Toured this community and it was great. Definitely a good option.

This community looks like a good option, will consider!

They've do a very good job at Emeritus at Olympia! The staff is experienced and professional, and many of them have been at this location for years. They really embraced my loved one's problems and have taken excellent care of her. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the food is excellent. We couldn't be happier!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one, and we were very impressed by Emeritus at Farm Pond! It is a nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and they have a lot to offer the residents! Mom really liked the look of all the social activities. We also appreciated all the different levels of care that they provide, and that Mom would be able to age in place even should her care needs advance.

My Mother has resided here for over 5 years and I can not say enough about how grateful we are to the wonderful staff. Still,like any property like this, family interaction is so important. The food is wonderful,the nurses are so caring,the director is amazing as is the head nurse and the activity staff. The caregivers really do care.Very little turnover which speaks volumes. This family says move your loved ones here you won't be sorry.

I love the Sterling House for my dad. The doctor said he needed a secured environment but we felt like he was not ready for memory care. The Sterling House is perfect for him because the assisted living is secured and there is a memory care building behind the assisted living one that is set up the same so if he ever has to move to memory care it will be easy. He loves it there and the staff have always been really sweet. He has a couple of friends and I am so glad we found it.

My memory with the Brookdale Medical Center, will be forever in my mind, as I recently lost my mother who was a well known resident at Brookdale. My thoughts are that Brookdale Memory Center was a place that I knew was a perfect fit for my mother overall. The staff was very good with the residents and made them feel as if they were part of a larger family. They were very friendly to newcomers and tried to get them to mingle right away. When my mother fell ill, the staff had informed me right away and she was moved to hospice but the staff stayed with her throughout the remainder of her stay and that was very helpful. My mom had Alzheimer and my main reasoning to her living there was my attraction to the activities they offered to individuals like her. They were very appropriate for those individuals that are affected by Alzheimer's. The activities allowed them to engaged in daily activities that were fun.

My mother has lived here over a year and she loves it here. She told me since she can't live alone, she wants to be here rather than anywhere else. The staff is very warm, cheerful, and friendly; nursing/medication staff is attentive. My mom loves the food (I find it about average) and she's gained weight, which she needed to do. She's improved physically through occupational therapy and physical activities. The staff keeps her very involved in activities. Overall I'd like to see some more variety in the activities provided, but Mom is content with them so that makes me happy!

I would say good plus .This review is not for the assisted living facility but the Health center skilled nursing facility located within it. Great caring aides good food quality and selection. Good management and small facility feel. Very Very happy we have our family member there. They do not accept medicaid and they are not over crowed with small rooms like the places that take medicaid. If you have to pay you might as well have a better place. Very good value.

We toured here, as we have been looking into options. I was impressed with most of them, and they were all nice.

The community is very nice, it meets our needs. They have a tiered level of living. The food is good with a nice variety and its tasty. The community is clean with friendly staff. We are not fully moved in but will be soon.

I think they are doing great. She has fallen since she has been there, through no fault of theirs, and they have responded very well. They have just been great. I stayed with her the first week, and I was very impressed by the care they showed her. They were very attentive. They are very loving. I was totally impressed, and it seems to have continued. She is very happy there. Everyone from the activities director to the ones serving dinner are great, the executive director comes around and makes sure everyone is happy. They have a new cook, and when the new cook, cooks, it's very impressive. If you don't like something on the menu they will fix you something else.

I looked at this Brookdale as well as another, I liked them both a lot. I chose the other Brookdale because it was closer to me. We have been very happy with them. This looked just as good.

It seems to be going pretty good. I am happy with what they are doing. It's an Alzheimer's unit so things could always be a little smoother, or tidier, but I think they are doing a good job.

Very very clean, well attended activities and we liked the small atmosphere. We are currently struggling with the cost.

I moved my aunt to Brookdale Rome from another state so she would be closer to family. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. The cafeteria offers four entrees daily and always has some sandwich options as well. There are daily exercise sessions in the morning and other activities in the afternoon. Outings to the surroundings areas are offered once or twice a week. I am very satisfied with the level of care she is receiving. There are options for additional care services if she needs them later.

Absolutely love this community for my dad! He was so lonely at home, and now he has a busy schedule everyday. He has made lots of friends in the Independent living side. The food is definitely improving now that there's a new director. They just updated the whole place, new carpets, painting, fixtures, etc. Looks great! He has a regular apartment with washer/dryer/dishwasher. Their apartments are larger than others I've seen. The campus is large but my dad figured out his way around after a week or two. It's not home but it's the best next option. Now he says he feels likes he has a life again. The staff are friendly and efficient. Plus, it makes me happy to know that there's round the clock staff there, and he can add on medical care in his apt if he needs to later. Sure, this place is more expensive than others, but you get what you pay in jax! And this place is worth it.

I have been a resident here for a little bit, and it is well worth the money. Staff will go out of their way to entertain the us, and the food is also very good. The community is well worth what I am paying, in fact it is cheaper than the last place I lived. I am very happy and content here.

I helped a friend, I chose Brookdale over other communities because of the wonderful people, the good food, great location and a lot of amenities

As a Family member, I thought that this was a very positive environment for my loved one. Everyone was super friendly and really warm and caring to my loved one; comforting her whenever she was down. I recall an instance where my loved one was upset and crying one day. When I went to visit, I found the custodian comforting my loved one because they witnessed how sad my loved one was and needed a shoulder. I had looked at six different places around the area before choosing Emeritus. I was one hundred percent happy and am still very happy with the way they show compassion.
