Brookdale

The staff at Brookdale LaCrosse is absolutely exceptional and is run by two incredible people who went over and above what we expected to help us. I can’t say enough good things about them, they saved us.

I have been fortunate to have been around Brookdale Roseburg, since before it was Brookdale over 20 years ago. I have had the opportunity to volunteer there over the years. As well as my eldest son. My wife has worked there over 20 years. And now my mom resides there. She has been there just about one year this month. You may be surprised to know. The Same Administrator, The Same Dinning Director, The same Activities Director and many more have been there for around 20 years and more. So you are not just having a loved one in a facility. Here its with people who, have not bounced around place to place to gain experience. But have made this a home for our loved ones. There is compassion, kindness and the residence have something no other Memory care has. That is love for the residents. It may be a job to outsiders. But to those working within Brookdale Roseburg have made sure to make this a respectful, kind place, our loved ones can call home.

From the Sales team and Administrative Staff to the nurses and aids in my mom's memory care unit, everyone was so nice and always had a smile when they saw us on visits. The team was in contact with us if there were any issues. I fully trusted them as my mom's care givers so I could go back to just being her son. I'd chose them again in a heart beat.

It is clean, everyone was friendly, they have lots of daily activities, they have a physical therapy room and the therapist visits several times a week, the food is good, the two courtyards are lovely and full of birds, cardinals, and lovely flowers- they even have a garden. We picked this community, because the dining room is lovely and all meals are brought to you at your table. The residents were active and in good spirits. The room was lovely and updated the decor us beautiful. There are snacks and drinks at any time. A beautician visits once a week.

We toured Brookdale Parkplace when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was great, it was in our top 3 choices of facilities after touring several. Ultimately, we decided suburban was better for our loved one.

5 stars all the way down. All of the staff here treat my mother so well. They took all of the worry about her care away from me and they have given me peace of mind. She is happy and has made many friends since being here. This was the only facility that actually went into to tour. It is close to home and just the best place. I looked at other places out of curiosity a few months ago. Brookdale Hixson is cozy, homey and comfortable. They used my mom and I for a video review as well so it could be used as an advertisement, that is how great our experience is. Brookdale has been a God send for us. There's nothing negative I can say about Brookdale. They're the best!

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Brookdale. The staff is spectacular! They did everything they could to make us and my loved one comfortable. Everyone has been friendly. Brookdale Meridian Memory Care is a very clean welcoming environment with all the comforts of home. There is no stark clinical feel to this place! It is elegantly decorated and designed with lots of comforting spaces for residents to sit and visit. The staff is very accommodating , knowledgeable and caring and ready to help when needed. I would highly recommended this environment for your loved one. I thank A Place for Mom for this connection!!

They spend a lot of time with residents in memory care.They offer several activities per day. My mother loves it!! I picked this community, because it was The only place I knew with memory care and didn't want a nursing home at this time.

The staff are so caring and compassionate with their patients and families!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and really care about what they do. My mom from the first time we took her really liked it - we are always looking out for her best interest. I would recommend Brookdale Morehead City to other families looking.

I would've stayed over there had it been closer. I like the facility and staff there more he recommended we move to Augusta proper instead of being in another state.

Brookdale is an awesome place. Everything is very clean. I am with this place because of these people. They are like family now. They are attentive to our needs. With my loved one's dementia it is a struggle, but we are moving along nicely. We loved the staff. They are the best!! Every meal my loved one receives a meal choice and it is quite a variety. My loved one hasn't been disappointed yet. My loved one is still being reclusive, but is participating somewhat. I am sure the longer he is there the more they will do. The cost is the middle of the road here because I don't know what stuff costs, but everyone tells me this cost is low for what I am getting so I am happy.

We were looking for an affordable place for our neighbor to stay while she recovers and are so glad to have found Brookdale. They have been so friendly and helpful getting us situated in a room and making sure that our neighbor has the appropriate care. The facility itself is great- clean and smells good. only to be surpassed by the friendlyness of the staff. They have gone above and beyond, out of their way, to help us. We highly recommend Brookdale to assist you with care for loved ones when needed!

My Mom has been a resident here for just shy of a year. She has Alzheimer's but they decided to try her in Assisted Living first before placing her in Memory Care. Brookdale was the only place to offer that and it was a game changer for us. Once she moved in she began to flourish being around the other residents and staff. Everyone that works there is awesome and very easy to communicate with. I've always felt in the loop when it comes to my Mom's care and appreciate the quick response when needed. They are always doing fun activities and when I see my Mom's pictures they post on their facebook page and she's happy, I know I made the right choice!

When I entered Brookdale NW, I was going there from a rehab facility and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the contrast and that the people at Brookdale were so friendly and courteous. From the staff in the dining room, to the administrative staff, nurses, other residents, and visiting therapists, everyone was concerned with my care and adjustment to living there. The meals were good and I especially miss the generous breakfast each morning. The people of Brookdale turned out to be members of a nice community that I felt comfortably part of for my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and caring individuals there.

After the initial interview with Tanglewood Oaks, I knew we found the right place for my mother. Within days, I felt like I knew all of the staff and always feel comfortable being there. My mother has thrived being at Tanglewood Oaks and is engaging in activities for the first time in a long time. It feels like being around family when I am there, and I have gotten to know several of the residences. The environment is happy, upbeat and caring. Words cannot express the relief I feel knowing that my mother is being cared for in a loving and caring environment.

I toured brookdale in Farmington hills with Zee and Latrice! They made my experience very good. This community may not be a luxurious as other communities but it felt a home. And I will be moving my father in soon.

The staff at Brookdale Briargate are exceptionally friendly and attentive... A warm, homelike environment, and nice culture of residents. Overall peaceful vibe.

Brookdale Club Hill is a great place for your loved ones. My parents are very happy and have made new friends. Staff is great and works hard to help you with what you need.
