Brookdale Brookfield AL seems to be a good fit for our loved one. The staff is very friendly. They are very easy to communicate with if we have any questions or concerns regarding our loved one's well-being. They keep us informed and updated by phone. Where our loved one is living there are only a few residents on the same floor so the staff is very attentive to care needs. The staff is very welcoming to our family when we come to visit. We have heard no complaints regarding the meals they provide. Our loved enjoys participating in the activities provided. It is a very clean and well-kept community. They provide outside areas and enclosed patios for the residents to enjoy the outdoors. We are very satisfied with the security measures that they provide to keep our loved one safe. I would recommend this community to others.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate through as well as different amenities for the residents. It was just not the right location for my mom in the end decision.

I felt this was an older community and that I was just not as comfortable here as some of the other community I had toured. It would be worth a tour to see for yourself.

This was the perfect fit for the mom. The community is just so warm and inviting. The staff is very nice and caring and the physical and occupational therapy is fabulous. Mom is enjoying meeting new people and developing friendships with them. She really likes the food which has been a blessing. Overall we are extremely pleased with this community and would recommend them.

The move into the Assisted Living has been going really well for my husband. He likes the people and everything else. The helpers and the staff are friendly and helpful. The have been attentive to what he needs. The meals are pretty good and he has been enjoy it. At times they bring him meals to his room when he does not feel like eating.

Dad has only been at this community for a short time and so far things are going well. The staff are friendly and they have different levels of experience. The community is pleasant looking and is in a good location for us. He likes the food. I think they could plan a little better for the orientation of new residents.

Everything is fine for my mom. In the morning I see that her bed is always open, when the girls get her up they could pull the quilt back up. A few times she felt that it too a while for them to get back to her. The meals are okay, some are good and there are a few not good meals. However, they got a new chef so I have not heard any feedback yet.

I loved the tour we took of Brookdale Brookfield. I would like to live here if ever need be in the future! It is a beautiful community. The staff was very friendly. It was homey and inviting. We chose another community for our loved one based on her care needs.

Hotel like layout - nice furnishings and tall ceilings. Multiple activity rooms, pool and hot tub. Expensive and rooms seemed a bit smaller than other places

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my sister and I have no complaints of how things had went. I was pleased with the presentation the staff had prepared for us and thought they did a great job with providing us with lots of helpful information. I think they have a nice selection of activities as well as meal plans for the residents throughout the week. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision.

This was my 2nd choice of the Brookdale locations - the room sizes are nice and large, but no memory care - so mom would have to be shifted to a different location at some points. I'm torn. I liked that this Brookdale and the one at Voorhees both had resident ambassadors who will take a newbie under their wing and show them the ropes.

This is a very pleasant community and I am happy with them.Everything is fine and I eat 3 meals a day and it is wonderful. I have been to a few exercise classes and they offer many activities but my time is limited here so I have not tried everything yet. I picked them because they are convenient for me to get to the VA nursing home to see my husband.
