Brookdale

My mother in law is doing well at this community. She thinks the activities are ok. The only issue is the food as it does not always taste good and there is not a large variety of choices. The staff are very friendly and good. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

Everything is going well for both of my parents. They are in a 2 bedroom apartment which is the main reason we picked this community. The staff are taking great care with them. They have a lot of activities and my mom participates in the afternoon socialization. The community tries to accommodate all the meals. If a meal is something they don't like they can get substitutions. This is a nice looking community too.

When we were touring locations we were trying to keep in mind down the road for my mom. What we would have loved was nursing care in the same building as the assisted living so if need be in a few years if my mom needed more care than dad then they would be in the same building just in different wings but sadly this community did not offer that. It seemed to be an older community than most we had looked at. The staff was friendly and the property appeared to be well cared for.

We toured this community and it was a nice place. The community appeared clean well maintained. The staff seemed to be friendly and kind their attitude was positive and professional. We didn't come across any residents during the tour so I couldn't ask them how they liked living there.

Everything is going very well for my client. She has settled in and is enjoying her new surroundings. She is finding the staff and residents to be very friendly and nice she feels very welcomed. The food is good no complaints.

I liked this community when we toured it. It looked clean and the people we met seemed nice. This community allows pets and offers transportation. This community did not have an opening at the time we toured.

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. My tour went well overall, and everyone was kind. The community looked nice, but it was a bit larger than what I wanted for my father. The staff I met was friendly, and helpful. My questions were answered, and the experience went well. It just was not the right fit for my father, and his needs.

I really liked my experience at this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I thought they had a great layout that was easy to navigate through for the residents. They also had a lot of great amenities as well as activities available throughout the week for everyone. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my mom but I would recommend it to anyone.

My mom is doing so well at Brookdale Chatfield. It is an older building but well kept up and they have a nice area for the residents to visit. My mom really likes being a part of all the activies and going on the many field trips they offer, she likes getting to go out to lunch with the friends she has made there as well. Going to the dining area is the highlight of her day where she gets to socialize and the menu and food a very good. We felt that the Broodale Chatfield would be a great fit for my mom because when we did out tour both the staff and the residents were so friendly and welcoming. I would have no problem recommending Brookdale Chatfield to everyone.

I will come back and edit my review after a few months. I will be moving in the first of September, but so far my experience has been stellar. Sales staff are knowledgeable, make themselves available, and have worked with me to place me in the unit of my choice. I have eaten a few meals here, and have found them very nice but a little too sedate for my palate. Grounds are well-maintained parking adequate, and plenty of planned activities. One of the best offerings you are able to bring you pet, which was at the top of my must have list. Winston the dog has visited several times and walked the path with me. I am certain I have made the best choice for me as I move away to a more leisurely and care free life style.

There were a few thing that were inconsistent but they are working on it. They said they would waive the sign in fee. Now we are getting billed with interest fees. I am told someone else in the home office is billing us. The community is clean and my mom is eating good meals. I feel she is getting well cared for. The location was important and the main reason for choosing them.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The staff was friendly, and informative. All our questions were answered. The experience was a very nice one, but I did find another community that suited our needs better.

This community seems to have a higher ratio of residents to caregivers. The community seems clean. The staff I met were friendly. This community does charge separately for additional services such as laundry. This community is larger than what we were looking for.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to provide us with lots of great information as well as answer any questions we had for them. I liked the layout out of the over facility and thought it was easy to navigate throughout the building. Overall the staff did a great job and this place was great it was just not the right fit for my dad in the end decision.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far I am very pleased with how things are going for her. The staff have been wonderful to her they are all very nice people and I appreciate there work very much. My mom has nothing but great things to say about all of the meals and has really been getting involved in the activity program they have going throughout the week. Overall I am happy with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We toured a few different communities but no others gave us the feeling of being welcome and giving us the peace of mind that my grandmother would be well taken care of here. The staff is wonderful extremely friendly and very caring. The community itself is bright and cheerful. The food is outstanding couldn't be more pleased.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. The staff have been helpful in every way and I comfortable with the quality of care she is getting. The property is clean and she is content with the great activity program they have throughout the week. The dinning experience is also lovely with lot of great meals for the residents. Overall we are happy and would recommend it to anyone.

Brookdale Courtyard Puyallup seems to be a good fit for my mom. I was happy they accept Medicaid, it will help out in the future. It is a very clean and well-kept community. The staff is friendly and does a good job of taking care of her.I have joined my mom for meals there and the food is good, with they offer a variety of choices, the meals seem well balanced. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. They offer a bus program to take the residents shopping and other appointments. There are nice walkways to enjoy the outdoors, seating available to relax and enjoy the company of other residents, or sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings. I would recommend this community to others.

The experience is doing well. I do feel my mother is safe, and in good hands. Everything has worked out well.

My love one will be making the move to this community pretty soon. It is a nice facility, and I'am comfortable with her moving here. This is a nice community with kind people. Up to now my experience with this community has been a good one. The community looks good, and well-kept. They have a friendly staff. I know she will be safe, and in good hands in this community. I would recommend it.
