I would recommend this community for your loved ones. The residents are happy. The staff are accommodating for the residents. The staff is able to get back to me within 24 hours with any questions or concerns I have. The food is good, and I was able to eat with my loved one prior to the pandemic.

My mom really loves this place. She had her own home but she was lonely. In Brookdale she has met a lot of friends and has many people she can socialize with she loves to talk. She loves to play Bingo and do crafts. In the warmer weather she enjoys going outside and watching the ducks that come for a visit and something to eat and doing a little walking. Speaking of eating mom has no complaints about the food here it’s like dining out in a restaurant and being able to order off a menu. We are so happy mom enjoys being at Brookdale the staff are the Best making sure my mom is happy. So thank you Brookdale for making my mom feel like home.

This facility is the best for memory care!

The faculty stood out to us and the way that they took care of our loved one. Every time we can to visit she was always clean, and wearing new clothes. We would recommend Brookdale Goodlettsville to anyone.

We chose Brookdale Fillmore Pond because it is close by to me and it is a reasonably new facility so it had a nicer, welcoming feel. The room sizes are adequate for what my loved one in memory care needs. I used to go all the time, but I have not been able to get inside for quite some time and wish I could go in more often so I could meet more of the residents. I ate here before the pandemic and the food was excellent. I would recommend to others.

We thought the care services were good, and we thought the rooms were nice. When we were able to visit the food smelled good and our loved one never complained about it. We would recommend this community to others.

I love this community. It is a wonderful option for us with a great memory care unit. The staff were wonderful and helpful to our family and loved one. The community was able to fulfill the request of my loved one, since I wasn't able to fulfill this request. This isn't just a job to the staff. The community kept me updated on everything. They made sure to find any answer to any of my questions. Brookdale had a great cleaning staff. The staff was very compassionate and this made a world of difference for me. They worked with me on making a smooth transition for my loved one into the community. Brookdale made sure there were plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. The food was wonderful for the residents, staff, and families.

The more independent the person is the less it costs. Pay attention to how the charges work because it can be confusing. They are transparent with the process. just do your research. they are very engaging and are taking great care of my aunt. I would recommend this community to others.

I had visited 5 other facilities and we chose Brookdale Tequesta because of the activities that they had to offer, the caring attitude of all of the staff members, and the homey atmosphere. The room sizes here are very spacious especially for the price. I ate here for holiday meals and the food was excellent. I would high recommend to others.

Nice community, lots of options and especially liked their resident focus. [name removed] is very good at her job. She really helped my mom see the advantages of senior living and eased her, and us. Mom has far less apprehension now and is hopeful again. We are all looking forward to her next chapter.

The activities are really good, they have crosswords, games, coffee hour, arts and crafts, and exercise classes. They also have a lot of in home concerts. The rooms are nice, and they have a lot of different variety when it comes to the food, they have standard offerings and specials.

The staff members at this community are very friendly, and they seem to offer quite a bit of activities. The food was pretty good when they were able to eat in the dining room, now because of COVID it is being delivered to their rooms. It is pretty generic food however it is decent, and the rooms at this community could use some updates.

Brookdale Monrovia is awesome! The community is very inviting and welcoming. We toured other communities, and I think they are a little pricier here; however, you get what you pay for. The residents get a menu to choose for food. The residents are able to eat around the clock. Brookdale is very clean. The community has been renovated. They worked hard on getting my loved one transitioned into the community. The community has a bus available for the residents to use.

We chose Brookdale Fort Walton Beach because it was close to our house and when you walked in it wasn't depressing. She is in a studio and it is plenty of room for her needs. The staff members and care here has been great. The only issue we have had is the price has increased quite a bit since she has moved in here. Overall, I would recommend if you can afford it, it is expensive for what you get.

The community had a lot of activities for the residents to participate. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They have excellent care for the residents. Brookdale North Austin was always responsive to our requests. For example: they allowed our family to come to Thanksgiving and Christmas. They even had seating available for everyone in the family. This was special to us.

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to work with us, really stood out. The rooms at the community would be about a four out of five. We think the food was alright, our loved one never complained. We would recommend this community to others.

We have had a great experience here for far and they have been awesome to work with, especially when we were first getting in. She was only here 2 months before the lock down, so she has gotten to experience everything she wanted to. My moms only complaint is the food post covid, she says it is just not good and it is cold when it is delivered. They had a lot of activities before covid and she was participating. Overall, I would recommend to others.

Brookdale Parkplace has been very careful here, we have had very few cases of COVID, and we are tested on a regular basis. I feel super safe at this community. I am satisfied with my room, and i have a great view. I can look out at two different parks. I would recommend this community to others.
