Brookdale

I would highly recommend this community to others. My loved one received the best care at Brookdale Nine Mile. We couldn't be more pleased with them. We were able to do virtual visits. The side our loved one was on never had any COVID cases. The community would take our loved one out to listen to music for an activity.

The staff members are a five plus, as well as the care service. They offer a great deal of activities, This community is so willing to help if we need anything, they are there immediately to take care of it. Especially during this time, if we call there within in five minutes there are responding back. They also really encourage window visits, and they keep in great communication with each other and they are all on the same page.

We are very happy with the community. I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff is very friendly. They contact you with any changes. You can tell the staff is very caring towards residents.

I would highly suggest this Community, The facility was close to us and they took really good care of my loved one. The room sizes were nice sized, the food was very good and the had a great variety.

Our loved one was happy at this community and made plenty of friends. This community is close to where we live, and the staff was very helpful. The meals were good, and overall it was a nice social environment.

The community is excellent. The staff and residents were very friendly. My room was very spacious and had a balcony. The outside appearance of Brookale Sparks was very nice. We were able to have visitors during my time there.

I was very happy at this community, and the care services would be a five plus, there were great. This community is decorated nicely, with great landscaping and it had a good overall feel to it. I would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The other residents at Brookdale Uptown seem to be happy there. The rooms are nice, however the food would have to be their weakest point. Our loved ones do not really care for the food. They do seem to be very safety conscious during the pandemic.

The staff at this community are wonderful, they have really gone above and beyond. We were amazed with the compassion they showed towards the residents. Our loved one didn't always participate in the activities, but they had a lot to offer, and we really enjoy the food.

We are so happy with this community. Nothing they won’t do for their residents. Very consistent.

We had a great experience with Brookdale Palestine. It is definitely a family environment here. I cannot say enough good things about the staff members. My dad was in the hospital before even moving in and they were coming to visit him everyday before he was even a resident here. . I have been recommending this community and always will.

I had a very productive and helpful conversation with [name removed] at Brookdale. She answered many questions for me and I feel I can call her and ask more if I need to. We haven't visited yet, but I feel like we may not need to given how [name removed] was able to explain so much.

It's the place for assisted living. When my mom passed they treated my dad like one of their own residences. They are caring, compassionate, nurturing, and have great communication. I would recommend this community to others.

My Mother lived at Brookdale 119 in Overland Park for 12 years. She was very happy there. She was treated like a member of the family. Everyone knew her by name and never failed to say hello and make her feel at home. The staff is amazing and never failed to give her a helping hand if needed. She was always treated with respect and courtesy. Definitely a wonderful place to have a family member live.

The staff members are terrific, it is a beautiful community and very accessible. It has very good food our loved one is happy with it. She has an apartment that is close to the clubhouse with a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of outside walking areas. We would recommend this community.

We chose Brookdale Everett because the openness of the people I interviewed with and they were just very helpful and went out of their way to help me navigate this tough decision. The room sizes seem to be adequate. My sister likes the food, she is very happy with it. The thing that is outstanding for me is they have had zero cases of everyone. I would recommend.

Brookdale was an excellent home for my grandma. She lived in both the independent and assisted living rooms, and we always felt that she was safe and well cared for. The staff is very warm, welcoming, and responsive. The rooms are spacious, light, and airy. There are plenty of opportunities to be social and meet other residents. Overall, I think Brookdale is a fantastic home for any family member.

We chose Brookdale Bartlesville because they just seemed more flexible in meeting her needs than some of the other places that we looked into. She was in one of the smaller rooms but it was adequate for her. She never had any complaints about the food. The best part about the community is the staff members, they were very friendly and accommodating. They were always available and gave us their personal cell phone numbers if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend.

We chose Brookdale Orland Park because they were more accommodating to our needs. The room sizes here are ok, they do have private rooms and rooms that share bathrooms. My wife likes the food that they serve, when I was able to visit, in the great room area I was able to see the dining room and the staff seemed very attentive to the residents. I would recommend to others who are looking. The staff has been very good at communication, to the point where I wrote the coordinator of the memory unit a note and they sent it to cooperate and they gave a certificate of appreciation to the people that I mentioned in the note.

My loved one is very happy at Brookdale Portage. The staff is very easily accessible for questions over my loved one. The community is scheduling outdoor visits to see loved ones. They do have activities available for residents. Brookdale Portage are taking extra precautions to assist in keeping COVID out of the community.
