This place is so perfect for my Mom!! All the staff treat my Mom so awesome! They’re caring, kind, personable, always there for her. She’s super happy there. She says everyone treats her like family. Everyone loves her there and she loves everyone! It seems that the other residents living there feel the same way about where they’re living and with the staff. My Mom has made a lot of lifelong friends not only with the other residents but with the staff as well. You walk in to the place, it smells and feels inviting! It’s warm, friendly, homey atmosphere is not a facade. It’s genuine! My Mom gets the care she needs but the independence she still craves! I’m so grateful that we found Brookdale Meadow Springs for my Mom! I huge thank you to [Name removed] and [Name removed]. These two ladies are incredible and I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done and what they’re doing in taking care of my Mom.

The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. The aides are very caring and patient. There is a good ratio of care givers to residents. Over all very happy with the care my mom received.

Everyone is very patient with my mom and with the 100 questions that I ask them. They attend to medical needs quickly and keep me informed as things happen. They get to know the residents and treat them like family.

Our parents love Brookdale at 119th. The staff is great and responsive to their needs. They love the multiple dining options and flexible times. They have met new friends and found old friends were already there. It has been a great experience. The goal was to find a place with enough social options to keep them busy and a nice apartment for them to still entertain friends. It has been a very smooth transition and they are very thankful for a safe, clean, and enjoyable retirement place to live in Kansas City!

It's a great place for my Mom

The staff at a Place for Mom was great. Very courteous, understanding and professional. The respite stay at Brookdale Desert Ridge was very nice. The staff was helpful, kind, loving and did a great job. I trust them with my Mom. If needed, we would stay there again.

My mom has been at Brookdale now for almost 8 months. The staff there are amazing! I’m so impressed with how kind and patient they all are. It makes me feel so good to know that these nice women are loving up my mom when I’m not there. I like that it’s a smaller place with only 30 or so residents. It’s always very clean and decorated so beautifully depending on the season (love how cozy and inviting it feels there). [Name removed] the activities gal is wonderful and keeps everyone engaged and busy—and the staff join in too whether it’s singing along with the nightly music, adult coloring, or playing cards. Lastly the management really seems to care about the people that live here. They have monthly meetings w/family members and I’ve seen positive changes come about based on feedback they’ve received. I’m very happy w/the care my mom receives at a Brookdale.

Beautiful building, grounds and amenities. Most units are for Independent Living, Assisted Living is on lower level. Would recommend for someone focused on Independent Living. We need Assisted Living and are unlikely to graduate back to Independent. Otherwise, this would have been top on our list.

It was important to me to see how active the residents were. They were a great advertisement for the community. All the staff were happy and you can tell they like what they're doing. Pretty place, pricing comparable

My mother-in-law moved in last March and really I’ve never seen her so happy. She absolutely loves it. It is small enough she gets the attention she deserves but she has her privacy. The staff is wonderful, they plan fun parties for residents and their families and rewarding outings. They spoil her. We are very happy. Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about Brookdale Montrose. The staff there, [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed] and everybody were all top notch. Mom received the best of care, and she was very happy there. The professionalism of the staff was second to none, and the care they provided to Mom was outstanding.

We are very happy here at Brookdale Chambrel here in Roswell Ga. The facilities are well managed; the staff and other residents are very friendly. There are plenty of activities to keep us busy. [Name removed], the Activities Director and her team have great chemistry and are very good at what they do. Maintenance does a great job in responding to the needs of the residents. The accommodations are very good, comfortable and well maintained. The food is outstanding, and the service is excellent. We are in our eighth month as residents and are pleased with our new home. My mom got really sick first week there and they were so attentive as if she had been there for years. She had a dog and when my mom couldn’t even get out of bed when they checked on her they also cared about the dog and took her out. They are all so caring. ?????????????? Brookdale in Gallatin Tn

All of the residents appear comfortable in their surroundings and stimulated by the variety of activities. No "bodies" sitting around looking bored. Most of the staff is outgoing and friendly and everyone seems to know all of the residents well. Residents feel safe enough to leave their apartment doors open when they are out and about - and they are rarely in their rooms. The rooms are adequate in size and quiet and private. The food is good, the activities are engaging, the facility is clean, and the residents are well cared for. They do not have a gym, so an outside agency comes to the building to do physical and occupational therapy with patients in their rooms. The surrounding area is far enough from the main street but close enough to areas where mom can be wheeled around for a walk in the sun on nice days. They do not make enough use of their three season room and only have two elevators, which sometimes causes a bottleneck. They do need to upgrade their phone system--sometimes it is difficult to reach staff members as the voice mailbox is full and calls don't revert to the operator. Good value. After looking at several facilities, we believe we made an excellent choice. It is always a difficult decision, and it takes time to adjust. But she is loving the attention and food and activities and has made many friends.

It is very stressful on families having to make decisions to place their Mom in an assisted living facility. Brookdale Peachtree in Statesville has the most caring staff that cares for my Mom! With their support, the activities they do, the outside groups from schools, churches, civic groups, etc., my Mom is kept busy and "loved on" while I continue my need to work. The "new home" for my Mom is always clean, is seasonally decorated, has a great chef and food, the hair salon keeps my Mom's hair looking nice, the medical team and housekeeping team and others provide for her needs. Lastly, in between my 600 mile roundtrip visits every 4 to 6 weeks, I get to see my Mom participating in activities via Facebook and through phone calls from the staff! ?
