The community would have been a good choice. The final decision hinged on the fact of my loved one had lived their whole life in the Millersburg area and they wanted to be closer to that area.

We are Very Happy with Brookdale in Broken Arrow They are treating my mother so good!!! The home be a little run down but the Care is Wonderful. Attitude of the nurses, LPN's & staff are Good & they are Gentle with my mom who is very trying in her mental state Thank you for your Service in putting my mom in the right place at the right time

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. The staff are kinds, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. My loved one has gained weight since moving into the community, this is a great plus! Overall, this is a wonderful community and we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I’m so glad my mother is at Brookdale Stuart. Where I know she is safe and happy. The Director Wendy Smith and the staff care for all her needs. She is 100 years old and they had an awesome birthday party. I see them do those things often. We love their entertainment and activities.

5 stars for all! Brookdale Grand Court Lubbock TX. Is the best place in Lubbock for independent living. The staff here are everything you could ever want in a staff member. The apartment sizes are also perfect for what I need and want. I recommend Brookdale Grand Court over any other facility in Lubbock Tx.

My advisor, [name removed], was great. She helped me understand all of the options in our area. She set up tours of several facilities in the area. All the facilities were nice...but, it was the people at Brookdale Silver Lake that really amazed me. All were kind and helpful...clearly "chosen" for this vocation. Brookdale at Silver Lake (Everett, WA) was our choice. A lovely facility with an incredible staff. Our mom is healthier and happier than we've seen in many years. Thank you...and especially [name removed]...for your help!!!

The director [name removed] and the one caregiver [name removed] are wonderful! They send me pictures and updates and I really appreciate that. When we were inside we thought it was really nice from what we saw. I have seen pictures of activities and it looks like they all really enjoy it. That's all I can really say. I believe the cost is high but you get what you pay for so I believe it's worth the money. I would recommend to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Hollywood Park and everything about the experience has been great so far. It's a personal thing for us and everyone has different opinions, but the staff and everyone at this facility is very kind and courteous to us. I would recommend this facility to everyone!

My mom has Parkinson’s Disease, which comes with dementia as it progresses. She had been living at Brookdale Dr. Phillips Assisted Living for one year. When her dementia got worse, we moved her to Brookdale Dr. Phillips Memory Care facility, which is on the same property. The price was surprisingly good. The Memory Care building layout is well thought out so the staff can see everyone in the main living space. Residents have private rooms. There is snack time everyday, which the residents seem to enjoy. The staff is well trained and wonderful. They make an effort to engage with the residents in a cheerful and supportive manner. As the residents are at different stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia, the staff caters to the level of their needs. The nurses call me when my mom has any kind of medical issue. My mom is very content here, and I know she is well taken care of, which puts my mind at ease.

After my 80 year-old mother fractured her hip and underwent hip replacement surgery, I was unable to care for her at home. I moved my mom into Brookdale Dr. Phillips - Assisted Living facility after taking a tour and finding it to be very homey and clean. There are several floor plans to choose from at varying price ranges so you can choose what suits your budget. There are small dining rooms throughout the facility so residents do not have to go far from their apartments to eat, and they have the opportunity to get to know their neighbors who eat in the same dining room. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy and engaged if they so choose. The staff members are well trained and very caring toward the residents. Over time, my mom and I bonded with several of the staff, and it was hard to leave them when we had to move her to Brookdale’s Memory Care facility, which is on the same property. Overall, I was very pleased with the facility and the care provided.

We were in a situation where we were in immediate need for my Mother and Father in law to move into an assisted living community. She had fallen 4 times in three weeks and we just couldn't allow her to keep living in her home. It was a Sunday and we just dropped in at Brookdale Highlands without an appointment. It was on [name removed] day off, but she graciously guided us through the tour of the community from her cell phone! We are so grateful. We were able to secure a lovely apartment for my Mother and Father in law in record time! From Sunday to Thursday it was done!!! So Thankful! I would definitely recommend the community to anyone seeking a lovely place to live out your Golden years! And I highly recommend working with [name removed]! So professional, kind and caring at the same time! 5 Stars!

We took a tour of Brookdale Midlothian when searching for a facility for our loved one. We had a great tour. Our tour guide and the atmosphere were good. The cleanliness and friendliness of the facility were great. It ultimately came down to cost and location for us when choosing a facility.

5 stars for all. The staff here is friendly and attentive, the reason I moved my aunt was to get her 30 miles closer, otherwise I would not have moved her from Brookdale. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Corona to others.

It wasn't 100% memory care. My dad did not like being confined to a small area when he knew that others could move about freely. It was lovely people there.

I really liked the Director but unfortunately, he just left to go to another Brookdale facility closer to his home so I can't blame him there. I don't know how it will be when they get his replacement in. I'm hoping the same. He worked really hard to help me to get my mom on Medicaid after a year of her being there. The business office has been good to deal with. The overall care has been pretty good. My sister has had to take my mom and give her a bath because she hasn't been getting one as much there because I think she refuses sometimes. The communication could be a little bit better concerning her care, but it has gotten better as time has passed. I will say that. They have done some great family events to try to bring the residents and families together some more and those have been really nice. I wish they would do a few more out of the facility activities and I think they're going to do more of that, but that has been lacking although they have done activities inside the facility for them.

We toured Brookdale Clinton IL when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was wonderful! Everything seemed to be great here. The facility was spotless and the staff were very helpful. However, they didn't offer the depth of services that my loved one needed so we continued on with our search.

We picked this community, because I was familiar with the facility, it was close, and it seemed really good. My loved one is extremely happy and loves the caregivers. It feels like home. I would recommend to other families. The peope are so caring.

The staff at Brookdale East Side is really helpful. This is probably true everywhere, but we have found that you have to be really specific about your needs (ie. "My Mom will decline help so you will have to be assertive with her about assisting her with getting dressed."). With direction, they have been terrific. They have been very helpful and we're so happy to have my mom there. I rated the care services at a 4 because we are still working through mom's needs. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They were very good in helping me understand that it was not always the best for [name removed] for me to be there twice a day. He began to engage more when I only came once a day - and occasionally even skipped a day. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Chatfield to anyone looking for good Alzheimer care.

We toured with Brookdale Danville and there were additional costs above the flat rate that we knew would likely happen. So went with the cheaper choice. They were equal in every other way though and it looked like a great facility.
