Brookdale

We had a very good experience with Brookdale Place University Park. It is a very nice and clean facility, and all the staff there was extremely helpful.

Small, hands on care. Seems to be a good fit for us.

Brookdale is a lovely, clean, caring & professional facility for your loved one to reside. The staff is so kind & caring to their residents. The meals are nutritious; there's daily entertainment for the residents. I highly recommend Brookdale for your loved one to reside.

Things have gone very well with Brookdale Fort Myers! The facility itself is clean, nicely decorated, and has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It feels more like a nice hotel than a senior care facility! The staff is friendly, and very caring. I like that the independent and assisted living sections are not separated, and if you move-in as independent and start needing care you can just stay in the same apartment. My loved one really was against moving at first, but she seems to love it here and says she wishes she'd moved sooner! She has had nothing but good things to say about the activities and the food!

We visited this community while we were looking into senior living for a loved one. This community was very clean. The staff was friendly. The residents were happy. The enviroment was very pleasant, I would feel great about my mom being here. They answered all the questions I had.

We were happy with Emeritus at Charleston Gardens. They were really nice. I didn't have any issues with their care at all. They did everything any human could do. I was happy with their service.

I think they have been working hard with me to be able to afford getting my Mother enrolled. Brenda is just a very nice and caring person. She is working with me to be able to keep my mother there for her life time. Hats off to Brenda.

Cedar Springs has been a blessing to our family. We were in a crunch and A Place for mom helped get us in contact with Cedar Springs. Cedar Springs contacted me immediately and everything just fell into place. My mom knows she is in the right place and feels so comfortable there. The staff has made her feel like part of the family. Most importantly my mom feels safe. I cannot recommend Cedar Springs enough. They have literally been a life saver!

The staff is very, very friendly. There aren't really any issues with cleanliness. They are really wonderful people. I am pretty satisfied. I would recommend Brookdale North. They’re very helpful and very friendly. The caregivers seem … our loved one seems very happy with them, she likes them. Our loved one seems to be okay with the food.

We are happy with them. It seems to be working out well so far. I would rate them very highly. I don't have any concerns over how clean it's kept, or complaints about the food, nothing like that. It's pretty good.

Deena was very helpful. We talked about levels of care, then I took the tour. She took a quick look at our LTC policy. Facility was VERY nice, and the care seemed very professional. Staff appeared really caring and good with dementia patients.

The lady that I met with at Brookdale Place at Valencia (her name was Roberta) was excellent in helping me. Irene was very helpful as well. So was the front staff. Everyone there was wonderful. The residents there are very safe (which was a concern for me). My dad loves it there! It has been a really good experience and we are very pleased.

They had a very open environment. When you walk in its a great view with someone at the front desk that promptly greeted us, and got someone right away on the tour. Friendly staffing, residents seems happy as can be and well dressed. It's a great environment where everyone was either active or napping. It was a very well maintained community, clean as a hospital if not better! Overall this was a wonderful community, probably one of the best in the area.

Location, bank, post office, small general store,beauty salon. Small pool. Rooms nice size. Independent and assisted in same building. Nice to have mix. No nursing facility. Would need to go to Summit if needed. Within their network.. no extra charge to move. Hv Dr recommends and moving service. Looks like 4 floors.

Very nice facility. Older, but well kept. Renovations. Attached nursing care. Rooms nice size. Physical therapy room. Laundry each week. Pets OK. Med help available. Beautiful views. 3 floors.

Upon my first visit to Clare Bridge, I knew it was the perfect place for my grandma. I lucked in to getting her a corner apartment, but the other apartments are just as nice. When my grandma was moved in and saw her room, she cried in happiness. Since then she's been much more social and gets the care she needs. She has her own large bathroom and likes to visit the three common areas. She enjoys the fireplace in the front common area and considers the main hall way to her apartment as her "living room." She can stay up as late as she wants and the night staff is just as attentive as the day crew. The price is much better than I thought it would be for a facility of this caliber.
