Brookdale

We placed our loved one in this senior care facility several months ago. Our family LOVES THE CAREGIVERS THERE. Our elder family member has had a great time in all respects. She is so motivated and happy there! We hear constant good reports af how the caregivers and staff show exceptionally warm, positive, and caring attitudes towards our loved one. In fact, it very much makes her day when she can interact with the staff, and again, she is so motivated by their dialogue. We are especially pleased with the esteemed and wonderful treatment from caregivers like: [names removed] and others. They have gone to great lengths to insure our loved one is safe and content.

Schedule a sitdown with the director and staff to set up communications. The food is really good and the staff is all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We chose Brookdale MacArthur Park because she felt a connection with the person who was helping her out, so she is the one who chose it. The room sizes are good for her needs. They seem to be pretty strict about the whole covid thing and are following all the guidelines as they should. I would recommend to others.

I think this is a caring facility and the staff is very nice. I would recommend this community to others.

The most important assets at Brookdale Glen Ellyn are the people. This includes the staff as well as the residents. When my wife and I moved in and went to the dining room we were greeted by name. The food was delicious. The other residents were friendly and the staff was caring and accommodating. After my wife passed I had support from those around me. I have good friends here. Although COVID-19 has put a damper on all the social activities, we are all anticipating a return to normal as we retake our lives from the pandemic. It is a great place to live.

From what we have been able to see, it does seem like the community is kept pretty clean. The staff members there are wonderful. Our loved one really seems to be enjoying the meals, and it is expensive but we do think you get what you pay for.

Overall we were pleased with the care of our loved one. I would recommend you check this community out for your loved ones.

My loved one doesn't complain about the food. This is a good place to be. The things I like about it is my loved one has a large private room with a view. It feels like home.

Brookdale Watauga is worth checking out. It is a smaller community and your loved one will get more individualized care. The Director was a nurse at a different community, and I can tell she cares about the residents and their needs.

It's a small community, everyone knows your name and your family members names. If there are any issues or problems they will take care of them. I would recommend this community if you're looking for assisted living it is great. We lived out of state and I felt very comfortable with her being there, the communication was amazing.

My father came to Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes Independent Living when he was starting to need help at home. The whole idea of moving was very stressful for him. Brookdale did an amazing job making sure that he had a resident assigned to him to help him make the transition. This resident (ambassador) was all he needed to adjust. It took him about 7 days to say “ This was the best thing I’ve ever done’’. That was all I needed to hear. After 2 weeks he was playing poker, in a painting class, attending special programs, exercising two times a day, Wii bowling and most importantly socializing all the time. The food is great and we were able to join him on Sunday for dinner. Thank you Brookdale for the making my father feel so at home. You gave him the independence that he needed. And you gave me the peace of mind that I needed.

I'm extremely grateful that brookdale was the living facility that my grandmother was a part of. She always enjoyed the food and the staff was extremely welcoming. Every time I visited I always felt that it was an extremely warm and welcoming environment/community. I can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of her.

Staff is helpful and friendly. I think my dad will enjoy it here.

Our loved one seems to be well taken care of there and they are happy. Our loved one says the meals are good, we checked out a lot of places and this was above the rest. In comparison to other places it is a good value

They have a tenured staff and the food is excellent. They have kept my mom really happy. The staff and director true do care about the residence. I would definitely recommend this community to others

My sister is a client of yours and I can not tell you how happy it makes me to see her and she is smiling and looking happy each time I do. The Covid-19 has stopped me from seeing her the exact way I truly want to, but, I have a feeling she gets lots of hugs from you girls that take such sweet care of her. I so want to let you all know how much I appreciate you and how much I applaud you for every thing you are doing for her. So many hugs for all of you and every person I have contact with when I call or visit ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my husband too.

The residence care personalizes their space, and everyone has a window in their rooms. The staff's communication was great and they sent us updates via email. Before covid, we did have family gatherings there. The facility was always kept very clean and the rooms are big and roomy.

We chose Brookdale Derby because of the location and the friendliness of the staff members during the tour. They also made the transition to move in very easy. The room sizes here were average compared to others places we looked into. The meals here were very good, they were able to choose off of a menu. I ate here twice and both times it was fantastic. I would recommend to others looking.

My mother is currently therefore rehab from a broken hip. I can't visit except for in the window of her Room. They have done an amazing job with this virus keeping their patients safe. From the Dietitian to the nurses, therapy, admissions, nursing assistance, they are all very informed and communicate to me by phone very often. Under the circumstances of the virus I am so impressed with how well they do communicate and keep me updated on my mother's progress and her dietary needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab .

I would highly recommend Barrington of West Chester to others for their loved ones. They are professional, competent and caring towards the residents. We feel safe that my loved ones are here.
