Brookdale

We toured here, and we thought that this was a very nice community. Everybody was very nice. It was more of an upscale community. We didn't like that they didn't accept Medicaid, so it wouldn't be a good fit for us.

The personnel are very helpful and friendly. The van will take you to doctors appts, and grocery stores and outings. Well kept and the dinning room looks like a restaurant with very good food. The room has a view of the nice court yard . The activities get everyone out of their rooms and meeting other residents.

We have visited a few places and this place came highly recommended by 3 different professionals that we talked with. Although at the higher end of our budget, we felt strongly that our number one concern was getting mom the care she needed and deserved. You truly do get what you pay for at Clare Bridge of Eagan and can see that the money is put into the amazing food/nutrition, life enrichment and nursing services and programs that they talk about. We would recommend this community to anyone that we talked with.

I have been searching for a place for my dad for the last few months and have been a lot of places but nothing compares to my experience at Clare Bridge of Eagan. Right from the time we walked through the doors we felt important and that my dad's story mattered. They focus on the individual rather than one size fits all. My dad is up on their Wall of Honor for veterans to celebrate his military experience, which he loves and is also involved in a mens workshop to keep him busy as he used to always work with his hands. I cannot say enough good things about this community! The care associates are the sweetest, it is clean, well maintained, food is great but above all, my dad is well cared for and HAPPY!

It's going well so far. There isn't anything I would change or improve or have done better. It's a lot more expensive than where we were before. The people who conduct the activities really seem to know what they are doing.

My parents moved into Independent Living 9 months ago. The decision to leave their home of 50 plus years was really hard for them however they have made an incredibly smooth transition. My Mother's memory problems have actually improved. Although they were involved in community and church activities prior to moving , their involvement in stimulating activities and social events has increased significantly since moving. They have met a variety of interesting, friendly people since the move. They have engaged in activities throughout Charlotte and the surrounding community planned by the social director and staff. They have found the food to be very good, offering a large variety, and ample portions. That has also been my experience when I have joined in the dining room. For anyone considering the move to Carriage Club my family and I would strongly endorse this location.

I am quite pleased. I have lots of familiarity. I think the people are just outstanding. Every place has it's idiosyncrasies. Here the only thing is the parking lot is a little weird. The girl that runs the kitchen does a pretty good job. There is a good variety and it's pretty good compared to most assisted living places.

Brookdale Tequesta Assisted Living has helped my dad thrive in a desolate situation. We saw all of the secured environments in the area and they were scary. He is doing great there any I am grateful to have found the right fit.

They are doing pretty good. The staff is friendly and attentive and it's very clean. The food looks to be pretty good, and it seems like they have a good variety. We are pretty happy with it.

We are very pleased with this community. We haven't been there that long but the services are great and again we are very pleased. That's all I have to say.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. We absolutely loved this place overall! The people were friendly, and the facility itself was well kept and clean. It was a bit on the expensive side, but nothing too outrageous. I'd move in myself, if I could!

Love this place! Assisted living Residents are happy and well cared for by a super friendly attentive staff. Rooms are spacious, light, and well maintained. Very warm welcoming place with very busy schedule for active residents.

My family was in desperate need to find placement for our mother. We phoned the facility on the weekend (thinking that we would not hear anything until Monday) and the whole family was surprised by the quick response with the phone call back. We actually visited the community the same day. The staff was so helpful and compassionate. She took time to listen to our needs and helped us determine what we should do next. She went above and beyond to make sure we all understood the next steps and put our minds at ease. Our mother is now a resident there and has come alive. We didn't realize as caregivers how much she was losing out on her life just sitting at home and isolating her self. She participates in almost every activity and her socilaization has helped her enhance the quality of her life. I recommend any family member that even has a question about thier loved one they should contact Sterling House. Even if not ready....they will stay by your side and walk you through it. I even recommend you taking your loved one in to talk with the residents that live there and/or to my mother. She will tell you what a difference her life has enhanced. Sterling House staff are angels and we praise you for what you do everyday for our loved ones. god bless.

We are very pleased with how things have turned out with Clare Bridge of Hamilton. They have a great staff of people working here. The director and the administrative staff are compassionate and caring, and the aide staff are tender, respectful, and patient. Our loved one's stay was only going to be temporary, but they have done such a good job that we may keep him here.

Overall I think they have done an excellent job so far at Brookdale Tamarac Square! The facility itself is well kept and clean, the apartments are comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly. They also do a fine job with the food, I'm very pleased so far!

We have been extremely pleased thus far with the care my mother is receiving at Sterling House! The staff is very welcoming and go the extra mile every day. My mom has dementia so I know she can be difficult at times and they have always been very patient with her. Prior to moving mom into Sterling House, she was living at home and losing a lot of weight. She has since gained some weight and looks better than ever. She says she really likes the meals prepared as it reminds her of when she used to cook for us kids. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one. Well worth every penny!
