We picked them because of the look, feel, comfort, price, and amenities. I would recommend to others, they have good food and excellent staff.

Wish they would do pet therapy and it is very expensive. However, this my perspective. They have been very kind and caring. As with everything it depends on the day and the staff. I have a hard time giving 5's because it's my loved one and it would be hard to meet my overall demands.

I like that almost everyone (residents and staff) greet me like a family member or friend. It is like being on a cruise ship or an all inclusive. Minus the cocktails.

Family atmosphere love the dining room and the staff. The staff is welling to listen to suggestions. My kitchens (x2) have adapted well. Well have here 8 months and it feels like HOME!

Everyone is so friendly, residence and staff. Also I can visit every day if I want since it's so close. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Brookdale Kenmore to other families

Very competent and attentive staff They could improve on the food by listening to the feedback that the residents have.

Overall the experience has been good. Staff are super sweet but sometimes, especially weekends, it can feel like there aren’t enough people on duty and schedules for food and meds run late. Environment is very clean and peaceful. Brookdale has been supportive as we have worked through ALTCS.

Initially some medication administration concerns, Inconsistent care patterns, missing hearing aides,glasses and shoes requiring multiple conversation with team members to address this. Concern with skin issues due to pressure. Not present on admission now has sacral pressure injury. We do appreciate the attentiveness if the staff ,but concerned about need to repeatedly address issues.

We chose Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg because of the location, meal plan flexibility and outdoor space. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking for retirement living!

A very home like place with a caring staff. Despite the problems with dining issues, the location and activities provided are very helpful to us.

The folks that work here are exceptional. Very friendly will bend over backwards doing things for you. All you have to do is ask. The building itself is very nice. It’s it’s very nice. The only complaint I got I guess is not knowing upfront and this may be my fault what things cost so if I ask for something I know that’s gonna cost ex number dollars so I would like to see that approved where people are informed and upfront of what items cost so we know that either we can order this and pay for it or not. Overall, this is a very good place.

Reasons we chose Brookdale Orland Park: Clean friendly facility. Reasonably priced Close to my home and other places I visit often Small enough for my dad to get around easily. Communication with families and communication internally could use improvement. In addition to response times and availability of the admin staff.

Overall my wife and I are happy with the facility. The turnover is as expected and causing issues with the med management. However, the performance of the permanent personnel is exceptional. My mother is a handful to deal with and the proximity to our house is paramount. As a whole we are satisfied with the level of care shown. I do however hope the owner puts some facility repairs in the next years budget. A simple paint jobs inside and out would boost the property to feel like home.

I would recommend to others. I was initially attracted to this community because of the price at the time.

My mom has been here for 2 years and she feels comfortable with the staff now. The rooms are clean and if you have any issues whether it's the aides or medicines, they are willing to help reach out. Most important is the communication with them. Location is good and during Hurricane Season they are prepared early. Food is good, hot meals for them. Whenever I needed aid or help they are attentive.

The staff at Brookdale are extremely efficient. They seem to care deeply for residents. My mom is always dressed and ready to start her day! They are extremely friendly.

It's a beautiful place and very well run. It's expensive but all these places are expensive! [name removed] is not taking advantage of the many activities offered but that's her choice. Over all I think the social interaction is good for her even though she choose to stay in her room and sleep. We are happy with her being there.

There was a 2 bedroom available for my mom and Dad. Staff is incredibly caring and helpful. However there has been much turnover in the last 3 years. Good social activities.
