Brookdale

It is a very friendly and helpful community. I would recommend Brookdale Owasso to others. We picked this community, because it was small and the staff knows everyone. It is very close to my house.

As it turns out, my father-in-law needs full care (completely bedridden and can't even feed himself.) It is wonderful that he can still be in a facility where he has his own apartment rather than being stuck in a traditional hospital style nursing home. And the food is incredible (they could open the dining room to the public and make money!) I would definitely recommend Brookdale Nohl Ranch!

We only toured B 3020rookdale and didn't select it because she really didn't need that level of care. Brookdale was also very nice though. Mission Commons was the right fit for her.

The facility and staff are doing a good job and the monthly appointment price is reasonable. My 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for single person and the amenities right about the same as other senior places I visited. That's all I have to say.

Our loved one likes the different activities they have going on as well as the people there. She would like to see an improvement however with the food. They have just hired a new chef so things may be changing. Other than that, she is very happy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Brookdale Meridian Englewood to other families.

What we like most about The Hearth at Castle Gardens is the staff, they are excellent. Although due to the turnover they have had some issues with the laundry service as well as returning the correct clothes to the proper owners. We would recommend this community to other families looking or a place for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Vestal West, and the tour experience as well as the community was very good, but at the time we needed to move our loved one in, they had no availability,

The staff at Brookdale Sleepy Hollow are very considerate to my loved one's needs. The housekeeping is very efficient, her room is always tidy. They are very efficient with communicating with the family any needs that my loved one might have, or concerns they might have. The food is very good and nutritious. We would highly recommend Brookdale Sleepy Hollow to anyone who needs the services of a Memory Care facility. I'm so glad that we found this wonderful facility.

The main thing we have noticed during our loved ones experience here is that the food choices online are non-existent. I do also think that there needs to be a back up beautician when the gal who works there now decides not to show up.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale East Wichita and I would say it seemed more "clinical" than "home-like" and staff seemed distant in regards to residents and the cost was also a consideration. Brookdale started at [fee removed] a month if I recall correctly.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Midland. W found all of the staff that we interacted with to be very friendly and helpful. Another facility we looked at was just a little nicer appearance wise.

We picked this community, because of the location, price, and their reputation that we had heard from other people My loved one loves being there. Took her a little while to adjust but is becoming more involved in activities. We couldn't be happier with the care she receives there.

The employees are great. they treat the residents with respect. They keep me well informed that there is an issue. They are always accessible.I would recommend to other families. I feel that they do a good job.

Based on our experience at Brookdale Rock Springs, it's a good place that provides great care for their residents. The food is delicious, and the staff is caring.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Santa Barbara, and it was a good tour experience but we just felt they were not as informative

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale West, and we thought it was a good tour experience. The staff did a good job providing us with a lot of information and we saw the benefits in this community. However we just did not think it was going to be the best fit for our loved one.

We would definitely use Brookdale again if the need arose. The rooms could have used vacuuming a little more often. Especially if resident needs diaper changing. The common areas where extremely clean. The staff were always friendly and happy. With what we had going on with dad being non communicative and bed ridden, and only there for 31 days the family feels they did a great job. This is the only complaint, the meals could use some flavor, way to bland, also because dad could not get to the dining hall if he was sleeping often his meals were skipped and not left in his room. When it comes to the activities we did not get a chance to check these out. The most reasonable priced for the area.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the new Activities Director at Brookdale in Bend. I first met her at their Mother’s Day Brunch which was absolutely fantastic and I think the nicest event they've had in the year my Sister has lived there. Every single detail was so well thought out from the lovely decorations, the truly delicious food, the cards and flowers they gave to each resident; they even had a “photo booth” to take pictures of the special day with you with your loved one! What a gift to the families. She seems so competent and caring – I can’t wait to see what’s next!

We did tour Brookdale and the place is lovely, but the more home-like atmosphere and the proximity to my Mom in Owego made another community in the area the ideal choice for us.
