Brookdale

We are so thankful we found this community for my friend it is wonderful, she loves living here. She is doing most of the activities and enjoying the evening entertainment. The residents and the staff are just so nice and friendly. The environment is just happy and upbeat. The food is extremely good. They keep the community looking and smelling clean. One of the best communities we toured we couldn't be happier.

This seems like a very nice community. They invited mom to come have lunch to see if she likes this community and if she would get enough stimulation. There is a medical organization that comes in twice a month. They have a doctor that visits every three months. There is a behavioral doctor on site and they have a dental truck that comes there. This community seems to offer a lot of the services we were looking for.

They have a number of interesting activities at this community. They have a nice dining room for meals. The food is good and they offer a nice variety of choices. The community is clean and the staff are helpful. The have aides available if you need a little extra assistance. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community for my mother in law, and her needs. Everyone was kind to my family, and friends. The community looked good, everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff we met was kind, and friendly. It was a good experience, but we did find another community that met our needs better.

Mom is still trying to get settled at Brookdale Ebenezer Road. It has been a hard transition for her after being independent for so many years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to make her feel more comfortable. Everyone at the community is very welcoming to our family members when we come and visit. I have not yet dined with my mom because they like to have advance notice if you want to eat with your loved one, but my brother and his wife have eaten with her and they said the food is very good. They go out of their way to provide my mom with foods that she likes to eat. They are also encouraging her to participate in physical therapy to help build up her strength. We would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

We toured this community for my parents, and their needs. The tour went well for the most part. Everyone was nice too my family, and I. The community looked nice, but the room they showed us was too little for my parents. The staff treated us well, and answered my questions. It was a nice experience, but it was not the right fit for my parents, and their needs.

We were in a sticky situation and needed a quick move in for my mother-in-law. We picked this community and everything is going very well. She is definitely getting good care and being treated very well. My mother in likes seeing them go above and beyond for all the residents and seeing all the staff work together. I see them being caring and wonderful. For the most part she eats good meals. They community is kept clean. However, I am not too happy with doctor services.

We like the care at this community. The staff are caring and always trying to make sure that things get compltedly. They do offer activiites for her to participate. We would recommend this community. for other families.

We are pleased that our loved one is settling in at Brookdale Southpoint. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and although it is not a brand new community it is very clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. We have not dined there but the food looks appetizing and smells good. There are activities that the staff encourages the residents to engage in. They do have an outdoor area in the memory care unit for the residents to get out and enjoy the fresh air.

The community has provided excellent care to my client. She has gone on a few outings and done some activities. The staff at the community has been extremely helpful and really nice and accommodating. Even though my client says she doesn't care for the food I'm sure it is okay she is just picky about what she will eat. I'm very pleased with the level of care she has been receiving.

This community was nice however the way the building was situated half of it was on a busy street which meant it was a little too noisy with traffic. The property had what they called a courtyard in back with a large fenced in fountain and come seating areas. The inside was very well decorated very warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice. Still interested in this facility. Staff great, location good, grounds and outside a little "sad" but interior is above average. Prices excellent.

I have no complaint of how things had went for my mother and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had spacious apartments for the residents as well as the dinning room. It was just not the right location for us but I was pleased with the experience.

This community was very nice. Lovely inside very clean and well maintained. The community seemed to offer quite a few things to do inside and there were ample sitting areas but the community didn't offer outdoor space for people to walk and enjoy the outside as much as he had hoped. My father in law loves the outside and would have preferred more things to do outside.

We are moving my mom back home because she has decided after being there awhile that it's just not the right fit for her. She misses her home and her privacy. She had met some really nice people here and the staff is wonderful they are right on top of issues. In fact, the residents where pendants around their necks in case of emergencies and those seem to be malfunctioning to the point where the staff will come and do a wellness check no matter what time day or night because they get an alert from the pendant and there is nothing wrong. I will say that my mom received excellent physical therapy from here.The food was wonderful.

My dad is still getting acclimated at The Brookdale West Melbourne. One of the main reasons I chose this place for dad is that it has a warm and homey atmosphere. It is very clean and well-kept and the friendly staff is very attentive and caring. Right now my dad is not eating solid foods but the food smells really good. They have a ton of activities which the staff tries to engage my dad to participate. They have a nice internal patio and seating available for the residents to enjoy the fresh air and a perfect place when we bring my dad's dog to visit him.

I just recently had to make the decision to move my mother from our home to assisted living. This is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I have had the primary care of my mother without help from my only brother. Just presenting my mom with this decision was so hard on her and me. This assisted living facilities met and exceeded my expectations. All mother could imagine was a nursing home and all the experiences she had with her parents-she resisted this move and change in her life. She felt as if we were "dumping" her! My husband and I both work long hours and just could not provide mother with the proper care that she needed based on her aging and declining health. Every staff member at Brooksdale was so kind to her and made her feel welcome. The residents were also so so so kind and welcomed her with warm hearts. Mother has decided that this is where she wants to be until she dies! Such warm people - staff and residents. This has been something not easily done but the outcome has been such a lift because in less than a month she loves her new life and has people her age and her caretakers are ALL so sweet to her. She is made to feel special and I can have peace of mind. I will be so grateful for Brooksdale for solving our problem! Thank you!

We toured this community and really liked it. The staff was friendly and kind. Walking around everything seemed to be very clean and well maintained. The residents seem to have a lot of activities they could do. But after the person was looking at the availability that location did not have any open rooms and if we had chosen them they would have had to put dad in another location clear across town until something opened up and I was not willing to be that far away from dad.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly when we toured Brookdale Trillium Crossing. It was very clean and well-kept. They were very informative about their community. We chose another community that was smaller and fit our budget needs.
