Brookdale

Excellent facility for our needs. Small community where his advanced state is common among the residents. He will become a member of Brookdale next week if all goes smoothly.

Unfortunately our loved one passed away before they were able to move in, but when we first checked out the facility it was nice and beautiful. The staff members were friendly, and the place was clean. We would recommend it to others if they can afford it, it is pretty expensive.

I would recommend the community to others. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room for my loved one worked perfectly for us. They kept it very clean. The communication with the staff was good.

It is a good place to put your parents. The staff has been there a long time and they know what is going with on the residents.

They were awesome. On our tour, they addressed all of our concerns, and they had good two-way communication back and forth. The marketing director looked us in the eye, was very confident, and mirrored back to us "This is what I hear you saying." Which in turn made us confident in their ability to care for our loved one, especially after a not so great experience elsewhere. Since moving in, we've talked with the RN and the head administrator, and so far they've been great. We've had one little problem, which was addressed immediately. The communication here is just phenomenal.

We were not able to go inside the facility but we were able to peak through the windows and the community looked clean. The gal who toured with our family was great, she was really informative and she sat outside to talk to us and answer questions. Even though our loved one did not move in, she still continues to reach out to us and check on our family.

We were able to do an in person tour, and the community itself was very nice. The reason we did not choose this facility was because it was more expensive and they did not have a memory care unit and we wanted to make sure a place did as a just in case for the future.

The folks in Destin were absolutely fantastic. They made all the arrangements to get our loved ones moved in with an easy transition. The room they gave him was actually the model room which was very nice, unfortunately our loved one was not able to move in but they did help make arrangements with another facility.

We toured this facility virtually and the experience was interesting, we weren't able to really get a feel for the place but the took us around the facility on their tablet and the staff we spoke with was very nice and had good communication.

We chose Brookdale because of the location. The staff are great to work with and they are very responsive when I reach out to them, but they do not reach out to me as much as I would like. Overall I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We had a nice tour. The community was very nice and it was a newer facility. It just didnt fit our needs.

The community is clean and neat and the food smells amazing. The staff is really nice and genuinely cares about the residence. Communication is really good and they return calls quickly.. I would recommend this community to others and already have

We chose Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks because of what they showed us on the tour, the director actually gave us a virtual tour and this one just seemed to be really nice and everyone was friendly and got along well. They do have a cook on site and they have a menu with choices and she enjoys the food. It is a very nice, laid back place, we have had no issues and I would recommend them.

We chose Brookdale because it was clean and the administrative staff were very friendly and informative. The room sizes here are nice and it is also close to the hospital. My dad really enjoys the meals here. They were easy to work with, they let me in the back door to see my dad which was helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The landscaping is nice and everything is well kept up. Communication is very good and they keep us well informed. The community has had a great covid plan. we would recommend this community to others. The appliances are upgraded and the countertops are marble. The community is centrally located to shopping also.

The personable staff, the size of the room, and the care that they give my loved one are all good. The staff is good at making phone calls and emails to keep me updated on how she's doing. The exterior looks nice and well kept, but I haven't been able to view inside. The care seems good from what I can tell. My loved one is doing well. She's been able so stay quite busy socially with activities.

Top to bottom, they are terrific. The care givers are great, the food is great, the facility is nice and clean. It's a terrific place.

This community is a memory care facility and has several different levels of care. The staff is extremely friendly and the communication between their staff and our family has been amazing. They have called on their personal cell phones so I could facetime with my loved ones and they keep us well informed and updated. I would highly recommend this community

I have had family members in this facility and they really enjoyed their stay. I have also been fortunate enough to work with them in the community and have also had good luck in working with them. I would highly recommend them!
