Brookdale

Took good care of my grandma. She really liked living there, made good friends, and liked getting involved in activities and trips. Foods good and they keep the place clean. Very good to my whole family. Thanks for all you did to give her a better life. You made a difference.

We have visited several facilities the decision is going to be very hard. I really liked this facility too. The units are smaller, but they would be fine for my husband. The price seems reasonable. Not sure what the final cost will be after the care costs are going to be which will be the deciding factor.

Very nice and clean. Everyone seemed very friendly. Residents looked happy. Still checking other facilities before making our final choice which a lot will depend on price.

Brookdale Rock Springs is a premier Assisted Living Community that I would be proud to have any family member live there and call home. The staff is awesome and great care. They have many years experience in the AL field. New is always pretty , but it too will soon be old. If you want longevity go to Brookdale Rock Springs!

Visited & attended a function at Brookdale Port Charlotte. Our experience was outstanding. Residents had good things to say, clean & especially liked the level of care attention offered & witnessed. [Name removed] was a breath of fresh air & we appreciate her passion & follow thru. They have a community dog who brings companionship & joy to everyone living there. Definitely would recommend this community.

This community is beautiful inside and outside, not to mention the caring staff. The Executive Director and her staff show love and compassion to their residents daily. As a companion sitter I have been in numerous facilities in the Kingsport area and not one of them compares to Rock Springs. They work with the families and sitters to ensure the best care for the resident which as a sitter I appreciate. They have the best activity program hands down, they do fun trips to the zoo, fishing trips and even a ride on the lake. If you haven't been you need to visit for your loved one. Ask for any staff member and they will be happy to assist you as they are all fantastic.

This senior living community is warm an inviting. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their loved one!

Everyone at Brookdale is so friendly and was so wonderful and helpful when we moved our Father into Brookdale. They made the transition for him so easy and made him feel right at home. The grounds are so pretty and peaceful and there are so many activities for everyone.

I put my wife in Brookdale in the Spring of 2018, a little over a year ago. I mostly chose the facility because it was so convenient. It turned out to be a fortunate choice. They have created a warm and family feel despite the difficulties. The top staff is dedicated and the care she receives makes me feel as good as I can given this terrible disease. I recommend Brookdale Stonefield to others.

I was very impressed when I toured this community. It was nice, bright and cheerful. The building was very clean and it looked like a great place to live. The residents looked happy and vibrant. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my loved one.

I can not say enough good things about this facility. We moved my father-in-law in about two and half months ago. The whole process from visiting to get him settled in could not have been better. The staff goes out of their way to answer all your questions and to help in anyway they can. The residents living there are happy and very friendly. My father-in-law is living in independent living right now, but there is aid and assistance available to assist with his needs. There are activities the residents can participate in and also outings. If you are looking for senior living for a loved one, I would highly recommend looking into Brookdale Southside.

The staff were very friendly as were the residents. The residents seemed happy to be there and they seemed more social amongst each other than other senior living/care places I’ve been.

My husband has been living at Brookdale Middleton Stonefield for 1-1/2 years and I absolutely love it! It took me a long time to make the decision to have him cared for outside of our house and I researched/visited many, many west Madison facilities. My experience, and my husband's experience, has been stellar. The caregivers, to a person, are loving and kind. The salaried staff are very responsive and truly care about their residents. They have a very open attitude and are happy to have families participate. Whenever I visit, which has been daily for 1-1/2 years, I am welcomed like a member of their family. It was the right decision; one which I have never regretted.

Loved the community and amenities available. Dad enjoyed the tour. He is still not decided however appreciated seeing the inside of a facility and meeting the staff.

This is the fourth facility for my mom since she could no longer live on her own. Everything about this facility that is important to the residents is taken care of top notch. The most important thing are the aides. They are all wonderful. They always appear rapidly when summoned and they treat my mom with tenderness and, yes, love. This is definitely the results of [name removed], the facility administrator.

My mother has been in the memory care unit for 3 months. It was a very good move for her, and she is adjusting well. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, kind, and patient. I am very happy with the whole facility.

I am a resident. But, only for 6 weeks. I would encourage my friends and family to move here. Amen !

Great Facility, great staff

The staff is friendly and helpful. There have been many changes for the better in the building. My loved one enjoys her time with her friends and the nurses she says are great. The Executive Director, Wellness Director and Sales were amazing at move in and were so helpful getting everything organized a ready for move in. Would highly recommend.

Extremely impressed with professionalism, organization and staff attiitude. Provided the best overall care options for the communities we visited.
