My mother was a very difficult person to please, and this facility did a standup job meeting her demands. Would highly recommend to anyone

Brookdale Brighton has been amazing and great fit for our mother. Sorry that other issues occurred that she was hospitalized and has passed. The staff had always kept close tabs on her status while away and has been very understanding.

The staff was amazing and my Mom liked it, even though she wasn't able to live there very long. I would recommend this independent living place to anyone and is great place for an aging loved one.

We cannot say enough about how excellent in all categories that Brookdale is. From the friendliness of the staff; the personal knowledge of our Dad and the personalized care they give him; the professionalism of the staff; the great meals prepared for all residents and to the cleanliness of the facilities, all show the hearts of those who take care of our father. The activities are far above other facilities. I tell those who ask about Brookdale just how great they are and how pleased we are with the placement of our Dad.

[Name removed] showed us 3 independent local living and 1 assisted living apartments. All were lovely. We especially like Brookdale’s location.

The food is delicious. They happened to be having a buffet meal set up in the dining area when we walked in. We hadn’t made an appointment as we were just going and asking for a packet of info to pursue later for our mom. Well you would have thought we were the guests of honor. We were treated so kindly and graciously. My sister and I still cannot get over how sweet the managers, nursing staff, care givers and chef were. The atmosphere at Brookdale Niagara feels like a close family. We did find out that they are the only Enhanced Assisted Living in all of Niagara County. This is actually what my mom needs. She is already struggling with walking and at 92, I think it would be short sighted of us to not consider a longer term plan. I’m grateful we reconsidered our plan for Mom. At this point just rebuy Assisted Living would mean we would have to move our mom in a very short period of time. I can see now why everyone loves this place. We are starting the short process now to get mom on the list. One thing that stuck out to us is that we felt zero pressure from the saleswoman. Our experience stopping in at three other places was very different. We felt that they all really wanted to help us, guide us if that makes sense and wanted the best for our beloved mom. We both highly recommend Brookdale Niagara Enhanced Assisted Living. They are truly experienced professionals.

I took my mother out of another assisted living center and moved her into Brookdale north tucson. I loved it from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone came up and introduced themselves to us. Many had been there since it had opened! That is saying something when staff LIKES to work there. At the other center her room was a disaster, it smelled bad, they refused to empty garbage cans. Would not put her clothes away, on and on. Well imagine my surprise when I went to visit her the first time. They do the laundry ( I had to at the other place) they put it away, Her room was sparkling clean and smelled good! She was grinning and so happy to tell me everything there was to do! They do on rides around town, they visit museums etc. Always have Bingo, puzzles, they were doing flower arrangements. I was so happy! Thank you so much Brookdale North for taking so much tension away worrying about my mom. I feel released!

Terrific, warm and welcoming. Loved the rooms and people. [Name removed] was very genuine and really listened to my uncle’s story and concern. She really was lovely in every way. Met some other residents who shared great feedback and had a nice lunch in the dining room. The server was young and very sweet and caring.

They take great care of Mom including personal care and administration of meds. There's no way we could take care of her at home, but they do a great job and give her lots of opportunities for socialization.

Recent updates to the apartments make them comparable to many of the more expensive communities. The common areas are clean and attractive with a very comfortable, home-like atmosphere. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and caring expressed by the staff I met with. Brookdale definitely made it to the top of my list of potential places for my dad.

I can't say enough on how thankful I am for each and every one of the staff members at Brookdale Briargate. I moved my uncle out to Colorado Springs from another state to be close to me. He had broken his hip the first week in January and was on a long road to recovery. Finding a safe and caring place was very stressful. From the very first phone call, meetings and every visit, I was always treated like family. The director, management and nursing staff are extremely involved which made communication so simple. My uncle was a great guy but he was stubborn and could be difficult to please. He told me that being here and at Brookdale Briargate was the happiest he had been in a long time. That was a huge compliment! The management, nurse and all of the staff were SO patient with him, listened to him, cared for him and always had a positive attitude. My uncle passed away on [date removed] due to a long history and complications with COPD. He will be greatly missed but I find such peace that he ended his time on earth in a place he enjoyed and called home.

We spent about 45 minutes touring the facility. I give it an A+ in every respect. However, the price for the cottage that we would like is too much money for us. We look forward to looking at other facilities in the coming weeks.

I would live there! [name removed] are wonderful. Residents seem youthful. Staff could not have been nicer to me and the residents. Place is very clean.

My mother has been at the Brookdale Assisted Living Community for almost three months. When we visited the facility, I immediately knew that this is where my mother needs to be. She is surrounded with wonder RA's, nurses, and staff who care about her overall well being, I have had a great experience with [name removed] , ED and [name removed] , Director of Health and Wellness, discussing my moms care. [name removed] , Maintenance colleague, was great to accommodate me on getting my mother's apartment set up. He goes of and beyond of what is expected of him. His assistance was so appreciated. Hats off to the Chef, the food is great M-F but, noticed that on the weekends the quality of the food and service are not up to expectations and a few times the meals have not been on time. [name removed] , who is in charge of activities is a wonderful asset to Brookdale. You can tell she likes her job, keeping everyone involved in daily activities. I have heard from the other residents and noticed myself that they would like to see the activities changed up a little rather than puzzles, bingo, checkers, Wii everyday. However, they love the B-Fit class! It is instrumental for their overall physical health. Maybe other types of games such as bean bag tic tack toe, corn hole, treasure hunts, making crafts, inside badminton, croquet, baking or making something that they all would enjoy eating and other games that can be played either standing or sitting in a chair that would energize their physical body and mind. The overall companionship of the other residents have really made my moms personality shine. It is good to see her smile again.

I am so glad that my cousin who was suffering from ALS chose to move into Brookdale Wayne, an assisted living facility for seniors. Over his stay I was very impressed by the sincere concern that the entire staff had for both his physical and emotional well being. His needs were continually re-evaluated to assure that the level of necessary care would be quickly adjusted. The nursing staff is excellent proving daily their high level of expertise in delivering senior health care. I observed only the highest level of respect and courtesy from staff members to all residents, family members and friends. A true sense of a caring community is evident. The high level of compassionate care delivered is not only felt by the resident staying there, but extends well beyond the walls to their family members and friends. If you are searching for a five star assisted living facility; do yourself a favor and give Brookdale Wayne a visit.
