Brookdale

We toured two assisted living communities on the same day. Although both of them were very nice, we got a more homey, more comfortable vibe from Brookdale Place. In addition, Mom really wanted to be on the ground floor, which was possible at Brookdale Place. At the other community, she would have been on the 3rd floor.

Brookdale, and all the communities had key things that made them great. They had a great environment, and great people, the attitude of the people was great. I am not sure if we just picked only great communities or if there are no bad ones. They were all fabulous and the ones that were close in proximity or the ones far away, they were all great! We couldn't pick one because we loved them all.

This place really is fabulous! Katelyn's communication has been outstanding and EVERY staff person that passed me, stopped to introduce themselves, and asked if I had any questions. Love the "neighborhood pod" design. This is definitely the highest priced of those I'm looking at, but everything seemed to be done with excellence.

My loved one was only here a short time, but overall I was impressed with Brookdale Scotts Valley, it is a very nice place. The facility itself is attractive and well kept, and all of the people seemed very friendly. They have all sorts of different activities and amenities to offer the residents. It is definitely worth a look, if you're looking into senior living in the area.

Can't find one problem with them, everything is very good

I promised my mother that I would never place her in a nursing home. With the individual apartments, I felt that I was able to keep that promise. The rooms have their own bedroom and bath, livingroom, and a small kitchenette, that was perfect for her needs. The staff went beyond our expectations. If she chose to get up at 2am and wanted coffee, they assisted her. Her world had become smaller and smaller and after moving to Sterling House it opened up her world again. She was able to make friends with other residents, join in on the activites, and she often exercised walking around the inside of the faciity. We spent many nights together sitting on the front porch, drinking coffee, and playing cards. I haven't any regrets with the choice that myself and siblings made to bring my mother to Sterling House! The staff is helpful and caring.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place, overall! Unfortunately it was a bit too far from family members to be an option for us, but it is definitely worth a look!

The staff at Clare Bridge go above and beyond to help residents and to help family members find answers or solutions to problems. They are very caring towards residents and family members as well. Especially Heather Phillips, who has great concern for residents and makes sure that every detail is addressed in a timely manner. It is obvious she loves her job and is very good at what she does (even those that are not in her job description)! This facility is a wonderful place for those that are going through such a trying time. My loved one feels safe and says to me she doesn't want to leave. Know this makes going through this struggle at least bearable. I would like to see more staff on the facility grounds during weekends. It would also be nice to have a contact person to check in with on a consistent basis as I live out of state.

Only one week for my mom, but she has jumped right into most of the scheduled activities! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It's been a very good transition!

Such a beautiful facility. However the more intensive need for physical therapy has us choosing another facility for respite care they are first on the list as an assisted living facility.

The staff members from housekeeping to directors have been wonderful and kind. Always offering a hand when anything was needed. Thank you so much.

They are very friendly, warm, and caring at Brookdale Everett. That was my first impression, and that has carried on throughout the experience of having mom there. It's a wonderful place with excellent staff and great activities. I'd highly recommend Brookdale Everett.

The place was beautiful! Due to being on a budget could place my sister at this facility not due to any issues with them. I would highly recommend them.

So far it's going great! I love it here. Everybody has been super friendly. They have lots to do and social/happy hours twice a week. It's clean and the food has been good so far. No complaints from me yet!

They have alot of great people working there. I would like to see more physical activities especially because my dad is very active.

I am so happy with all the staff at Brookdale East Mesa. Every time I call to check on my father I am always met with a very friendly voice on the phone. Everyone is so helpful and I'm so grateful that I was able to find a good home for my father. He is doing a lot better now since he moved to Brookdale East Mesa.

They were very personable and it felt closest to what my parents would be comfortable with. It was a very good experience all the way around. Wonderful facility, excellent staff, etc. I honestly can not even think of anything they can do to improve. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Chambrel at Williamsburg.

With the nurse and medications, getting people involved and friendliness, good leadership. Mom was only there two weeks, currently at a skilled facility for a broken hip. Nothing negative to say about Brookdale.

I feel like when we looked at the place staff was very very nice, I love all the activities that have gotten my grandparents more active than they have been in a long while. No issues everything is addressed and taken care of.
