Brookdale

We had a great tour with Brookdale. They did not have any availability at the time here so they suggested their Bradenton location, but that was too far for our family.

This is a nice community for people that need memory care assistance. The staff are very helpful and friendly with my loved one. The meals look good.

I contacted A Place for Mom. I was given a person to help me. My mom needed a secure and safe place to live but was still very independent. Your services and help allowed me to make the right decision for her.

We toured at Brookdale Englewood and would have used them, but they filled up during the timeframe we needed for a respite stay. I liked that it's a pretty small community. The salesperson is very nice and has stayed in touch. Of course you can never really know how it will go until you actually have a stay there.

My Grandmother was a three year resident here, and in that three years all of the employees embraced her and provided her lots of love, attention and excellent care. The facility was always immaculate and great care was provided for all of the residents that we got to know. From the Dining Room staff to the Resident Assistants, our families experience with this wonderful staff was indeed most excellent. I am very quick to recommend and try to sell Monroe Square whenever I hear anyone mention the need for assisted living. Just a note: When your beloved Granny loves the facility and staff then you can rest assured that the facility is top notch,

The Community is a great place warm and welcoming! the staff cared for my grandmother for almost 4 years before she passed away. the staff is compassionate for all the residents that live at the community. I would recommend this community for anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one.

This was the most stressful decisions I've had to face in many years. [name removed] was the first person to contact me after my mom fell and was in skilled care. After it was determined that my mother qualified for assisted living, I chose Brookdale. I talked with many, many AL facilities but kept going back to Brookdale. It's small, quiet, and well kept. My mother has prospered there. They have activities everyday, the food is great, and my mom's room is nice. Now that the pandemic is waning, they are doing outings like lunch and shopping. I sleep well at night knowing that my mom is safe and sound. The staff really does care for these folks. Also, the price was very reasonable compared to the others I considered.

We got in without any delay. Know that they don't have a dolly or anything available when you're moving in furniture. But everything else went fine. Our loved one has a nice room. The staff are very friendly. They've been good with any concerns, and they take good care of her. And I think the cost is fair.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour, everyone was very helpful but it was just to expensive for us.

I was optimistic at first. I'm the one seeing my mother on a regular basis, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of care. Since she's been at Brookdale Ebenezer Road, she's been able to start doing some things on her own that we thought she couldn't do. So they have overall improved her way of life. There's been some staff turnover, but the new staff in the last couple months have been working out well. And the food looks to be adequate and appealing.

This is a wonderful community! From the you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Hello from the lovely receptionist. All of the community staff is so welcoming and caring. I would recommend anyone to call {name removed} for a tour and see for yourself. They have an awesome admin, wellness nurse team, and staff to provide care for your family and treat them as their own.

This facility is a great and beautiful community. I would definitely live here when the time comes, or it is a home that my parents would be comfortable in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious too

Very involved and staff residents and customers. The care they provide our patients on or Home health services , compliment the facility and their staff all the time. Communication between patients and family is amazing. Thank you all for all you do for our community.

I have referred several families to this community. I personally appreciate the attentiveness the administrative team provides to every family. Brookdale is very involved in the community and provide exceptional care experience to those in need.

From the minute my siblings and I walked in we knew that this was the caring and warm environment my mother needed. She needed a smaller, cozier environment like many need who have the disease. I find the staff to truly care as family would and that was the hardest thing for us, was to find reliable care that truly were different. The staff tenure is amazing and that is something we noted from our tour and loved. It speaks volumes when the executive directors started off as car givers years ago. The original sales lady retired but comes back part-time to work in activities with the residents! Very happy, we made the right decision.

Overall this is a really good community for your loved one. They have a coffee doughnut social. holiday activities, outings, a walking club and more for the residents to do. They also have crafts and music just a lot for them to pick from.

A compassionate, hands on community.

Brookdale Carmel is solely focused on the person and maintaining their abilities and recognize themselves as individuals. We love the architectural layout of Brookdale, it is made up of smaller communities that house only a certain amount of residents. They each of their own dining hall, but if you always wanted to go an eat at different community you can. For people with are easily disorientated, this is a nice set up for them. They don't have to walk down big hallways into a big dining room. There are also plenty of activities for the residents to take part in.

When my father developed dementia it was a very sudden and rapid change. That none of us were prepared for Brookdale Folsom's team really cared about my father and making sure he had the compassionate helping hand. He as well as our family needed in the process. It is the biggest comfort knowing he is with {name removed} and the rest of the great staff at their dementia care section.
