Brookdale

The food was amazing. There were times my loved one didn't get to eat due to the hours being changed and the community not telling my loved one. The people were very nice and so was the community. There were times the care wasn't there, and it could have been improved. The director was willing to listen, and ran the community well. I would do it again.

They're great. I've really liked them. The staff have been very helpful and have communicated not just with the resident but with the family as well, so we know what's going on. We appreciate that, in case our loved one isn't able to relay information to us. She's made some friends there and has been very well cared for.

We chose Brookdale Eddy Pond East because of the location of the facility for family and I have friends who work with the industry and they all gave it big thumbs up. They were super responsive when I was searching, but they were a little pushy. The room size that she is in is adequate for her needs, they do have options on room sizes as well. The food is not always hot when served, and some foods are over salted. She is also diabetic and they have very few options for diabetic deserts, so I think they could provide more options there. I visited a few weekends ago and there was a fire in the building overnight. They handled it superbly and I was very impressed. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

We had a very good tour with Brookdale Peachtree. We did not choose this facility due to the higher cost as well as you had to provide a lot of things for your loved ones on your own that was not included.

Our family's experience with Brookdale has been very good so far, the only incident we had was just in the beginning. Our loved one was given an alarm push button for whenever she needed help and they tested it, it was working fine but she had fallen and needed help and the button was not working. We brought this to the nurses attention and they replaced it immediately and it has worked ever since. The staff members are very friendly and our loved one has made several friends. There was a fire there about a week ago and they evacuated the residents very smoothly, everything worked out very well and the staff members and fire department had great response times. At that point we really noticed they are very well trained and really care for the residents. Our loved one used to make her own meals from scratch growing up, so sometimes the meals are a hit or miss but she is still adjusting. The care givers check on our loved one several times a day, and there is a nursing station right next door.

We chose Brookdale Lake Ridge because of all the reasons above. They took control over the covid situation and had no outbreaks and handled it very well. They were very interested in the residents, they had a vet well and we were able to put his metals up there. It is a smaller community so the care is more individualized. Even during covid, the staff members made sure to keep the residents active and busy so that they weren't isolated. I feel like we got beyond what we paid for here. If you cannot take care of your mom and dad, they will and they truly care.

The community was good at providing all the information to me during the tour. This location was a little bit further for us was one of the downfall.

When considering options for senior living- Brookdale Gallatin is the best local option!! For all the personalized attention and care, the cost is a real value. The greatest value is the peace of mind- knowing that things really are okay. The food is great- I eat there often and leave full of home cooked food. The caregivers are trustworthy and hard working. They really listen and do what is asked of them, if not more. Very happy with Brookdale.

We toured Brookdale and it was a great tour. The facility does seem a little older and not as updated. We did not go with this one because it was a little pricey for the size of apartment our loved one would have gotten.

I always look forward to going to Brookdale Gallatin! The residents are well taken of with compassion and patience. There are no bad smells, the community is very clean. The care staff follows through with care plans and the leadership team has the best "can do" attitude. The care plans cater to residents needs and wants. Examples: showers are given when resident prefers and the served meals are based on resident preferences. I always refer people to this community because its reputation is dependable. No wonder they were voted best in the county for the past two years! Highly recommend!!

Our family did a virtual tour and that experience was great. The gentlemen took us through the entire community, we got to see everything inside and it was very very nice. The only reason we did not choose Brookdale was the location, it was just to far away for our family being out of town.

This is home! I'm treated so very well. Nobody is ever angry or impatient with me, so i'm very happy.

Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. Nobody's been nasty. They always have a smile on their face. I have no complaints.

I've had a limited amount of experience with this type of thing, but we did have our loved one at another place, and we like Brookdale better. Brookdale costs a little less, which we appreciate, and they're also friendlier. They're very nice here. I haven't noticed any smells or anything when I walk in, and the common spaces and resident rooms look nice and clean.

Our experience has been amazing at Brookdale Goodlettsville. All of the staff members here have been so helpful and supportive. I have nothing but good things to say and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.
