Brookdale

Brookdale Carriage Club is a very nice place! We toured it multiple times (and selected it as our final choice) when we were looking into senior living options for our loved ones. The whole place just has a very warm, personal feel, it is like a home, not a business. We also really liked the cottage style apartments they offered. They're Carriage Club is definitely worth a look if you're looking in the Charlotte area!

went to this one friday at 5 pm. I loved it. Kristy was so compassionate and helpful. She Invited Mom and I back for a lunch at my scheduling. The facility was gorgeous, clean and friendly. I hope mom likes it when she gets to go!

We just toured here, in the process of looking for a place. It was a very nice facility. It was very clean, and they were nice there. I thought the value was good, and the care services seemed to be okay, most of the basics were there. I didn't really get a good look at the activities.

I had 48 hours to find my mother a place to live and get her into hospice. We must have had a special angel looking out for my mom and her children to have mom in a beautiful place. My mother has become to sick to enjoy meals in the dining room or group activities so she's having fun meeting the 5 Star staff take's her meal orders every day and they serve her in comfortable room with a view. The hospice team also told my mom that she's staying at one of the nicest senior facilities in the area. The management team have been extremely helpful towards me and my family by always being available for all our questions. The only thing that I would change, I wish I'd found this place earlier when my mom wasn't so sick so she could have met and made new friends with the residents here.

I visited this community when looking into senior living options for a loved one. Trillium Place seemed very nice! The staff were friendly, and the facility was well kept and clean. It looked like they had a very full activity schedule! My only concern was the cost, it was an expensive community.

I am very pleased with them. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. I am very comfortable with it. She is very happy with the food, I don't get any complaints. I would rate them very highly so far.

I love this place. They are taking great care of my husband and I am very comfortable having him here. I think this is a place everyone should check out.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Overall this seemed like a very nice place! The staff were friendly and professional, and really seemed to go above and beyond when it comes to providing for the residents. It isn't cheap, but it seems about in line with similar facilities in the area. I liked that the pricing was broken down into seperate care needs. We didn't get to see any activities, but their activities schedule looked very busy!

From the first phone call to the time we walked in, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. The staff makes sure they quickly learn everyone's name, including the dog's. The rooms are spacious and totally remodeled after the prior resident moves out. You are allowed to move your own furniture in. You can hang anything on the walls you would like, from pictures to a cabinet you brought from home. There are many different activities scheduled every day. The food is excellent with two different menu choices at each meal. There is even a private dining room you can reserve when family comes to visit. My Mom was very reluctant to make the move and since she has been there she loves it. You can customize the care you would like to have, like reminders for meals and activities for the day. My Mom has really flourished since she has moved in.

The accommodations & food are fine. What sets them apart from the other facilities in the Augusta GA area is the way they treat their residents like family and focus on meeting their need for socialization, mental strength and fun. They have an unexpected amount of activities that they plan for.

being assured that this is Moms new home and welcoming our children in as family who can spend as much time at "Nana's new home" as the would like!!! This was our reason for choosing Canterbury Woods....

I see my mom nightly & always find her content & interacting w/ others including a great staff. The staff is very hands on, caring, display a loving & patient manner w/ patients which is great. The staff is upbeat & try to include & stimulate residents into activities provided @ the facility. The cleanliness & meals exceed where she was prior. She appears so much happier @ Sterling House. I am pleased with all & as a nurse feel their facility is great. I am comforted in knowing when I leave she can be active rather than sitting & bored.

Dad and his entire family love Sterling House. The staff and care givers are3 like family. Dad recently had to spend time in the hospital and when he arrived back at Sterling House he was greeted by care givers, many of whom had tears in their eyes. Dad's room could be cleaned more often but it is not bad. The cost of care has increased considerably since dad arrived at Sterling House but most of the increase is justifiable because of dad's deteriorating condition. I have recommended Sterling House to many of my friends.

Loved this place! It is clean, stylish, and calming. Residents were engaged in various activities and their daily activity calendar represented everything that my mother-in-law might enjoy. Now we just have to talk her into considering this living option! We will start with a few respite stays and go from there. Dianne was very helpful answering all my questions and giving me a packet of information to read. The staff I encountered were all very lovely and engaging. I don't feel that I have to look any further.

It was a lovely looking community, and it had a warm friendly atmosphere. It was a nice secure community with plenty of room to move around, and the residents seemed happy and engaged.

They are doing a pretty good job so far. We don't really have any complaints. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. I don't get any complaints about food. So far we are pleased and would rate them pretty highly.

I toured here recently. I liked it a lot. I liked the gentleman who talked to me, and showed me around. He was really friendly. It was a nice clean place. It was a good tour.

I found Emeritus East to be a good match for my 89 yr old mother with dementia. The entire staff is very helpful and supportive of my mother. She is know by her first name and enjoys the friendship displayed by all. The food is excellent and the only thing my mother complains about is that she receives too much food. Of course, anything that is placed in front of her she will eat. Old habits never seem to go away. I gave it 3.5 stars for activities since I have asked, on many occasions, for Emeritus East to form a walking club which my mother loves to do. With or without a club, she will walk. If you are thinking about an ALF for a love one, I would certainly recommend that you make an appointment and visit the facility.

My sister and I are beyond delighted with the care our 97 year mother is receiving at Sterling House in Pensacola Florida. The management and accounting staff have kept us up to date on the kinds of care available and the administration of her account. The the medical and care giving staff interface with us via e-mail and phone whenever an issue arises concerning her care and comfort. This is a five star facility and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, clean, warm and caring enviornment for their loved one. Thanks to a Place for Mom for their referral.
