Brookdale

My loved one stayed at the Brookdale Bellevue for respite stays on two occasions. Overall they did a very good job of taking care of her and her care needs. I was only disappointed when I had dropped her off with her hair freshly done and when I picked her up 12 days later she had not had her hair done. Other than that the staff was very nice and accommodating. They provided activities that she enjoyed participating in. The staff took her and other residents out and went to get ice cream on a couple of occasions. icecream. They helped her feel like she was helping out and a part of the family. They had music for entertainment and she enjoyed dancing. Mom really liked it and would like to back. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it smelled good. There was a nicely landscaped courtyard with tables and chairs for the residents to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. If I was to offer a suggestion for anyone looking for a place for their loved one, it would be that your loved one needs an advocate to make sure that their well-being is being taken care of at all times.

This was one of the community that I was considering for my husband, and his needs. I had a lovely tour of it, and everything went well. The community looked good from what I saw. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They answered all my questions, and it was a nice experience. Unfortunately their price was out of our budget, but I did find another community that met our needs better.

Mom is in the best place she could be I am so pleased with the care she is getting here. There is so much support to help her gain her strength back between the physical therapist and the occupational therapist. A staff member comes and helps her down to the dining room with her walker. The staff is amazing they are so friendly and attentive I really appreciate how they provide quality care to the residents. Mom is eating healthy now and enjoying the food which is helping her. The location of the property is only 4 miles from where I live so I love having her so close by.

We are really pleased with the care they are providing for my mom at Brookdale Oak Hollow. It is a clean and well-kept community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to our family when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. I have good communication with the staff regarding any questions or concerns I have regarding my mom's well-being. I think the meals that they serve are good. They have a nice enclosed area for the residents to be able to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this community to others.

Excellent tour and staff. While we liked the facility we thought the cost was a little high for this facility. Obviously driven by the high real estate costs in the area. We are now looking in Oregon and Washington

I am beyond thrilled at how well my husband is doing here. He has surprised me in how well he has adjusted to his new surroundings. He is starting to mingle and interact with the other residents. He is doing some of the activities he is physically able to do he is just enjoying himself there which makes me extremely happy. He loves the food. The staff is amazing they are so nice and kind very accommodating. The community itself is lovely very bright and clean. I may have chosen another community over this one but because at the time they were offering a move in special I couldn't pass it up especially considering this community is much further than I wanted to travel.

I really liked this community when we toured it, in fact, it was second on my list of favorites. The community appeared very clean and well maintained and the staff seemed friendly and very nice however one of the other communities that we had toured previously we thought offered just a little more of what we were looking for.

The staff here are adorable and they just love my mom. In fact, they let her lead the sing-a-longs and they sent me a picture of her leading the exercise classes all the things she loved doing as a teacher and it makes her so happy. This is a very nice community and I think with it being smaller and a memory care that my mom gets more attention and I know that she is in a secure and safe place.

I really liked touring this community. The community is very nice clean and well maintained. The outside is done very nice with the landscaping. However, the main floor plan I was not a fan of I didn't think it would benefit my mom where she would be comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful on our tour gave us some good information.

We were very impressed with this community, it is bright and open, the rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautiful and the staff did a really good job showing us all around. We noticed the residents were all mingling with one another, there were lots of amenities for them to take part in and they seemed to really like living here. I would definitely recommend taking a tour here.

This is a nice, safe community, and my mother is doing well with her move here. I do feel comfortable with the care she is receiving. They have good staff at this facility, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. It is a well-kept community, and so far everything is working out well. I would recommend this community to my family, and friends.

This was a very nice community, however, I felt that mom would be smothered by all the attention the staff gives the residents. She has some things that she would need assistance with but I didn't feel she was at the level of care this community offers. The rooms are much smaller than some of the other places we had seen. The staff is very attentive and caring and very engaging with the residents which I didn't think my mother could care for she likes to be able to do things when she wants if she wants.

We toured a few different communities and this one was nice but not quite the best fit for my mom. The community was very nice clean and well kept. The outside was nice with a courtyard and lovely landscaping.The staff seemed nice and friendly very informative.

The staff are excellent they go above and beyond. They keep my loved one involved in daily activities. They are responsive when we need anything or have questions. The doctor comes in regularly and is really good. The nurse on staff is nice. My loved one likes the food and they offer a good variety of choices. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. They tailor the care to the residents needs and I would highly recommend this community.

We didn't need to tour this community due to we had a family member that resided here so we were quite familiar as to how the community was run. The staff always seemed to be friendly and nice when I would go visit. I never found the community to be other than very clean and well kept. My loved one never seemed to complain about anything in regards to that and she seemed to be comfortable living here.

I had a good tour and the person who gave the tour was professional. The community had a good environment. I didn't like the area as much, getting in and out of the community was kind of hard.

I have recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they did a great job with the presentation and had a lot of great amenities to offer the residents. I thought the property was beautiful and very well maintained by all of the staff. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

Mom is doing very well here she is really enjoying it. The location was perfect only about 5 minutes from my brother. She is doing the activities such as bingo and other things. Mom is liking the food for the most parts there are days where it isn't as good. We would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

This community looked nice when we visited. The staff we met were nice and the community felt warm and inviting. The main room and dinning area were just a little to big for my loved one.

Thanks for scheduling tour here. [Removed] was Very helpful, educational and informative! Brookdale is a great facility, but 1 bedroom is smaller then they have now.
