Brookdale

The community is very nice and the residence is very well cared for. I would recommend this community for older loved ones that are not mobile or active.

My father has been here for the last few months. He has been in 4 facilities in the past 9 months. The level of care and the responsiveness of the staff at Meridian has been outstanding. The are making his remaining time as pleasant as possible! I cant say enough about the care he is getting!

The meals that were prepared at the community were good, however the dining service was slow at times. The activities were very good, and the rooms were very nice and adequate in size.

My parents have loved living at the Brookdale Glen Ellyn since moving in 2 years ago. Their comfortable apartment home on the 5th floor is flooded with bright sunlight and the large windows provide great views of a busy active park to the North and woodsy nature to the West. Housekeeping is available to my Mother when she wants it and the overall cleanliness of the entire facility is top notch. The staff's friendliness and genuine concern for all residents is always apparent, and the medical care services and the convenient access to it is outstanding. My parents love the meals and the dining and the daily activities that are available for the residents. The Brookdale Glen Ellyn is easily accessible to walkable grocery stores and other shopping. The community bus is accessible for Dr. visits and and other destinations. I know that my Mother and Father feel safe, comfortable and cared for at Brookdale Glen Ellyn. My sister and I are so pleased as well.

From our first moments here at Westlake Hills, we were aware of an extremely positive, friendly and accommodating atmosphere that has continued thru our months here. We feel very privileged to be in such a lovely place………

From what we can see the community is kept clean, our loved one is happy there and she is being well taken care of. She really likes the food, which is important. In the last couple of months they have allowed more activities, they are doing the best they can to keep the residents busy.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved one. I believe the community seems to really care for the residents. The community is clean.

Even with COVID they are doing a terrific job. The staff has been excellent, they are very sweet and understanding. They keep us informed on what is going on. They have great activities, our loved one is very involved in a lot of them. She sings in the choir and has made a lot of friends. They have a lot of arts and crafts, they try and do some kind of a social hour on Fridays, like an ice cream social. Recently they had an ugly Christmas sweater party. They have a big Christmas tree in the lobby and another one in the memory care unit, the place is really well decorated. The community has a nice big wrap around porch out front that our loved one enjoys walking around. The staff and residents get tested every single week, and from our understanding they have not had a positive case since April, we think they are doing a terrific job.

The staff was friendly and very personal. They really looked out for the residents. The care was amazing. The staff really enjoyed working there. During the transition from independent living to assisted living of my loved one; the staff was able to make the transition quick for my loved one and the family. The communication was great!

The cleanliness of the community is very good, and the care services are excellent. From our understanding our loved one enjoys the food, and from what we have seen the activities seem to be very good. We do think it is an excellent value, and even during this time we feel our loved one is safe, and they keep us informed with things going on withing the community.

Brookdale has kept the residence safe and we are appreciative of that. My mom is very happy there, They are very good with communication and very acceptable. They are open to feedback and they resolve any issues quickly. My mom recommends this community to others

After 45 years of living in a home filled with love, laughter and cherished memories, my husband and I wondered how we could ever make a change and live somewhere else. Brookdale Westlake Hills has met and exceeded our expectations. It has been a year since we moved in, and we have not had an ounce of regret in making that decision. First and foremost, we’ve made new friends and feel supported by the dedicated associates who work tirelessly to meet our care needs. There are numerous activities and opportunities to socialize and strengthen relationships. The gourmet food is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. We feel really lucky to be celebrating this chapter of our lives here.

Brookdale New Braunfels is an older community but it was very clean. The staff members there was very friendly. The meals and dining services was really good and we would recommend this community to others.

They have quite a bit of activities for the residents, like exercise classes, sing a longs, and arts and crafts which our loved one enjoys. Overall we are pleased with them, and he is pleased with his room. We would recommend this community to others.

The care services were great, and our loved one said he enjoyed the activities. We thought the rooms were great, and we were totally taken back when we saw the community, it was just so nice. We would recommend Brookdale Georgetown to others.

The community was very clean, and assisted with the transition of my loved one. The staff is trying to interact with the residents in trying to have the residents participate in activities during COVID. Brookdale Cypress Station is very friendly and treat my loved one well.

The staff members are good at this community, and they do a great job keeping the residents and guest safe during COVID. To our understanding and what we have experienced the care services are excellent. Our loved one has made a good adjustment going to the activities, and she used to actually sing. We would recommend this community to others.

They offer a lot of activities, the staff is wonderful and really have gone out of their way to help us. The rooms were beautiful, our loved one absolutely loved the place. It is in a great neighborhood and a beautiful facility. It had a white fence with grass, and you can see mountains.
