I visited my grandparents for mother's day celebration. It was absolutely beautiful! I have seen a tremendous change since the new executive director and activities director started. The care has improved, food as improved, the residents are more engaged and lively. I'm so grateful to [name removed], [name removed], and the resident of brookdale staff for all the wonderful improvements.

We have experienced wonderful help from all levels to make this difficult transition happen. Our family is aware of many challenges our resident has put on the staff there. We are grateful, beyond words, for every kind care shown to her since this is her permanent home now.

During our visit, [name removed] showed me around the facility and we had a chance to observe some activities the residents were participating in. The staff was so friendly and very involved with the residents experiences at Brookdale Mariana Butte. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

I moved into Brookdale, I had not too many expectations. What I found was a whole, caring, loving community of staff and residents who care about each other. People help each other, care about is [name removed], and like each other! If you’re looking for a place to retire, I highly recommend Brookdale.

It’s rare to walk into an atmosphere today and feel like you’re home. From the moment I went in the door, I was greeted by every person. I was taken on a tour and saw how the staff knew each person and their stories. They care about their residents.The air was light and the residents happy. Brookdale Dowlen Oaks is home.

Brookdale is an amazing facility. Very clean and beautiful! They greet you coming in and going out! The staff members are very knowledgeable and so kind especially to their residents. The care they give is unmatched! They are like one Big Family! That’s why I definitely recommend this facility every chance I get!

This is an amazing facility for senior living. The staff is so kind and helpful. The events keep the members active, while being highly enjoyable. The food served is top notch. I’ve been in this facility and the staff truly care from the top to the bottom. The facility is clean and the staff are welcoming. They are also very active in the community and always thinking of way to make the residents enjoy their new home.

From the moment you walk in you feel at home! From the staff to the residents you feel so welcomed! The cozy warmth atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility is top notch! What An amazing place to be!

We toured with Brookdale Pearland and the tour was fine. We were met at the appointed time. And we were not hurried through the facility. Questions were answered as we toured. We didn't have any "we will get back with an answer".

I picked this community because of the proximity to my house. Staff on all levels are caring, friendly and professional. Care of my mother has been good;staff apparently check in with her often. Meals are tasty with plenty of variety.

An informational interview was set up by A Place for Mom to two Brookdale senior care communities. The visit to Brookdale Meadowmont was wonderful, it felt like a visit to a friend’s home. I could have talked to [name removed](sales rep) for hours, and met [name removed] and other staff as well. I was impressed with the garden and walkpath, the room size and the library! Patient room size was more than ample. The patient/residents all looked happy and they waved as I passed by. Good feelings from this place!

The staff, from sales ([name removed]v), to director ([name removed]), to head nurse ([name removed]), to care coordinator([name removed]), to activities director([name removed]), to all of the many med techs and assistants, as well as head chef, [name removed], have been incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My mom is being well taken care of, enjoys the meals in the dining room and has made many new friends. It is just the right size and very welcoming to all who come to visit. I'm so grateful to each and every person at Brookdale NW. Mom is enjoying her new life.

Its very clean, very nice apartments, reasonable activities, good social environment, beautiful landscaping and outdoor seating. It can take a long time to get help when the call button is pushed. That does concern me. The food quality is often quite poor with many residents leaving it behind as inedible. But the deserts are always good!

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Bloomsburg and we liked that it was clean and all on one level and the staff were friendly. However we chose a different community because it was much closer, and Brookdale Bloomsburg was to far away.

In every category I would give Brookdale a five. They are a phenomenal institution. Could not have found a better place for my parents. I especially love the staff if I could give them a 10 I would. Based on the experience we have already recommend this community to other families and we will continue to do so.
