Brookdale

Mom is doing better since moving into this community. She is starting to participate in some of the activities. The community is clean and I have already recommended it. I had a chance to try the food it is good and they offer a variety of choices. I am glad A Place for Mom recommended this community.

I met with the manager of this community and enjoyed what I saw. The residents are very nice upon meeting them. I did not get to try and complimentary meal. The staff noticeably did what they were suppose to do for the residents.

My wife and I enjoy our apartment. The staff is friendly and caring. My stress level is way down since moving from our house to Brookdale, because I don't have as many tasks to manage. We find the environment very comfortable.

They seem to be creative, and I like that. It's a friendly small place. It's peaceful. The food isn't bad, but they had some trouble getting it out on time. They are working on a solution to that, and seem to have a plan in place. Overall that has been our only issue, so it's been pretty good.

My dad is happy and adjusting well to Brookdale Club Hill. We have had a few bumps in the road. The staff have an issue of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. The food is good and the community is clean. He does not yet participate in any of the activities offered. I would recommend this community.

The information and admissions process was handled very efficiently. Staff answered all questions and this place felt like "home" away from home, as best as it possibly could for my Mom. The care staff and food services staff are wonderful to work with! Everybody there has been friendly, caring and helpful. I would recommend Brookdale Utica to others.

The staff at Brookdale are very caring and helpful. My Mom was very leary of moving to assisted living but in a matter of hours loved it there. Went back to visit her 2 days later and she was so happy after years of being lonely. My Mom is not an easy person to deal with but the staff enjoy her and care for her in such a caring way. She has a beautiful room and joins in the activities. Kim the director is so pleasing to work with. My Mom paid 3 years for companions in her home out of pocket. The lack of care by the companions was horrible. I commend Kim, Lynne, Melissa, and a special aide named Alice. Its so great to know I don't have to worry about my Mom at Brookdale. After 3 years of extreme stress trying to care for my Mom I can finally relax knowing she is getting great care.

The staff are very efficient and caring of the residents.

The staff are trying to help mom with her transition into this community. The community is clean and they come in once a week to clean her room and do her laundry. She has not yet wanted to participate in any activities, however she did get caught in the dinning room during a music performance and she liked it. The food is good and there is a wide variety to choose from.

My mother has lived at Brookdale Florham Park for nearly two years. Although she was apprehensive at first, the staff made her feel very welcome and she has became very comfortable in her new home. The smaller size of the facility is a plus. The staff is very friendly and caring and Mom really likes the activities and frequent entertainment. As she has needed more assistance, the staff has adapted to her needs. Having Mom at Brookdale Florham Park has definitely suited her well and given me peace of mind.

Although not the newest, most modern and recently built, building, Brookdale Northampton has a very welcoming vibe on entering the building. It just felt so comfortable and very clean. All the personnel, from aides to nursing staff to office staff, were very friendly and caring. They accepted my mom wholeheartedly into their caring community, which I greatly appreciated. Would gladly recommend this facility to friends and family.

I would like to see more activities for low visioned residents throughout the day. It appears after 3;00pm it is mostly card games and puzzles.

We are very pleased with all the help we were given by the staff of Brookdale Lake Ridge. They guided us through the process starting with recommending the type of care my Dad needed to getting my Dad settled in. They are very responsive to any inquiries by email or phone. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Dad is always well groomed and taken care of.

Brookdale Enid has been outstanding. One of the staff Madeline came in between 7-10pm to help me complete the paperwork. The entire staff are friendly and there is good communication. My parents participate in activities and the residents like the different bands that come in about once a month. My parents like the food really well. The community is well maintained and very clean.

Everything is going very well for my parents at this community. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. They keep the community very nice and clean. The staff is very positive, and they are caring for my parents well. They are trying a few new activities. The food is good, they enjoy the meals. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

I would recommend Brookdale West Boynton Beach. My mom is doing well there and after some assistance from the staff she is now participating in the activities on her own. She enjoys playing Bingo. The food looks good and my mom seems to like it. The staff are nice and attentive to the residents. I would recommend to families of loved ones with dementia to ask the community what is the best way to transition them into the community.

We really like this community and everything is working out pretty well. My mother has adjusted well to it and we are very pleased. They keep the community very clean and everything looks very nice. Her room looks nice and clean as well. My only concern has been with the staff not washing my mother hair as often as she needs it, but they are working on that. The staff is very nice and they are doing their best. They do offer nice activities and good food. Overall she is happy and I would recommend it.

My wife and I were looking for a caring staff with a at home feel and found this here, Mom is having a difficult time adjusting but all of the folks at Brookdale E. Arbor are being very helpful and caring to Mom. It is a very challenging thing to go through as we all understand the need for extra care for our aging family and we are very thankful for having such a place to go and still have social interaction, something we could not provide.

The Brookdale Tarpon Springs is an excellent choice in assisted care living. The facility layout is perfect for those who have difficulty getting around. The staff is tremendous from the executive team down to the care associates who provide the day to day care for your loved ones. They are all compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to insure your loved one is comfortable and productive. They are approachable and open to suggestions. The resident rooms are a good size and the private bathrooms are complete with the latest in assisted living needs. The staff encourages participation in the many organized activities. Gloria, the Director of Activities and Entertainment does a great job organizing these activities and more importantly makes sure all are aware of the activities and sees to it they have a chance to attend and/or participate. The food is very good and is served dining room style where all residents get to select meals from a menu. Families can also eat with their loved ones either in the St Andrews dining area or in a nicely decorated private dining room. So if you are looking for a very nice / cozy assisted living facility where your loved one will be well cared for by a great staff, The Brookdale Tarpon Springs facility is a place to visit and evaluate.

My wife has been at Brookdale Middleton Stonefield for a short time and she is doing well. They offer activities however she is not able to participate in many of them due to her lack of comprehension. She has a good appetite and there have been no complaints about the food. The staff are pretty good and attentive to the residents. The community is kept very nice and is an inviting place for the residents as well as family and friends.
