Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour with friendly staff but the community was just to big and overwhelming

We do like the staff they are very kind to the residents, and we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family is having a much better experience we are happy with the improvements being made here that were not happening at our loved ones previous community. The staff are all very friendly, we do not get any attitude from anybody. We have spoken with the director and we know it is not her fault given the current struggles with staffing, but the house keeping is lacking some. Also the maintenance guys is all by himself during the day and with it being a bigger place it can take awhile for things to get done. The meals overall are pretty good and even though our loved one does not participate in the activities, they staff do their best to encourage.

We had a good tour experience with Brookdale but it was a high rise and we wanted something all on one level. They also were not going to be able to care for my loved ones needs.

I have lived here for about 3 yrs. I love it here. everyone is very nice. we have wonderful activities, the food is good. the servers at breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very nice and helpful.

It's a smaller, more quaint facility. And everybody has been really nice. The only problem is they're only just now getting an entertainment director for the memory care section. He should be starting on Monday, and hopefully that aspect will get better. In the meantime, we've worked with PT to make sure our loved one gets more physical activity. The facility is nice and clean, and the people are very helpful. So we're happy with our choice overall.

Things are going very well here for my mother and we are having a good experience so far. We chose Brookdale because they came recommended to us by another facility. We also wanted to stay with her doctor and they work within the Brookdale facility. The food is prepared on site and residents get a menu with variety to choose from. Is it very easy to get communication from the nurses, general practitioner, et., If I text or call they respond quickly. The whole staff is very aware of how my moms day to day health is. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

This is a good place for my loved one to be. I believe the memory care community know what to look for and the course that the memory takes to alert the family and keep them updated. The staff are good to work with and they are responsive with answering to questions or addressing concerns. Brookdale is assisting with medication management, feeding, hygiene, bathing and more that is provided for my loved one. The monthly fee includes meals, activities, room, and housekeeping. There is an additional fee for assistance with lifting and feeding of my loved one. The community itself has quite a few activities. They are able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a really nice community but the room that was available was an extremely long walk and an elevator ride to the dining room. The community was also a little to big, but the staff we met were very friendly.

This was not so great of a community. The tour was okay it was just not the environment that we were looking for.

Brookdale Dover is working out fine for my loved one. She really likes the Physical Therapy people. And she likes most of the staff. They're taking good care of her. So it's going well. They just need more staff, like every place right now.

most of the staff are just exceptional! the other residents here are friendly. the pharmaceutical company over at the were inadequate.

It's good for the price. The building needs to be updated a bit. They are caring staff that are easy to deal with. This is a locked memory care facility. They offer activities like arts and crafts, etc. She enjoys the activities. The meals seem to be a lot of sandwiches. This is all located on one floor. The staff communicate to us using email and phone calls regarding anything with my loved ones care.

It's a very friendly place but due to short staffing, they do not get to things as promptly as they should. I think it would be a fantastic place once they get fully staffed. This is a locked memory care unit. They had puzzles, coloring and other activities to stimulate their minds. They could do gardening, etc. They use email to communicate regarding any changes or updates with my loved one as well as phone calls from the staff.

This community was very good and friendly and a smaller community. This community had the home like feel however, the rooms were very small and we wanted a larger space for my loved one.

I think that this is a very nice community and the people there are very friendly. I just had one experience where I had a concern and they had an opportunity to tell me in the beginning and they did not. Now this issue with the community is causing an issue with payments. I would say to make sure that you read and understand everything before you do go into it.

This community is one of the better options in Pocatello. The staff are friendly and helpful for the most part.

communication to staff and residents needs improvement in different areas. activities seems to be the one group relaying messages well.

my husband is moving to Brookdale Center Pointe today. so far I have been impressed with [name removed] ability to keep up with everything. the facility has a home like feel. we'll learn more as we go along.
