Brookdale

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. She has had some of the best therapy at this place and is becoming more active every single day. She is enjoying her dinning experience and is always saying how amazing the meals are. My mom likes the fact she has lots of varieties on the menu to choose from and fresh salad. Overall it has been the perfect fit and we are very happy.

I toured Brookdale Greenville. The staff was friendly and It was a clean and well-kept community. We chose another community that was a better fit for our loved one

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff have been excellent with her care and are always so polite every time I visit. I often have lunch with my mother and the chef does an excellent job with the meals. She is starting to enjoy a few of the activities and has made a few friends with the other residents. We are overall very happy with this place and would recommend it to anyone interested.

This is a good community, and my mother is doing well with her move here. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. I know she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is great, and they have been great to work with. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. I'am pleased with everything they have done for our family.

We used the respite service here and it was the best thing we ever did. I didn't have to go to any other communities I fell in love with the placement site on the scene. The staff is super friendly and caring I knew my mom would be in good hands. She was involved with activities while she was there which surprised us. She said, for the most part, the food was good. It was such a positive experience I would recommend them and I would use them again if needed.

My father in law seems to be very content now that he is living here. He has settled in very well. He seems to be happy just staying in the community grounds and doing things there. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. He enjoys the food from what I understand. We would recommend this community

Everything is going very well here for my husband he is getting taken care very well. During the hurricane, I didn't have to worry they moved the residents to a safer community and things went well. The staff is very good here very nice and helpful they care about the residents. My husband is liking the food he eats well. He does the activities. The community is close to family so we visit often. I would recommend this community

What I really like about this community is that there are 2 separate locations one for assisted living which is across the street from this location and then they have the memory care building. My sister in law is still trying to adjust to being here but day by day it seems to be getting better. The staff has been very patient and understanding with her and with us. She is meeting new people and starting to make some friends. She is really enjoying the food. We would recommend this community to anyone.

[Removed]was so sweet! Spent almost 2 hrs with us. Tons of info & tour was very informative. Love the old trees& walking trails, the activity lists, size of apartment. Clubhouse was impressive. Mom less then thrilled with cost but we will continue with the indoctrination & as she educates hope will accept the ranges better. Stays on the potential list! I love all levels in same place so if accident rehab handy!

I had a good tour of this community. I toured it for my mother, and her needs. It was a good experience, and everyone was kind, and friendly. The community was nice, and clean. Everything went well, and I did not have any problems with my tour of this facility.

Really liked this facility. It could use a little updating, but the staff was friendly, the place was clean and the residents seemed to be engaged and happy. It does not offer skilled nursing so "aging in place" is not an option - most likely a deal breaker for me.

I like that this community has a homey feel to it. Everyone knows your name and they say hi when they see you. The staff have been great and encouraging. Mom likes the food and she has started to participate in some of the daily activities. The community is clean and they have a patio on the third floor that overlooks a courtyard. They worked with us when we moved mom into the community.

A Place For Mom helped us find a community for my mother-in-law and I appreciated their help. She loves her apartment and it is a reasonable price. The staff are super nice and she likes them too. When we were there, the staff were friendly with us. My mother-in-law loves the director of the community. We have no complaints about the community.

We toured this community for my aunt, and her needs. The tour went well, and everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community was nice, but to large for my aunt, and her needs. The staff was nice, and helpful. Everyone treated us well, but we did find another community that met our needs better.

This is a very nice community that is set-up very well for memory care. All the staff is well trained and I felt that my dad would have done very well here. Right now dad is still able to live in an assisted living situation but I would definitely recommend this community to those whose loved ones need the memory care, it is well worth the tour here.

Enjoyed meeting with the director. She was very thorough in our meeting, however, we did not get to see a room. If we decide this is the way we want to go, will have to go see a room first.

My loved one only stayed briefly at Brookdale Windsor. He became ill and we had to move him to another community. Brookdale Windsor took good care of him while he was there. The staff was friendly and caring. He wasn't able to enjoy the meals or participate in the activities provided. He spent a lot of time away from the community doing other outside activities and hadn't fully acclimated to his new place. At Brookdale Windsor they were good about making sure he took his medication in a timely manner. We are not sure whether he will be returning here after rehab.

So far this community is working out pretty well for my mother, and her needs. It was a pretty easy adjustment for her with her move to this community. There has been a few issues with the new management, but hopefully with some time they will pick up the slack in the area they lack. Other than that issue this is a very nice community. She is pleased with the meals, she loves the food. There are activities available for her if she ever wants to participate. Their prices work well with our budget. The experience is going well so far for us in this community, and I would recommend it.
