Very helpful. Patient was not quite ready for assisted living

Quite a lovely place. Very responsive to mom and all her care needs. We chose carefully and feel grateful.

Very nice community. Small place, clean and cheerful. The staff seemed genuinely caring and accommodating. The Suites are nicely sized. We loved the patio suites. Wide open hallways with lots of light. Beautiful residence. We researched so many places but kept coming back here. We think Brookdale Niagara Enhanced is the winner. They’ve all be so kind and patient.

The community was very clean and bright. Everyone we encountered seemed happy. Our contact person was very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer to a question was willing to research and get back with us. Convenient location.

Already toured, felt really at ease here.

My father lived here for about 1.5 years after Mom had been his caregiver through the earlier stages of his dementia. Dad was comfortable here from the day he arrived. Staff members took time to build personal rapport that kept him smiling and feeling at home. On occasions when he left the facility he was clearly happy to greet their familiar faces and relax upon returning. Along with meeting other residents’ varied needs they always kept Dad well groomed, and maintained the facilities well despite the special challenges that can arise in a dementia community. When Dad needed to switch to a puréed diet, they carefully prepared varied menus, and he continued to enjoy mealtimes. His dementia included a restlessness that kept him walking all day long and through most of many nights, the staff patiently accommodated this quality-of-life need while guarding his safety as much as possible. They carefully monitored his changing condition, keeping me informed and recommending appropriate changes in medication, food, and therapy strategies. The medical supervisors became trusted partners in helping our family navigate the course of our journey with Dad through his illness.

It is obvious that the staff here really care about the residents. They bring all the little details of life alive here! Each resident is individually "pampered" it shows! They are all laughing, talking together and really enjoying themselves. The community is cozy and warm as are all the people living and working there! It is the little things like knowing you like milk, not cream with your coffee that really matters!! I was totally impressed!!

Beautiful and clean facility. Very thorough tour given. Definitely worth a look for senior living and assisted living care. Nice area as well.

The folks at Eddy Pond really rolled out the red carpet for us when we visited and mom loved it. She lived here happily for several months before finally going to hospice. She enjoyed the music programs on Sunday afternoons and made a few very nice friends among the staff and other residents. Our family was very happy with mom's Brookdale experience and would recommend it to others.

We moved my Mom into Brookdale Stuart last February and it is now 2 days before Thanksgiving....we are so grateful that we found this place. The staff is top notch and treat the all like family. Best of all my Mom loves it. This Thanksgiving Brookdale Stuart will carry a special place in our heart and a special Thanksgiving prayer at our table

My experience has been great. [Name removed], their sales counselor is life saver! After working with her, I couldn’t possibly deal with another facility. Because there are so many moving parts to this whole asst. living process, I was stressed out. She put everything in perspective and gave me what I needed to get things going, and moreover helped us make my mom excited about a new beginning. The facility feels like home to my mom. The outdoor garden is a nice retreat for the people living there, and the ladies my mom spoke with all agreed they feel safe and are heard. After touring a couple facilities before coming here, I felt no need to look at any others. Big thank you to [Name removed] for her continued efforts to keep my mom happy and excited.

My wife and i joined the Brookdale Paradise Valley, Arizona community shorty over three years ago in order to be close to family members who also live close to the community. As observers and recipients of the services offered here, we are well aware of the demands made by those of us who are dealing with the various problems that apparently area [art of the aging process. We truly commend each and every one of the staff here in Brookdale for their patience and their "always" uplifting attitude as they carry on their daily work in ministering to the requests and needs of the residents. I am very satisfied with Brookdale Port Charlotte. My Mom has lived there for a number of years and one thing I can say, management is diligent in their efforts. One will always have issues that arise; dealing with human beings. It's how those challenges are faced and solutions are made, that set a community apart. The RAs do a great job caring for my mom's needs and the other residents. My hat goes off to them. This team handle things with grace and dignity.

My tour at the Coventry Brookdale resulted in finally finding THE place for my Mom's memory care placement. The assisted living for memory care wing is darling. The residents faces were cheerful and the atmosphere was welcoming. Shared rooms have separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom, which I found very agreeable. I expect time will show this to be a good, dare I say...great match.

My mom moved in about 3 months ago. She is happy there, enjoys the meals and social activities. She has been able to find residents to play Pinochle, which was not among the already planned activities. The staff has been friendly and helpful. It such a relief to have found a good place for my precious mom. The residents are friendly and active.

Before I was told I needed to move to Assisted Living I had researched a number of facilities. However I had not been able to visit Brookdale West until I actually needed a facility. My son,daughter-in-law and I visited another facility and Brookdale West at that time. The facility, the friendliness, and the activities at Brookdale Westmade our decision fairly easy.

I love it here at Brookdale Federal Way. It is like one big family. There are lots of activities to choose from. And the staff makes you feel right at home. It is such a relief to have help with daily needs I had difficulty doing myself. At first I had not decided if I was going to stay long term but now after eight months I’m sold and I will be staying for the foreseeable future.

We really like this assisted living facility and so does my mom. When you walk in you feel welcome and comfortable as if you are coming home. Careful attention is paid to the residents and they are treated with kindness and respect. There are many great activities to keep the minds and bodies active. We would highly recommend Brookdale.

My Mom really enjoys living at Brookdale Ann Arbor. She has made some friends. She enjoys her "place". She is safely receiving her daily meds and enjoys the food. It was time for Mom to move into an Assisted Living Center, since I work long shifts at a hospital and she was home alone. It is a relief that she is in a safe and supportive environment that understands seniors with cognitive issues.
