be a whole lot of activities or interaction with the residents going on when we were there. I almost feel that the care level was much higher than what my mom would require so I felt this was not a good choice for her. The staff we met were friendly and nice.
