Brookdale

Brookdale Skyline is a great facility. It is always clean and well kept. The staff is thoughtful, helpful and attentive. They really do a great job with the residents. The food here is very good also. A pleasant experience so far.

Our experience with Brookdale Johnson City has been a very good one, overall! It's a nice place, and the staff all seem very friendly and professional! The sales representative we worked with was a big help throughout the whole process, and always had answers to our questions. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I like that it is on the smaller side. They're definitely worth a look, if you're looking into senior living in the area!

First impressions are everything. The staff at Brookdale - all of them- are very friendly and helpful. I continue to be impressed by the kitchen staff especially. Not only did they all come out to greet my mother at her first meal, but they all knew her name and still do.

The minute I stepped inside the front door the staff were extremely focused on my mom and her needs. It seemed as though everyone I met, from Chef, to Activities director, to Executive director and nursing staff really had Alices' best interest at hand. They made her comfortable on her first day, and cared for her like she was a member of "their" family. All they did, .... they did it with "sincerity."

So far things are going pretty well at Brookdale. The staff seems friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained. So far, we have not had any major issues with Brookdale and we are having a good experience.

After touring Brookdale and five other facilities that specialize in care for those with Alzheimer's/dementia conditions, I chose Brookdale for Mother because of the quiet confidence exuded by every staff member, the openness of the community, the knowledge of staff relevant to Alz/Dem care, and hominess that abounds. Mother made the transition from my home to Brookdale with a minimum of stress. I'm thankful every day for this amazing, caring facility.

They have been pretty good. The food has been pretty good, the staff has been pretty friendly. They are good about communication.

We looked here, and I really liked it. It was nice, I would have considered going there. Tami the sales director was awesome. She really knows her stuff, she was amazing to work with.

All of the employees at Brookdale Torbett go above and beyond to make sure your loved one feels like they are in a family home. They are the best. I would especially like to commend Lori [removed] who made sure we had everything we needed at move in to make Dad comfortable.

Everything is going great. They have been very responsive so far. There have been a few minor things here and there, but overall I would say that they have done a great job.

Things are going okay. My husband has been admitted to hospice. I had some concerns, but overall I am really happy. The staff seems to really care. It was quite a shock when he was admitted to hospice, but the staff has been very caring.

Brookdale seems to be a pretty decent place. The staff is friendly and you can tell that they care about the residents here. The building is always clean. So far, we do not have any complaints about Brookdale.

The handymen around the facility really seemed to know what they were doing and all the construction aspects seemed up to standards.

Assisting a friend in finding a place to live . They liked the Brookdale living facility a lot. Close to shopping .

If you have an issue or a question, they address it pretty quickly and they are very accommodating. The staff is caring and professional. The facility is clean and fresh smelling. This seems like a pretty well run facility.

The facility is always spotless. Everyone here from the residents to the staff is very nice here. This is a nice community and the residents seem to be happy and well taken care of. The food is okay, but overall a nice place.

My mom has not been there long but I think it's a good place. It is a 100% friendlier than the other place she came from. She doesn't do too many activities.

Mom has only been at Brookdale Stonestreet Road for a week but so far so good. Every one is friendly and helpful. Meals are wonderful. I've eaten there a couple of times. She is in the high level care unit until she improves. Her apartment (room) is large and everything is spotless. She has a small kitchen, dining area, her sofa and her twin bed with a chest and dresser in it. We can come and go anytime and there is security. We are pleased so far.

The level of care here is excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive with the residents. We like the fact that there is lots of one on one time with the residents here. The residents here are secure and well taken care of.

So far the experience here has been really good. The staff was able to assist with actually convincing my aunt it was ok to stay there. In the adjustment phase the staff has been extremely understanding and helping us(the family) start down this maze of how to handle my aunt, what to say, not to say and keeping in touch as to how she is doing. They were very receptive when I was there over the holidays to have a care conference to ensure all of us are on the same page. All the staff are extremely friendly, outgoing, and willing to help in any way. The facility is clean and concerns we had were addressed right away. We like that it is a secure facility even though my Aunt some days feels like a caged bird. The other residents appear to be well cared for also.
