The staff and wonderful and caring towards the residents. The manager is very hands with the care of the residents, as well. The staff are willing to assist the residents with feedings. They really try hard to make the residents happy, and very resident oriented.

My wife and I have lived here over a year and a half and love it. The caregivers, waitstaff, nursing staff and [name removed] (activities) are all great.

My family member loves it there so far. The staff are very attentive. In your search, I recommend looking at the length of time that the employees have been there. At Brookdale Galleria, they have a lot of 10-plus year employees. They seem happy and seem to want to be there, and they do a good job.. The apartment is cute. She has two patios, one off the kitchen and one off the bedroom. Currently they have a mix of renovated and nonrenovated apartments, so you can choose depending on your preference. They also have a dedicated, fenced-in dog walking area.

It was an extremely easy process to move my mother-in-law from her home to Brookdale North Loveland. The staff was wonderful, they moved her right in and learned her name right away. They made her feel welcomed, she feels right at home. The communication between the community and our family is excellent. Any questions I have, I can call and they're always willing to answer them. My loved one's apartment came with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room/kitchenette; it fits her perfect. Brookdale offers transportation and they also allow pets. Some of their activities include yoga, puzzles, music, bingo nights, and they'll take them out for movies. So they have quite a few things to offer. Overall I would recommend Brookdale to others.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour experience

Brookdale Loma Linda is a very nice community, it really gives off that hotel concierge environment. Right when our family walked in for the tour we were impressed and liked it right away. The two sales coordinators [name removed] and [name removed] were really trying to work with us on our budget but just after awhile due to our loved ones level of care became to much and we are having to move him. We really wish he could stay at Brookdale because the staff have properly taken care of him and the community is very safe.

The activities far exceed everything else I looked at and where I was before. There is a cruise that is planned for August. Every Wednesday there is a happy hour with entertainment. There are multiple activities each day, for the residents to choose from. There is arts and crafts rooms that includes every craft you can think of. The cottages are available for independent living. The cottages have a fenced in backyard. They have every facet of care available on the campus as well They also have a pool available for the residents to use. This place is amazing! I am really glad I moved here. I've already told friends about the community, and I highly recommend the community for others to come here. The food is delicious, and it is served like you are in a fine dining restaurant. The meals are available for take out, or delivery. Breakfast, and one other meal is included in the monthly rent. Breakfast is a huge buffet of items that are available.

I love the tenants at The Colony Brookdale. The caretakers bring them to the activity room - right after breakfast and we have a blast singling, dancing, and listening to good music. I also like the way the activities director [name removed] acts with the tenants, she really cares about them.

My dad has been living at Brookdale for 3 months. They have been responsive and very cooperative in making him comfortable. The facility is clean and attractive. And my dads needs are being carefully attended to. He is peaceful and speaks positively about Brookdale.

It was a very clean & nice facility with very friendly staff & residents. I really enjoyed meeting everyone.

I've dealt with a few different places. I'm not the type of person to give top marks, but comparatively Brookdale Attleboro is a 5/5. They are fabulous. The thing that first sparked my interest was the staff. Every single staff member knows every single patient. I've never seen them stumble to recall a name. When you walk in the door, they know who you are, and who you're associated with. The care for their clients/patients/customers and their attention to those people is superb.

It is a great place to live! Food is excellent; personnel very efficient, cheerful & helpful! Transportation provided. Activities scheduled for each day. Great place to meet people and make friends!

We chose Brookdale Falling Creek because of the convenient location and we really liked the staff when we went to tour. I had also heard through moms PT that the staff were extremely friendly here and we have found that to be true. I do not think that they offer some of the activities long enough - for people who don't have dementia or any impairment that can be a downside. The activities director does work hard to make sure residents know that activities are going on, she goes to their door to let them know, but I think they need to provide more activities. The staff and nursing staff have been amazing. My loved one is vegetarian so her options can be very limited but the food choices need to be improved. There is no ice available for the residents so it would be helpful if they could make them available to them. Overall we have been pleased with our experience and would recommend them to others looking.

The staff are very warm and welcoming to new residents. You can tell that they truly do care and it is not just a job for them. The rooms are private and they are pretty decent size considering they are wheel chair accessible. It has been a pretty good experience for us and we would recommend Brookdale Reno.
