Brookdale

Perfect Experience, Overall. Brookdale, Oak Hallow is one of the few Assisted Living facilities living to the true meaning of their mission statement. As an Administrator for many years in institutionalized living experience, it takes one with a heart to create the ambiance and care atmosphere that is prevalent at Oak Hallow. This is a testament when you speak with the residents and staff as well. This is indeed the definition of a home away from home; a place that I can put my loved ones anytime. Doing business with them is also a great experience. the facility is one that I recommend to anyone looking for a descent living place for long term care. Continue the great job.

This facility had a wonderful sense of community. The room choice was not what we were looking for but if a one room studio is what you are looking for I would highly recommend Brookdale.

Great facility. The food was delicious and the patients seemed happy. NO smells during my tour. i went to a few different areas and they all seemed great. we liked heritage house best because it quite and cozy!

Very impressed with facility. Size and condition of residents quarters is most satisfactory! Especially liked services offered; Memory Services could meet projected resident needs. Overall, liked the absence of "nursing home smells",the excellent floor layout, and the price meets the projected resident budget.

Beautiful facility! Large spacious rooms, clean, secure, lots of visible staff, friendly. But too large for mom’s needs. More money than our budget allowed.

Fabulous facility with terrific amenities. Our family member would not be able to take advantage of the multitude of services, activities, and amenities of this lovely place due to his limited interests and mobility, so the services exceed our needs for him.

My father has been here for a week and I’m just thrilled with the service. Everyone so very friendly!! We would not have made it through all that went through to get here without [name removed]'s help!

My mother spent the end of her life at Brookdale Broken Arrow in the Memory Care area. All the staff were wonderful! They not only took care of all her needs; they were also very good at showing to her love and compassion. The staff all really seem to love their job and love the residents.

I toured the facility and was very impressed. [Name removed] is the person I met with and she very informative. The facility is smaller then some I visited but well kept and I was able to meet the activities person whom I also liked. Overall it was a great visit and I think it may be a great place for Mom.

My loved one has been a resident of Brookdale Eden for three years. I have watched her " bloom" while being a resident there. She has made many friends and is involved in the many activities that are provided daily. The entire staff is concerned, caring and loving to the residents and family members. They truly love each resident and this is evident by the care they give on a daily basis. The facility is always beautifully decorated and has a warm inviting atmosphere. It is so comforting to know that we have such a wonderful place for my love one to grow old with love, care and diginity. Thank you , Brookdale Eden

My Mom moved into Brookdale Chambrel Pinecastle three years ago. One year ago she moved into their Memory Care, Claire Bridge. It was hard for Mom to transition into Memory Care, but the nurses up to Administration were there for her and she is happy and settled in. Whenever I have a question they always help me. I am so thankful that I don't worry about Mom and her care there. They take her to lunch once a month, on country day trips. They always have music and singing at least once a week. Mom loves the food too! Mom and I have made friends in the time she has been here, but we feel they are family too.

I loved this place! [Name removed] was informative and kind and she knew the names of the guests, it was clean and attractive, there are many services that my dad would enjoy and benefit from, the studio apartment I was shown is perfect, and this is very near my home so it would be easy to visit. This is our first choice, hands down. I just hope the studio [name removed] showed me is still available when my dad is ready to move in.

Very nice facility. Staff and residents were very friendly and full of information to share. [Name removed] and [name removed] went the extra mile with helping our family with the paperwork and qualifying procedures. Dining room was very clean and food was great. The facility has a lot to offer, laundry areas, rec rooms, library, hair salon/barber, shuttle services, game nights, movie nights, outings, etc. Beautiful facility with excellent staff!

Very beautiful place, very clean and the residents seemed very happy and the staff knew the people by name. The room that we looked at was very nice. We want to be able to look at this place again since we ran out of time. The representative is very informative

Very nice place, very helpful, layout is 1 floor with a beautiful outdoor area in the middle, key pad locked doors, food choices and served meals, and intimate.

Everyone is extremely helpful and great with the residents. They truly watched out for my dad every step of the way. I wish I had more room to write... there is so much positive I can say

We love Brookdale Arbor Place. I have both my mom and dad there and am trying to get my father-in-law there too. The staff are friendly and all the residents seem happy as well. That is huge for us. The food is good, activities are inclusive and fun as well as appropriate for their clientele. They make it a fun community to live that truly cares about their needs. Christmas activities included a family prime rib dinner with entertainment, musical performances from the Boeing Band, happy hours, lots of decorations and cheer. Their services are al a cart so you only pay for what you need and it is prorated so you only pay for days you need or a monthly fee. Everything seems reasonable. The facility is clean and fresh, as well as warm and welcoming. Lovely fireplace room by the entrance and friendly front desk personnel who helps with scheduling doctor appts and transportation as well as welcome visitors and monitor the coming and going. They also have a library, media room, and multi-purpose room. I am looking forward to seeing the place in the spring with their gardens in the back. They don't have memory care but they have clients who have dementia but are not runners. Doors are not locked and you can come and go as you please. The location is great! Behind Fred Meyers in Mill Creek and close to medical facility but surrounded by trees so feels secluded and peaceful. Residents can enjoy the wildlife and changing colors of trees. The cost is a lot but it is comparable to other facilities but nicer. We checked out quite a few. This one is close to my home and really convenient.
