Brookdale

They have activities and the food looks good. I've not found anything to be wrong with this community. The caring nature, they are nice, the help is good, and a pleasant community are stand outs to me. They have a lot of help in the community.

The staff members would be a five plus, however we do wish they had a little more nursing but the care takers there are absolutely excellent. Our loved one really enjoys the meals, and even during the pandemic they kept activities going. They are now starting to bring back all the main activities.

Brookdale port charlotte is a fabulous community. My mother lived a happy and fulfilled life there for some time. All around satisfaction with food, staff and care. Highly recommend.

When I was looking, one of the things I noticed about Brookdale is that they are an all inclusive package. You do not get charged for individual things on top of the monthly amount which can make a big difference. The director sends updates regularly about what is going on inside the facility and the staff members on the floor are almost always available. They also are sending me pictures of things that he is participating in and he seems to really be enjoying the activities. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The renovation is beautiful. It's spotless, spacious, and homey. I'm so grateful such a place exists. It gives us great peace of mind. The staff we dealt with in touring and moving in were great. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, and personable, in jobs that they're well suited for. They were meant to work with this age group - they have genuine patience with the residents. Our loved one loves to cook, so we were concerned he would dislike the food. But he was very, very pleased. He would call us and read us the menu. Of course it's not home cooking, but still pretty good. They just started offering more activities again, and the dining room is opening up again. As you enter the dining room, there's a wall of honor. Our loved one is a veteran, so this is a huge deal to us. We're just thrilled. We've been very happy here.

We love the Brookdale Smithfield community, our loved one says the food is really good but does sometimes get a little repetitive. Compared to other places the value is good. Int he beginning we thought the people were extremely nice and helpful, the place was clean and well kept, it has a very welcoming feeling. They have gotten through this entire pandemic without any positive cases which is astounding, they are very careful. We feel that our loved one is safe there, and anytime we call with a problem it is fixed immediately.

Brookdale Nohl Ranch is a wonderful Sr. living community to be associated with. I took a tour with my son around the Anaheim area and Brookdale came up #1.

The staff are friendly, and they're very helpful trying to work with you on financial issues. The care was good overall. The only issue we had was it took a little longer to answer the call button than we would have liked on a couple of occasions, but they could have just been busy. Also, a couple of the residents were just hateful. Aside from that, I would recommend this community. The value was great. Some of these places you could buy an acre of land for the monthly rent. Brookdale was reasonable, which was very important to us.

I was very pleased with the community. My loved one was there for a short stay. The people are standouts to me. I was able to know the Director, the receptionist was always helpful and pleasant. My loved one was there during COVID. They were happy here.

[name removed] and others at the facility spent 2 1/2 hours with us helping us to see all that was available, answering our questions and being very attentive and helpful. Very responsive to our particular needs and in explaining the options that they have to offer. We were very impressed with the amenities and the cost for what is offered as well as the flexibility on the services offered. Also helped connect us with someone to help us investigate possible VA benefits we might qualify for to help us with the costs. We were impressed with everyone we met and their sincere concern for ur needs. Everything looked nice, clean and the living arrangements were nice with good options. This is definitely a place we will consider. We were also impressed with the careful screening for CoVid 19 virus.

This seems to be a good place, my loved one is doing well here. I'm interested and look forward to see how the future unfolds. They are currently allowing visits outside to see our loved one. The staff communication seems to be good with the family. They send us send emails and notifications if anything changes within the community, this is daily and weekly.

We chose Brookdale Lake Charles because they jumped on things and got everything done pretty quick. I am glad we went with them, they were the first ones back up and running after the storm. They have been great with communication, we do email back and forth frequently and they also do zoom calls. It think it is a great place all around and we are thoroughly satisfied with everything we are getting from them.

We actually visited Brookdale in Lisle. [name removed] provided a great tour, helpful and informative information packet and answered all of our questions. Very much impressed with the presentation and what Brookdale of Lisle has to offer.

I'm extremely happy with everything. From the friendliness of the staff to the additional interview process. Anytime I visit the staff know me by name and know who I'm there to visit. My mother is very happy here and she says everyone is nice. She has no complaints about the community. I'm very pleased, and relived about the community taking care of my mother. This has taken a lot off my shoulders. I highly recommend the community.

The value of the community is right on par with everyone else, and we did like the facility as a whole and all that they had to offer. There were other staff members and aids on site that assisted with our loved ones care. They were pretty amazing, everything was happening during covid and we were still allowed in the community to see and spend time with our loved one.

The staff at Brookdale are very attentive, keep you updated, and when you need their assistance they are very willing to assist. The meet the needs beyond expectations and I am grateful we found Brookdale. Thank you.

My mother resides at Brookdale East, and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure my mother's needs are being met everyday. I am so incredibly grateful and blessed for Brookdale East. They truly care and it shows by the quality of patient care service they provide.

My mother has lived in this community for the last year. Brookdale East Mesa is wonderful community. It is smaller and focuses on memory care. The staff are well trained and care about the well being of each person. The pandemic has made this first year even more challenging, but staff have been creative to find ways to help families connect and visit while keeping, residents safe. They provide various social and supportive opportunities that I was not able to give her. I'm absolutely grateful for the staff here. The decision of placing my Mom in memory care was beyond difficult, but I'm confident she is in the right place-and it is all because of the staff in this facility. They are my family.
